This company poses as a real estate wholesaling outfit and according to the "sellers" and "investors" - nothing is trustworthy. They claim to have properties under contract, telling distressed sellers they will close and then attempt to sell the deal, unbeknownst to the seller. Most of the time the properties are not under contract and or the sellers have been misled, uninformed. They essentially use other wholesalers deals to attempt to scam investors. Harassing phone calls, emails, texts. Avoid this company at all costs. They are no good.
