Thought I was purchasing my husband a collectors set of JD Master distiller bottles- Edition 1-6. Was questioning making the purchase and even chatted with someone on how the bottles would be delivered & such. Got an order number and tracking information. The package moved through the system & when it said it was delivered to my address, I knew something was wrong. This should have been a good size box & it was delivered by the post office on a weekend to our small locker - or so the tracking says. When I contacted customer service, they accused me of lying & said they couldn't help me further as the package showed delivered.

I ordered a Christmas tree on the tik tok shop. They sent the order info and tracking via email. When clicking on the tracking it showed a deliver date before the actual day had even occurred. I reached out to let them know it never came and there was no USPS receipt of them getting it. The link for the shop stopped working. I noticed customer serve and eventually found Farmington PTE ltd. I have asked multiple times for a refund and they still won’t issue me one.

Placed an order for an item that offered shipping in 7-14 business days. After 21 days/15 business days the order had still not been fulfilled let alone shipped. I reached out to the customer support email and asked to cancel for a refund. After no reply (or automated response even) I followed up 2 business days later. I heard nothing so a few days later I contacted my bank to dispute the transaction since the "company" turned out to be more of a money grabbing black hole. Finally, 7 days later I received a reply saying "now" the order has been fulfilled so i couldn't cancel or get a refund. They provided a tracking number that shows nothing was fulfilled at the time of my emails. I should have been able to cancel my order by those guidelines but they are justifying keeping my money because of a complete lack of customer service. I would be surprised if anything ever arrives.

I made a purchase for a family set of pajamas from OTHERAN in October which after stating it was delivered a month and a half later, never arrived. I reached out to the company to rectify the situation, and was told they would "reship" the merchandise. I waited another 10 days, and the website said "delivered". Again, no package to be found anywhere. I contacted them yet again, and received no response this time around.

Saw a social media advertisement for a permit Christmas tree and it was really pretty. I went to the website and it looked legit and it used "paypal” so I ordered it. Of course nothing ever came and the tracking company they use (17track) is totally in on this scam because like many other (you can look up reviews) they say they delivered it and that’s not true. I have a camera and spoke with my mailman and there was never any package delivered. I reviewed my camera footage and nothing. This has happened to so many others and I feel so foolish. Will never order anything from China again.

I paid *** for 2 Snuggies. It shipped to an incorrect location by FedEx. I could not resolve anything with FedEx since I was not the sender. I have inquired 3 times and the only means of contacting them ([email protected]) and have gotten no response on refund or replacement. Their website has now disappeared as well.

Woman Within ad posted on Facebook this is typically the time they clearance summer wear so I placed an order. Monies were debated from my bank, receipt x2 was emailed. After 10 days I contacted the seller. They advised me to wait. It's now been almost 6 weeks and I've not received my order. I've been in contact via email numerous times without resolution. Today the carrier whom they've refused to name, shows that delivery was made.

I contacted the company again to no avail.

I just want my money back at this point.

Seen discount clothing add online and purchased a lot of clothes'. Received email originally from [email protected] with order # and details about delivery saying carrier is other. Every time you go to the site it would show discounts at 90% off with lots of options.

After tracking order via a FAKE tracking carrier (https://www.track718.us/en/detail?nums=SJHSD18372169YQ) and sending lots of emails for updates I get an email after a month saying delivered but with a future time.

Nothing received and no one will now respond via that email. Weird thing is now when I go to the site it looks totally different and has an email to contact of [email protected]. When I click view my order now it says it doesn't exist.

While shopping for a older Pella casement window operator, I found this site with a very good price and free shipping. I started the order and provided my name, street address, email address, and phone number. However, during checkout, I was redirected through a strange site and ended up at a Pay Pal login site. There were also two buttons: one to select alternate credit card payment, and one to "return" to the "original site": "Sawgy Kush". I immediately became suspicious and canceled from that page without doing anything further. I went back to the Doors and Windows site and read some of the 'fine print": Terms and Conditions, Shipping, FAQ, etc. All were written in a oddly stilted and ornate style that is clearly not that of a native English speaker. I then did a 'whois' on www.doorsandwindowsli.com and found it is registered in China. I searched for the street address in Nebraska and found it was the same as a different business, "Cornhusker Glass", but the phone number didn't match the Doors and Windows phone number. I then search for that phone number and found this ScamPulse.com site with a previous report for the same Doors and Windows site, with the same sketchy contact info and too-good-to-be-true prices. So thanks to the original reporter - I didn't lose any money, only my contact info.

Saw an ad for a “Snugglepuff” giant beanbag on instagram. Ordered it, and they shipped the package directly to Florida and claimed to issue a refund when asked about it. (Not processed yet). At this point, I’m assuming they shipped drugs, because what the hell else goes to Florida when it is meant to go to Oklahoma? That can’t be a typo, because it is too far off from the original address given.
