I received a voicemail from someone claiming to be a representative of the IRS and that this was my final notice before they filed a lawsuit. They wanted me to call them back at 207-841-3876

They call and claim to be IRS agents. And have Accents, The one who called me was James Hilton. His badge number was 256149. You get a case number but are told you cant look it up for another few hours. They explain how they are on a recorded line, you received letters from the IRS 2 months ago and never responded, Now you will be arrested in the next 30 minutes. Then they threaten you with Jail time. When you plead to pay off your outstanding debt. They give a ridiculous number and tell you to go to Money-gram to send it to them.

Three phone calls with I.D. showing Wireless Caller (2) and Not Available (1). I did not answer them, but they

left a message saying the IRS is filing a lawsuit against someone in our family....they just said against you.

All three calls were from a woman.

I received a phone call from 804-212-0335 indicating they were the IRS and that I owed money from 2008 and 2014. They said they would accept payment of $11,780.00 to settle the debt. Someone would be at my house in 45 minutes to collect. If I didn't have the money I would go to jail and spend 20 years. They said they sent me letters in November and December 2015 and I did not respond. They gave me their badge number and a claim number. I gave them no information and did not pay them any money.

I received a call claiming that I had a serious lawsuit from the IRS and this was their final attempt at contacting me. I called the number back and spoke to a man with a very heavy middle eastern accent who claimed that I had incorrectly filed my 2009-2014 taxes. He said if I did not pay $7500 today I would have my drivers license suspended and go to jail. If I paid this immediately nothing would happen. I told him that I would be contacting my lawyer and hung up.

I received a voicemail on 5/20/16 from an automated system who were claiming to be an investigator from the IRS stating I needed to call 260 704 5415 regarding an urgent matter. When I called the number back there was a foreign male who had a very deep accent stating they were with the IRS and they did an audit on my taxes from 2010-2014 and found that I owed $4000 for back taxes that wasn't reported. When I told him that could not be true he became very aggressive told me I had only two choices to go to Washington DC and meet before a judge to settle which I may be issued a warrant or pay over the phone the balance owed. He asked for my checking or debit card info and I realized it was a scam I hung up and the person continued to call back to back. Now they are calling from different numbers. This is harassment and I want to inform everyone of this fraudulent attack. IRS never will ask for your bank information over the phone.

I recd a ph call at 9:45 AM this morning & spoke w/a man (had an accent) who stated I owed money to the IRS (around $2000). He said a lawyer should have gotten in touch w/me to represent me & he would send me some paperwork in the mail. I heard the scam on the news; I did not respond.

Caller left a message on my vm That she was calling from the IRS and they were bringing suite against me for back taxes. Left a call back number and when I called to inquire I was told if I sent them $2000 today they would drop the suit.

I told her I wasn't going to send anything to anybody until I checked it out with local tax office and she hung up on me.

The IRS contacted me through a voice mail, indicating that I have back taxes and that an arrest warrant had been issued and a case was pending on me in Washington DC unless I provided payment via ITunes card.

A Mr. Robert Marshall badge number 285741 has called me 3 times today.. I finally called and asked what it was about. I had my speaker one so other person could hear and i was asked to shut off the speaker i said no.. and he said that he could not tell me about this cause it was confidential.. So I told him i reported this number 1-757-504-1429 has been reported to IRs and now the ScamPulse.com ..The person laughed at me. and i hung up..

I received two identical phone calls on Monday, May 16, 2016. Caller said IRS had a lawsuit against me and I needed to call their number (202-747-5369) right away. I did not call the number.

I received a computer generated message from the IRS stating that a warrant had been issued and that I should call immediately to prevent my property from being seized and further prosecution if I did not call immediately. Looking up the number, it comes from Lubbock Tx, I pay my taxes, and a property owner with no debts. There are a couple of complaints on Google. Call came in as unknown caller and left a message on my answering machine.
