I received a postcard with all the information on it with the registration ID number and a PIN number and a phone number to call they said their office hours of operation or Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m. Central standard Time and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central standard Time there's no address for them but I called them and I asked him how my name got put on the deed to this house because I don't know it he says what we have a marketing department

Continual annoying letters pertaining to a home warranty expiring. I have no warranty - PERIOD! Have called them several times without giving them any personal info and asked to be removed from their mailing to no avail. Sick of their “almost” threatening letters. Received a letter that has Final Notice printed at the top center of the page with Home Warranty Division typed in upper left corner. This is the second time we've gotten this same letter. Their contact phone number is shown as 1-888-760-1910 which we didn't call. The letter says 2024 FINAL NOTICE, Lender Info: Classified For Privacy. The letter is trying to induce a sense of urgency to contact them before a stated expiration date which just happens to be today. It's a phishing scam as there is no legit company name listed -- only Home Warranty Division at the top of the page.
