The scammer did not take money, but they attempted to scare me into extending a home warranty. The information they have about me is confidential and likely related to a data breach of First Horizon Home Loan, the company I got my home loan from over 20 years ago. I received a data breach notification from First Horizon Home Loan many months ago, so I don't think this scam is a coincidence. Their mail includes "RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED", followed by "Lender Info: FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN".

I got a final notice of my home warranty expiring as of 12/4/2024 that is with Skagit State Bank. My mortgage has never been through Skagit State Bank, and they closed in 2018 when they got acquired by Banner Bank. It is signed by Wade Grant, Program Director.

Same as related account of the same letter being received in OH - received a letter in the mail claiming that the property's home warranty may be expiring or has expired, "Please respond immediately by calling 1-888-404-4504" and signed by Program Director Wade Grant. Various phrases inspiring urgency such as "call immediately as this will be our final attempt".

I received a postcard with all the information on it with the registration ID number and a PIN number and a phone number to call they said their office hours of operation or Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m. Central standard Time and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central standard Time there's no address for them but I called them and I asked him how my name got put on the deed to this house because I don't know it he says what we have a marketing department

Continual annoying letters pertaining to a home warranty expiring. I have no warranty - PERIOD! Have called them several times without giving them any personal info and asked to be removed from their mailing to no avail. Sick of their “almost” threatening letters. They need to be stopped as I believe they are illegal.
