Nixplay advertises their digital picture frames as unlimited free photo storage using their cloud service. This is a bait and switch. Starting 4/21 Nixplay will charge for all photo storage over 500mb. Plans are $20 per month and $30 per month. Not only is this a bait and switch against the consumer, but the low free storage of us to 500mb is laughable render the photo frames essentially useless

After seeing an advertisement on Facebook for a T-shirt that support the semicolon symbol for suicide awareness, I decided to purchase a T-shirt. I bought two and the total cost was supposed to have been $17. I was offered another T-shirt for five dollars and so I submitted the order for the five dollar T-shirt. What they did not tell me was that the five dollar T-shirt, with shipping and taxes was going to end up costing significantly more than the two T-shirts that I had originally purchased. So the third T-shirt cost me $35. When I tried to contact the company regarding canceling the second order, I never received a response. After that incident, I had another charge show up from the same company for $39.97. This was about three weeks later. I blocked the company on my debit card, and so they started using other accounts to attempt to charge my card $39.97. Then they started changing the price. To $34.98, $29.97, even $16 once. Repeated attempts to reach out to the company resulted in no response. When they finally did respond, they sent an automatic. to $29.97, even $16 even once. When they finally did respond, they sent an automatic message stating that they were shorthanded on staff and it would take a little while to respond. 36 hours later, I received a message stating that because I had not responded to their previous attempts to contact me, they were no longer going to pursue resolution of the problem and were going to close out the ticket. Every time I’ve tried to contact them they basically responded with an apology, notification, and the same automatic email saying that they did not have enough Customer service staff to deal with everyone in a timely manner. Mind you, this was through two different websites, and they were responding to me on two different email addresses of my own. But I was getting the same exact response. They did attempt to charge my debit card from four different accounts on seven or eight different dates. When I finally got someone to actually respond to the message and to my problem, she told me that when I purchased the T-shirt initially, I signed up for a subscription and that’s why they were continuing to attempt to charge me every month. I ended up having to cancel my debit card and order a new one. And I still have not received an explanation as to why exactly a T-shirt purchase would sign me up for a subscription.

Had purchased "shipping insurance" and requested the merchandise be reshipped. No response since March 13, 2025.

I placed an order in January, 2025 with the idea/assumption this company was 32 Degrees. As of today, March 2025, I’ve only gotten any updates concerning my order after I sent emails. They said my order was lost and resent it. Back I’m now thinking this was a scam from “Soft Whimsey” acting like

32 Degrees to college.

Ordered two travel cases at 58.85. Got an e mail with tracking info from China Post. Said pkg was delivered but never received it. Asked for money back and they agreed but after two weeks I e mailed then having not received money and they said couldn't send money and wanted to resend pkg. Again tracking indicated out for delivery but never received pkg..Never divulged the carrier.

The order was placed for the 75" DIY White Nutcracker mold, with lights, plays music. This was a buy one get one free order. The order for this request was placed in January 2, 2025. After not hearing or receiving anything the whole month of January, I reached out to the email on the shipping label they provide on a status.

I SENT EMAILs REQUESTING A STATUS in January 28th and 31st and communication twice in February. I have not received my product or any communication since February 3. My last request. This company is a scam and will send you a cheap plastic ring from a bubble gum machine for your purchase. DO NOT USE THEM OR BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered 2 blind dates with a book. They added insurance to the payment. I kept contacting them via email and always got a response but never any product. They finally sent a tracking saying it was delivered to my home but it never was. I have cameras. I repeatedly asked for my money back. Always an excuse.

Thought I was purchasing my husband a collectors set of JD Master distiller bottles- Edition 1-6. Was questioning making the purchase and even chatted with someone on how the bottles would be delivered & such. Got an order number and tracking information. The package moved through the system & when it said it was delivered to my address, I knew something was wrong. This should have been a good size box & it was delivered by the post office on a weekend to our small locker - or so the tracking says. When I contacted customer service, they accused me of lying & said they couldn't help me further as the package showed delivered.

I ordered a Christmas tree on the tik tok shop. They sent the order info and tracking via email. When clicking on the tracking it showed a deliver date before the actual day had even occurred. I reached out to let them know it never came and there was no USPS receipt of them getting it. The link for the shop stopped working. I noticed customer serve and eventually found Farmington PTE ltd. I have asked multiple times for a refund and they still won’t issue me one.

Placed an order for an item that offered shipping in 7-14 business days. After 21 days/15 business days the order had still not been fulfilled let alone shipped. I reached out to the customer support email and asked to cancel for a refund. After no reply (or automated response even) I followed up 2 business days later. I heard nothing so a few days later I contacted my bank to dispute the transaction since the "company" turned out to be more of a money grabbing black hole. Finally, 7 days later I received a reply saying "now" the order has been fulfilled so i couldn't cancel or get a refund. They provided a tracking number that shows nothing was fulfilled at the time of my emails. I should have been able to cancel my order by those guidelines but they are justifying keeping my money because of a complete lack of customer service. I would be surprised if anything ever arrives.

I made a purchase for a family set of pajamas from OTHERAN in October which after stating it was delivered a month and a half later, never arrived. I reached out to the company to rectify the situation, and was told they would "reship" the merchandise. I waited another 10 days, and the website said "delivered". Again, no package to be found anywhere. I contacted them yet again, and received no response this time around.

Saw a social media advertisement for a permit Christmas tree and it was really pretty. I went to the website and it looked legit and it used "paypal” so I ordered it. Of course nothing ever came and the tracking company they use (17track) is totally in on this scam because like many other (you can look up reviews) they say they delivered it and that’s not true. I have a camera and spoke with my mailman and there was never any package delivered. I reviewed my camera footage and nothing. This has happened to so many others and I feel so foolish. Will never order anything from China again.

I paid *** for 2 Snuggies. It shipped to an incorrect location by FedEx. I could not resolve anything with FedEx since I was not the sender. I have inquired 3 times and the only means of contacting them ([email protected]) and have gotten no response on refund or replacement. Their website has now disappeared as well.
