Constant calls from tax relief scammers reading a script

I get at least five calls a week from scammers pretending to offer tax relief from the National Tax Executive Office. They are, of course, in violation of the Do-Not-Call Registry and also do not actually have access to see if you have unfiled taxes or not - they apparently are just targeting every taxpayer in hopes of separating people from their money. This one is a bored-sounding lady reading a canned script: "Hi there, this call is in reference to the new update on your tax file. Good afternoon, this is Lucy with the National Tax Executive Office. My direct line is 833-727-4244. Your tax file, it's still showing a possible balance or some unfiled returns and based on the information we have, your household may qualify for partial forgiveness under the new IRS Fresh Start program.
