Rude, verbal harrasment.

They reached out to provide a quote. I had already acquired another company.i let them know and thanked them for reaching out. He gave me their prices and asked me what I was paying. I did not feel it appropriate to say. I told him it was comparable. He then called me a piece of sh**.
I see others have complained about the same company. How are they still in business?

I hired them to do a move, and they told me it was $85 an hour, and i paid a deposit of $85. The morning of the move, I got a message saying that they had an hour and 30 min driver time, and i was now responsible for the drive to my location and the drive back to their destination after the move was over. I was speaking to someone named Tony. It's a complete scam! They just want you to fill out your credit card information.

They called me to harass me

These scammers called me to say “stupid people pay high prices” after I decided to work with another company given that these guys had no reviews or social media presence. Phew I dodged a bullet. Phone number that harassed me was 657-342-5133. Do not go with these guys! A truck and movers . com? More like a-holes . com run away! Run far away!

Abusive harassment using profanity

We were looking for movers and initially reached out for a quote. Due to a death in the family, all moving plans were placed on hold. Someone text multiple times, the last time was as follows: "Hey b[censored] - Is it hard to answer questions - Piece of [censored]". Needless to say, this was alarming and extremely concerning. They've now been blocked but we are seeking ways to notify the public to beware.

Worst Moving Company

This company sent me 2 drunk movers reeking of alcohol. The guy I booked with initially set an hourly rate and said no additional charges and then they tried to charge me $150 extra for “heavy items”. In the end they left half my furniture in the apartment and unloaded what they did move in the most haphazard way in my new place with nothing in the right spot. They lost the screws to my bed and left it unassembled and did not reattach the mirror to my dresser. They kept wasting time by overly wrapping things in cellophane, taking forever on the way back from the truck each time and taking little items one by one. They were clearly drunk and unable to work we later saw them throw a beer bottle out of their truck as they were leaving. They spent 30 minutes looking for their keys when it was time to move the truck. When I called the manager to complain about them being drunk he said he called them and they said they were sober. All of this wasted time had me paying $877 and my 2 bed apartment was not even fully moved, I had to move the rest myself. Avoid this company at all costs, they are unprofessional scammers.

Charged for work that was not done. Refused to unload my belongings that was in their truck. False advertisement and tried to over charge an additional $140 and then had the nerve to ask a tip. Didn't even load up all the furniture that was supposed to be moved and they were extremely rude lazy and slow. Charged for time they did not work and was careless with my belongings causing damage to my personal items. Worst movers I've ever hired and I've moved a lot.
