I ordered the pant for my son but did not receive any order confirmation and my money was taken from my account. I emailed the customer service about the order confirmation and they said the product is out of stock and so I asked for the refund for which they said that the accounts department will get back to me which never happened and when I email them again about the refund then they said it's already being shipped. I never wanted the product and told them to cancel and refund the money which they didn't do it. When I received the product it was not from childrenclothshop but I got from Amazon a cheap quality product. I emailed them and asked them that I want to return the product and they told me to bear the shipping cost. This is pathetic. It almost took me 2 months and still the money is not refunded and they are playing a game. It's a complete scam website. Please take a strict action against them.

Bought an item from this company only to find out they tacked on additional fees such as Handling & Shipping Insurance that was not disclosed on the item. Called the phone number given and left 4 messages. No one has called me back.

Order shoes size eight, once my order was paid for. Call to check on it, they said i order a nine. Witch i knew i didn't . So i put in another order for a size 8 call back 30 mln later they said that I order a size 9 . Okay here's scam they don't have size 8 in stock so everyone who's order size 8 they send 9

I placed an order with the MICHAEL ARVANI website on October 19th, but I didn't send any shipping information or details. When I tried to activate contact via the email address listed on the website, it told me that this email address could not be contacted.

[email protected] was on facebook as a diamond art company and I putchased two items on september 10 and never received them just kept getting no response and once I did get a response I received flip flops but no way to comtact them back as they pulled my email and blocked all communication.

I purchased two queen size cooling blankets and two king size cooling blankets. I was offered an additional blanket at a discounted price. When the blankets were delivered upon me opening the packages, the blankets were not cooling blankets as they were thin, cotton blankets, they were not queen or king size they were a 10th of the described size. The day after receiving the blankets they attempted to take $29.99 from the same credit card used for the purchase, but thankfully my bank had blocked them and the transaction was declined.

Advertising 6 pack of mens golf pants $24 for father's special. Package never arrived they used a fake tracking number to show movement of package. USA carrier was never identified to see who was supposed to deliver the package.

The website sent out targeted instagram ads, claiming that after 12 years, grandmother & granddaughter were closing their little Toronto-based boutique and having a closing sale on all goods. The website used high pressure tactics to secure sales, for example: a timed shopping cart, additional coupons, low inventory alerts and a fabricated, heart-warming story. The company is in fact based in the U.S. and drop-ships cheap, fast-fashion products directly from China. They steal videos and images of products from other designers. They do not carry any stock, and if you’d like to return or exchange, you must pay to ship the items back to Asia. The information on this website is all fake, AI generated lies.

Nixplay advertises their digital picture frames as unlimited free photo storage using their cloud service. This is a bait and switch. Starting 4/21 Nixplay will charge for all photo storage over 500mb. Plans are $20 per month and $30 per month. Not only is this a bait and switch against the consumer, but the low free storage of us to 500mb is laughable render the photo frames essentially useless

After seeing an advertisement on Facebook for a T-shirt that support the semicolon symbol for suicide awareness, I decided to purchase a T-shirt. I bought two and the total cost was supposed to have been $17. I was offered another T-shirt for five dollars and so I submitted the order for the five dollar T-shirt. What they did not tell me was that the five dollar T-shirt, with shipping and taxes was going to end up costing significantly more than the two T-shirts that I had originally purchased. So the third T-shirt cost me $35. When I tried to contact the company regarding canceling the second order, I never received a response. After that incident, I had another charge show up from the same company for $39.97. This was about three weeks later. I blocked the company on my debit card, and so they started using other accounts to attempt to charge my card $39.97. Then they started changing the price. To $34.98, $29.97, even $16 once. Repeated attempts to reach out to the company resulted in no response. When they finally did respond, they sent an automatic. to $29.97, even $16 even once. When they finally did respond, they sent an automatic message stating that they were shorthanded on staff and it would take a little while to respond. 36 hours later, I received a message stating that because I had not responded to their previous attempts to contact me, they were no longer going to pursue resolution of the problem and were going to close out the ticket. Every time I’ve tried to contact them they basically responded with an apology, notification, and the same automatic email saying that they did not have enough Customer service staff to deal with everyone in a timely manner. Mind you, this was through two different websites, and they were responding to me on two different email addresses of my own. But I was getting the same exact response. They did attempt to charge my debit card from four different accounts on seven or eight different dates. When I finally got someone to actually respond to the message and to my problem, she told me that when I purchased the T-shirt initially, I signed up for a subscription and that’s why they were continuing to attempt to charge me every month. I ended up having to cancel my debit card and order a new one. And I still have not received an explanation as to why exactly a T-shirt purchase would sign me up for a subscription.

Purchased shoes from Facebook ad titled Macy's online outlet store. Paid via prepaid debit card. Was send order confirmation ****** Received tracking number **************** which is invalid. Had purchased "shipping insurance" and requested the merchandise be reshipped. No response since March 13, 2025.

I placed an order in January, 2025 with the idea/assumption this company was 32 Degrees. As of today, March 2025, I’ve only gotten any updates concerning my order after I sent emails. They said my order was lost and resent it. Back I’m now thinking this was a scam from “Soft Whimsey” acting like

32 Degrees to college.

Ordered two travel cases at 58.85. Got an e mail with tracking info from China Post. Said pkg was delivered but never received it. Asked for money back and they agreed but after two weeks I e mailed then having not received money and they said couldn't send money and wanted to resend pkg. Again tracking indicated out for delivery but never received pkg..Never divulged the carrier.
