- Everett, WA, USA

Mailer included county, closing date, id and amount of recent mortgage along with lender name.

Stated they’d been trying to reach me regarding a matter of importance as it relates to my mortgage.

Called the automated line and confirmed mortgage id and entered some ‘no’ responses to some medical questions and halted when asked to confirm a number where I can be reached. I took a second look at the doc and considered the automated communication and figured it was a scam.

We received a card in the mail to renew coverage for Warranty Replacement on our home. I immediately looked up the phone number online to see that it's fraudulent ( knew it would be) and saw here also that it was a nationwide scam. I want to sound the alarm to everyone NOT TO CALL THIS PHONE NUMBER!! ITS A SCAM!! Weve got homeowners insurance so that's also why we knew it was a scam. Please be careful.

- Saint Paul, MN, USA

Got letter in mail stating that our property’s home warranty may be expiring or has already expired.

- Basking Ridge, NJ, USA

Received in mail a letter saying immediate response requested. With my name and home address. Says my home warranty is World Savings Bank FSB and is expiring

- Hibbing, MN, USA

Home warranty activation. Used urgency.

- Seattle, WA, USA

The scammer did not take money, but they attempted to scare me into extending a home warranty. The information they have about me is confidential and likely related to a data breach of First Horizon Home Loan, the company I got my home loan from over 20 years ago. I received a data breach notification from First Horizon Home Loan many months ago, so I don't think this scam is a coincidence. Their mail includes "RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED", followed by "Lender Info: FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN".

- Denver, CO, USA

Received a suspicious mailer telling me to call immediately about my home loan, but it doesn't say who it is or why.

- Martinsdale, MT, USA

It's a letter asking me to call a phone number 888-413-5452. Apparently a new variant of items you describe. How do I send you a scan?
