I called to order a part for my 2008 Jeep Liberty, a rear vent window for $120. When the merchant attempted to initially charge my card, it came up as Mumbai apparels merchant for $115. Than an additional $172 charged to my account. This merchant is fraudulent. The merchant tried to deny it, but that's what the initial name came up as when he ran the card, totaling $287 dollars.

I ordered a personalized Christmas ornament online after seeing an add on Instagram. Order was mid-November. It shipped from Vietnam and got “stuck in customs” in California and has not moved. I was then notified it had to return to Vietnam. I’ve since then received another tracking number, now from Texas. The customer service emails I receive are stock emails only vaguely addressing my concerns. I’ve requested a refund several times, and no one even acknowledges my request.

I made an order for a mushroom playhouse from this website https://gilesez.com they took 39.98 from my bank account and sent me leg compression wraps. I have sent countless emails demanding a refund without response. I called and changed my debit card immediately so nothing else could be taken from my account.

There is a facebook page selling kids shoes they were preorder but kept posting delayed in shipping. I have multiple emails stating the fact then a form to fill out for refunds on cancelled orders and still nothing months later now I am getting no response.

I ordered 2 pairs of women’s bootie shoes for $67.99. They were fraudulently sold as Clark’s Shoes Sale. They used real Clark’s ads with pictures of their good quality shoes. I had no idea it was a Chinese company when I placed the order. When I didn’t receive the boots , I tracked them online and found that they were coming from China. After a month, I received them. They were extremely, cheaply made with poor quality materials that lacked proper stitching. Terrible products. I was suckered and want my money back. I have tried to contact them for a refund, but will probably never hear from them or ever get a refund. Lesson learned!! I just don’t want anyone else to fall for their scam. Please check on this! Thank you

I ordered bean bags from this company. They sent my a pen. When I reached out, they told me to reach out to their vendor, send back the pen (without a prepaid shipping label) and told me they’d give me 45 % back if I didn’t want to return it. I asked if they were going to send me a shipping label. They came back and offered me 50 % back, and asked me if I accepted that offer. Hmm. I asked for a shipping label again. I’m waiting to hear back, but it doesn’t look promising.

A necklace was ordered off a targeted ad on social media. Item took over a month to be delivered. When delivered, VERY poor quality. Poor packaging, mishandled and missing components to the piece. I.e. the necklace. The only thing that was sent was a small, low quality pendant that was mishandled.

I have tried to get a refund and send the item back, to which the “support team” is try to negotiate giving me % off new items or refunding me back only a % of what I paid. They’re also demanding that I pay for shipping back to China.

Ordered a kids atv for grand children. Emailed to get estimate on shipping about 3 weeks after order and got no response. Called the number listed for the business and spoke with a man who said he does not sell kid atvs and that he had received about 5 more calls inquiring about shipping of ordered atvs. The website was taken down at this time also. My credit card company initially investigated, but now have closed the investigation and are charging me for the item I did not receive. I have recently again tried to contact the company. The phone number listed is a recording that offers savings on flights and internet. The address listed for the company belongs to a TGIF restaurant.
