Got a post card in the mail from Mortgage Services Group stating:

This notice is regarding your current mortgage with Outamation Inc. We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call use at 888-360-2736 as soon as possible.

I don't have a mortgage with Outamation (and according to Google, Outamation is an AI company).

We got the blue post card in mail from Mortgage Services Group like previous person stated but didn't call as we knew it had to be a scam as the name they used for credit union had changed and they had old name.

Received a blue postcard sized notice from Mortgage Services Group reading, "Important notice: Response needed. [My real name], This notice is regarding your mortgage with [my real mortgage lender]. We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 844-543-9870 as soon as possible. All information provided by Mortgage Services Group, LLC. 877-899-1809. Not affiliated with, sponsored by, and loan information not provided by [my real mortgage lender]." Also gives a mortgage ID number.
