A website advertising bras and undergarments for plus size women. I went to trustpilot.com and they listed as their business is out of Pagosa Springs, CO and was a verified merchant. They are advertising on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Any attempt to contact them about my order has been ignored and my comments on their social media have been removed and reported as spam.

I ordered a product from https://officialhydren.com/products/hydren-hydrogen-water-bottle on January 29. The site states that they ship out orders in 24 hours. We are now sitting at February 12 and nothing has arrived.

I went on their site to try to reach out to customer service, there is no email or phone number available to use to reach out to the company.

I saw a Facebook ad for discount hoka shoes. Ordered them, got order confirmation but quickly realized it was a scam page and asked to cancel the order and issue a refund on December 21. Was told they were already in transit. Yet to receive any product.

I ordered flowers for my brother funeral on 29 Dec 2023, but the flowers never arrived so I called the people back and they said it did not get delivered. I called 4 times asking for my refund. They continue to send me to Customer Service, but they continue to say the money is going to arrive in my account. It's been almost three weeks now and they still give me the run-around...

I browsed their website looking for an outdoor storage shed for my mother! I found the adequate size at an affordable price!! Then went through the process of payment

information! Everything looked legit, I even received an email with an order number. I waited the 7 to 10 days it said it would take! And have not received what I purchased! As well, I have not received email nor text reply as to where my item is at! Anyone attempting to buy from this site should NOT DO SO!!

Fake ad in instagram stating a warehouse is closing so all merchandise is 70% off. The website link takes the purchaser to a site with high-branch products with significantly reduced prices. When purchasing the items, an email is sent stating it will be 2-4 days with a follow-up email with the shipping information. The purchase was on 1/2/24. No follow-up email is sent. There's no contact information or URL for the purchasing company in the purchase confirmation email. The CC charge has a different company name. The phone number doesn't answer. There's no website to support the company.

There was an add on Facebook that routed me to this website. I proceeded to purchase an item & none of the emails are available when I asked for a status update on shipping. Order was placed on 1/1/24. I received a text message over the weekend from ************************ about claiming to be with USPS stating there was an issue with my address.

They posted a task to complete one way quoting the task would be complete pending first purchase in the app but once the first purchase was completed I did not receive my money like they promised but instead they switched everything to higher amounts, did not refund my money spent and refused to pay me as they previously stated they would. I took screenshots of the original task and also when they changed them and have copies of all the emails communicating with Testerup.com and myself discussing this and their refusal to pay me for completing the task exactly as they had listed prior to their switching it.

I placed an order with this company on November 30, 2023 and I inquired about it on December 18, 2023. The company “customer service center “email told me it would take 5-7 to make and 2-7 business days to ship. I waited a little longer and I emailed them again since their website didn’t update my order status it just reflects awaiting shipment. They told me it had shipped and provided me this tracking number YT2335321272306497 that could only be tracked by a website I had never heard of “ https://www.17track.net/en “ and that didn’t have anything about my order. I kept going back and fourth with this company email about getting a refund because as of today January 5, 2024 I have not received anything. I received an email this morning saying “ Sorry for your long time waiting, please be noted that your order has been shipped out and is in transit. The tracking number is SF6043929313196. It usually takes 7-12 working days after shipping, please wait patiently.” that’s a completely different tracking number than the first one. They have not let me get a full refund.

My wife ordered shoes, but we never got them. We called the number listed, 1-888-335-1529 and no one answered. automated reply was no agent was availible. after calling my phone showed "Law office of Peter C Limberis" as who i called. Support email through webpage just indicates support would get back to you within 24 hours.

the below name and address was on the web page in small text, bottom right of page.

The website was found through Facebook offering customized stadium blankets. I purchased one on their website. The product was never received, they told me I had an invalid shipping address and told me my package was being held at the local post office, which it was not, then I was told that they would redeliver it for a $15 charge. When I asked for a refund from the company, I was told to wait 48 hours to process the refund, never got it then they requested that I give them my credit card information again to process the refund, which I did not. They continue to harass me via email stating I now owe them $15 because they keep attempting redelivery. I have since block them.

I ordered some chairs online that I saw for a price that was quite low. It presented as a special deal from QVC, but after I ordered the chairs my confirmation email came from Newinyee. They requested that I download an app to track my shipment and it supposedly shipped for over a month (from China) and never arrived. It’s been over a week since my supposed delivery date, and I’ve attempted to reach out to them via the provided email, but Gmail says that the address location doesn’t exist. I also did not see their website on web searches.

Discovered through many others that I have purchased through this website, but it is not legit. Their former company name was ZVO fitness. Now they are named MUUV Yoga.

The Scammer used a website that looked totally legit and even had tv reviews as to how wonderful came promised delivery date and did not receive have contacted them and still nothing no product just promises it will come and does not even created a fake a postal pick up and just says waiting usps pick up for over a week now I am not getting this product I am sure of it.
