Searching for product online and found product at https://www.paintshopmall.com. Ordered product and payment was made through PayPal debit card. Never received confirmation of order from seller or tracking number. Can not contact seller, no phone number on website and contact link on contact page does not work. Address given on website contact page is for a different business. Address given on contact page is known for being used by scammers. Tried to research website and seller for scam activity but found nothing. Filed dispute with PayPal.

I received an invitation notification on Google Calendar, which said that my order was ready, when I clicked on the link it said that I had been a winner of something at Walmart.

I found this advertisement on Facebook selling things like electric trikes, and small electric cars for very cheap prices that seemed to be over stocked, I thought from cargo ships sitting off the California shores. But these were scams and I still see these ads on Facebook so today. Visa says there's nothing they can do since they have already made payments.

A number of products were offered at very low prices in an ad on Facebook using my visa, but visa payed off before I realized it was a scam an now nobody seems to care of my loss.

This company on Facebook advertised car seats and I ordered one and paid vip from a3-5 day delivery well that Was on the 11th of august and still no delivery. I reached out to the email that was for their customer support and they can’t find my order and it they said that it was not their company. I’ve been going back and forth with them and no good outcome.

Order home goods and was sent some cheap sunglasses and a scarf from suzhichou which I didn’t order. I ordered a solid wood kitchen cart, two 30oz tumblers, telescope, down pillows, camping chair, tent, spin mop, etc household goods

Just a blatantly fake website that's been running since 2021 somehow. No way to contact them. Every item is marked at half off.. You pay them and that's it. No confirmation e-mail. No nothing. They just steal your card info and that's it. How has this not been shut down? It literally pops right up on google as one of the top hits. Absolutely no way to contact them.

I thought I was using a website for Bealls Department stores; it looked like it anyway. Only after I paid and got the receipt did I see the real information for the company. After a little over a month, I got a notice that the package had been delivered. It had not. The tracking information never gave a company name. I contacted customer service who was certain it was delivered, but they would reorder and send. I wanted the merchandise, so I agreed. Another 5 weeks and once again, they say the package was delivered but cannot give me the name of the company delivering or the proof of signature that was to be required. They say that they will refund 90% as a gesture of goodwill. Now I am not so sure they will.

Ordered T shirts from speedy grin and the tracking website was odd and very vague. It never mentioned a city or country name, just that package was moving. I emailed the company right away and they reassured me that the package was on its way. 15 days later no package. I emailed them again and they promised to expedite shipping and apologized for the inconvenience. Then a few days later I emailed them again. They said it was in its way. After the 30th day they said package was delivered. I was home all day and didn't receive anything so I emailed them and every time they emailed me back from a different account saying would I take 50% refund, 70% refund... until today they said they would give me 100% refund but that it could take up to 30 days.... I am not holding my breath.

The scammer posed as an online boutique that specialized in custom leather work. I placed an order for a belt and sheath. Scammer "******* ******" stated it would take 6-12 weeks to complete order. After 24 weeks of getting excuse after excuse on why she hasn't finished my product, she finally told me I would getting the product I paid for, or my refund of $177.50. I have hundreds of screen shots where Crystal is absolutely unprofessional.

This website has a Facebook page and posted a reel publicly for a product that shows available for purchase. After a month no email confirmation was ever sent regarding the order placed and no tracking information. Website advertising 10 day shipping. Attempted to contact several times and when finally reaching someone they said my money would be returned because it was out of stock and still showing available on the website. Still no confirmation email confirming my refund.

This company was on Facebook and had numerous people say they had purchased from them and were happy. They sent a tracking information but when I get ahold of usps which they stated the package was delivered through the post office have no record/nor can they find it ever being delivered through my post office.

Add on Facebook. Clicked on the add, "bought" the product (human dog bed) with credit card, and received 2 emails, one stating the order was completed, the next a few days later stating the order was shipped. When I tried clicking on the order status after, the site was gone.

I received a tracking number, and the product said it was delivered to another address and state. They won’t return my email and their phone isn’t working.

Pop up ad for luggage. Purchased luggage set promotion and the order was confirmed in an email. No response to many requests for shipping information. Invalid email, bounced back each time I made request. No order has arrived. Past 30 days for shipment and no communication from City Home. Fraud and a thief.

They offered on this site anything from Gazebos and Storage Sheds to best selling items that include TVs, refrigerators, furniture, scooters and more. We went with with a Storage Shed, but I guess the saying has been and always will be true "when it sounds to good to be true, it's most likely a scheme". We lost $90.28 that supposedly went to Ukraine. We'll most likely never know. telling my story so it doesn't happen to others like it did to us.
