I ordered an inflatable hot tub from someone on the Market place on Facebook. It was told to me that first they were on vaction do to a holiday. Then after contacting them for the second time i was told it was on its way, to please be patient. Third time i checked on it, it says it was delivered. I have tried the online site found an error page. I think i was scammed. The amount was paid for the item.

Ordered from a facebook add from orexpress. Items purchased were clothing. Back in june 2023 the order was supposedly delivered to my address via a no name delivery company contacted the company and informed them of the delivery that was never delivered. The merchandise was resubmitted another month goes by and another message stating it was delivered but nothing was delivered. I requested the signiture of the person that signed for the package and the company that delivered it and was told that it was confidential. Months have gone buy and finally requested a refund, was told they could give me 50% and i stated that was not acceptable and was offered 90% this process has been going on for 2 months with emails stating its my bank or they have a large amount of refunds that are processing. At this point I have to claim defeat and chalk it up to a learning experience and try to warn people about what has happened to me

I bought a sweatshirt 39.98 and a jumpsuit 34.99 and 2 necklaces I would just keep. The photos of the clothing for sale are very professional and beautiful. The items I recieved didn't look like at all like they do on the website. The discriptions are a lie too. They are both written as 'cotton blend' they are polyester and feel just like a shower curtain. The sweatshirt has snags all over the front and the jumpsuit is a medium, should have been a large. When I sent an email for a return and refund, they first wanted photos and said I could keep them and they would refund half. I said no ,that I want a full return. They said the shipping is very expensive to China and I would have to pay for all of it. Their demenor changed like night and day. not so polite anymore. It didn't make sense to ship them back.

I purchased two t-shirts from Trillogy, and input my credit card and other PII, but never received any products. Interestingly I was not charged for the purchase, however, I was sent an email indicating that the order had been placed and the site provided "Tracking Information" which never updated. Later, when I started investigating Trillogy.co I found that the site may be fraudulent. Furthermore, when I visited the website again the branding on the store showed as "ASTRA" as opposed to Trillogy.

Pop up ad for Halloween decorations appeared while scrolling Pinterest. Ad claimed to be from Costco Warehouse Sale (later called C Warehouse Sale). Paid amount with prepaid Bluebird card from American Express.

Promotions was for 3- 9.99 items at a total price of 29.98. Order confirmation was received the following day (9/13/23) and charge appeared on card as crystalclearstyle.com. All links for tracking and website and email address in order conformation are dead links. No phone number was provided.

Inventory Liquidation promoted a "amazon mystery box" of 50 items. Described as a large mystery box containing 50 items for only $50. All initial ordering information indicated this was an american liquidation company for amazon. Upon ordering I found out this was international company based in China. Upon receiving my "mystery box" which was an envelope with 1 item not 50 as promoted. I have contacted their customer service and they have stated that is what a mystery package can be. My scam is they promoted a 50 item box....I received 1 - $9 item. Advertisement and information described these as "Pallet" specials. This is my own fault - I am old enough to know better but wanted to share my "don't be stupid" experience with you.

I purchased a Christmas vacation jersey on the website after seeing their ads on Instagram. They advertised that they had been recommended by multiple sources. After the purchase I looked at my receipt and found I had been charged $3.99 for a shipping protection plan I did not authorize. I let that slide. The website says they have the jersey to you within 3-5 days if you are in the US. It was shipping from Illinois according to tracking so that should be no issue. Now I can’t find an address or phone number for this company, a generic email is the only way to try and contact them and I have no jersey. The event it was for has passed. I’m out $69.

They misrepresented themselves as Dick's Sporting Good Store and when I called the phone number associated with their merchant account (listed on the Credit Card), it was a stolen phone number and the lady said she has been called over 40 times regarding this scam.

An item for about $50 including shipping was purchased on their website. A small black pouch with a pink smiley face on it, worth maybe a dollar or two, was delivered instead with the tracking number given for the treadmill. The contact us link on the site does not work, it's just blue underlined text. The email us link does not work either, but manually emailing the address gets no response.

I ordered 1-LRG AND 1-SM 3 in 1 camping systems at $89.00 for both Morrstan has cost me $700 to research this out and file complaints with the FTC & AG and now the BBB. I received a useless phone case as well. I came across the camping systems while on FaceBook Marketplace. I want my camping systems. I am not going to stop until I get what I ordered. Morrstan supposedly used a Courier by the name J&T? I have never heard of them in the U.S. or any other country. I was sent to https;//t.17track.net. The USPS said that a package was delivered to the address on July 22, 2023, and when I told them what I was missing weight of about 100Lbs , she said well the package delivered was only 1.5 Ounces that is when I realized the strange package to me in the mail box????Useless cell phone cover. I ordered the camping systems on July 7th as a birthday gift to myself. I am still waiting to get them. Also the tracking listed Bloomingdale as if thats where it came from.

I ordered Hoka brand shoes on July 3rd, 2023. I haven't received them as of Sept 11th, 2023. I received an e-mail on July 3rd, from [email protected] from Lina from hokaflashsale.com with a tracking number. I didn't follow through with the tracking company, I didn't like it when a notice came up saying that they could change things in my computer (?). I had a charge on my Visa card on July 3rd to a Musatmos.com for the $90. When I checked on the website address it was a US company selling blankets that I had never seen before. Prices on the shoes were too good to believe. The site is no longer shown, but a website called mynicesalestore .com is identical to the hokaflashsale. On the mynicesalestore website the address comes up as isaactara.top/us/.

While browsing the internet, I came across an ad for Bed, Bath & Beyond closeout sale. I browsed the site and ordered a duel brew coffee station and mini donut maker. After making the purchase with my debit card, I did not receive a confirmation. I did clip and save the order number that popped up. I had no idea when ordering that this was a foreign company. After a month and no merchandise, I contacted the company support through their email. It was a back and forth game. I did contact my local post office as directed. This company wants me to find this small gray package and I keep telling them there is not package.

I ordered a brown recliner and table with 6 chairs in April 2023. I haven’t received any of it yet. They sent a red scarf or socks not for sure. Been too long to remember. I haven’t sent messages several times. They have responded back but just continued to give me the runaround. I’m tired of waiting.

Searching for product online and found product at https://www.paintshopmall.com. Ordered product and payment was made through PayPal debit card. Never received confirmation of order from seller or tracking number. Can not contact seller, no phone number on website and contact link on contact page does not work. Address given on website contact page is for a different business. Address given on contact page is known for being used by scammers. Tried to research website and seller for scam activity but found nothing. Filed dispute with PayPal.
