The Scammer used a website that looked totally legit and even had tv reviews as to how wonderful came promised delivery date and did not receive have contacted them and still nothing no product just promises it will come and does not even created a fake a postal pick up and just says waiting usps pick up for over a week now I am not getting this product I am sure of it.

We (both my husband's and my name were on the package) were informed through USPS's Informed Delivery email that we were receiving a package from Auctane Stamps.com. We received that package today. Contents were not anything we ordered. Shipping label said shipper used Stamps Endicia to mail package on 12/1/23. We googled the supposed company name which does not appear to exist as far as we can tell. The physical street address seems to indicate this a private residence and not a business selling national name brand toy tractor hanging ornaments. We MAY have had our name and street address and maybe other identity items compromised in this same scheme. (My husband's credit card company caught someone using his card numbers and shut down that account a few weeks ago.) We don't know if this is related or just coincidence. We are letting you know in case this helps anything. We are aware from newspaper articles and television news reports that this type of thing is referred to as "brushing" and that it has been going for some years now. Hope this helps!

I bought a vanity for my grand daughter from weiloh.com on Nov 6 th 2023. I was given a tracking number AT129098065CN and to track it ona website called 17track.net it gave an update said it was delivered and it wasn’t.

Purchased products online via website and never received despite charging my credit card. I have made numerous attempts via emails to contact w/o any response. The address notated on Facebook (Oklahoma) is not reflective of charge on my credit card statement from Coventry GB. This clearly appears to be a fraudulent website and Facebook page.

Email address was provided and I emailed and there was a response that a refund would take 10 business days......it has been almost a month. I emailed again that the credit has not been issued yet....no response.

magical remote tree and a pre-lit potted tree on facebook, I received tracking number and showed delivered but i received nothing. i went on the website to view my order and it tells me the site is down.

Bogus website. Once ordered they send a bogus tracking # that doesn't work. I contacted support and they said product was coming from Australia. 30 days later they told me product was coming from China. They wont refund and theres no telephone number for support.

Ordered 4 Weekender Bags w/set of 2 Snap in Toiletry Case. After a couple of weeks I emailed them (March 23, 2023) after not being able to track items at http://track718.us/en. Received a response on March 24, 2023 from someone named Cecilia stating since there were a large number of orders, delivery was going to be delayed. They asked me to be patient. It is now November 1, 2023. I originally made order on March 9, 2023 at 8:46 p.m.

We purchased a memorial tombstone from the scammer at their place of business and issued a personal check in the amount of $4,587. Check was issued 8/26/22. To this date 10/26/23 no monument has been delivered nor put in place as agreed. Tactic Used: Asked for payment in advance

This website appeared legitimate and I placed an order for food products. I created an account entered my email and credit card to pay for my order of $34.43. I was given an order number and my card was charged for $32.50 which came in as a Stripe charge. I sent messages through the website to inquire if this charge was for my purchases...no response. Meanwhile my order on their website was in " processing status" after three unanswered messages as to when my purchase would ship. I returned to research the website looked for a phone number or email, none are given. So looked up the physical address and I see it does not exist. I found on Reddit that other people have experienced the same problem. This is a scam website.

Tried to purchase running shoes from a website. Everything looked legitimate, including a tracking number. The next day we got our first charge out of California, which we don't live in, and every day after has been more and more charges in different cities in California. In two days we have had $790.00 worth of fraudulent charges. Tried to verify the website and can't find it again. The phone number is identical to other scam claims from makeup stores, electronic stores and sport stores. Using the tracking number gives no new information.

This company presented itself on a Facebook ad as a seller of Tommy Bahama clearance clothing. I ordered a shirt and jacket. Was unable to ever track it and never received any product! I did get 1 email from them stating it had been delivered and to check with my neighbors to make sure they didn’t have it. Ha, ha.

I paid $188.94 and received an email stating I would receive product by September 20, 2023 and we are already in October. The email you try to respond to doesn’t work, there is no phone number and the address they gave is bogus and is used by another company.

I sent emails after emails asking where the product was I placed my order in February and each email i got in return had an excuse why they hadn't shipped yet back in August i was told to expect my full money return but never did i sent an email asking about it and no response.

I ordered an inflatable hot tub from someone on the Market place on Facebook. It was told to me that first they were on vaction do to a holiday. Then after contacting them for the second time i was told it was on its way, to please be patient. Third time i checked on it, it says it was delivered. I have tried the online site found an error page. I think i was scammed. The amount was paid for the item.

Ordered from a facebook add from orexpress. Items purchased were clothing. Back in june 2023 the order was supposedly delivered to my address via a no name delivery company contacted the company and informed them of the delivery that was never delivered. The merchandise was resubmitted another month goes by and another message stating it was delivered but nothing was delivered. I requested the signiture of the person that signed for the package and the company that delivered it and was told that it was confidential. Months have gone buy and finally requested a refund, was told they could give me 50% and i stated that was not acceptable and was offered 90% this process has been going on for 2 months with emails stating its my bank or they have a large amount of refunds that are processing. At this point I have to claim defeat and chalk it up to a learning experience and try to warn people about what has happened to me
