Xander customz are scammers dont purchase from them. I ordered form them via IG, I talked to them and all they do is lie and ask for money for custom shoes. They keep saying the pkg got lost and they will refund money if i send money to them. I hate i fell for this scammer...

I ordered a pair of shoes April 30, 2020 which I paid $300. I received a tracking number in which my order never made it to shipping service. I was given several reason why my order wasn't shipped. my order was ruined by ups, they had to re-do my order, my shipping address was incorrect. I still have yet to receive my order and the company has stopped communicating with me.

Paid $400 for shoes online. 4-6 week expected arrival date. It has been over 20 weeks and still no shipment. Not returning emails and blocked me on social media.

This scammer promotes the product on all social media sites and has a website that looks legit. I made a purchase for customer sneakers from the website about 6-7 weeks ago. I have yet to receive any updates regarding a tracking number or the product being shipped. Follow up emails were send but still didnt get a responds regarding the order.
