I ordered 3 items from this company that I did not get. The first thing they told me my order is going to be split because one of the item was a hot item. The next time they gave me a tracking number and said 2 of my item has been shipped. I checked the tracking number and it showed it was in Texas. After 3 days all showing the package had not moved I called UPS and they told me this package has not been turn over to them. This company is one big scam and you will not get your order and will be out your money because you can’t do anything because they are in China.

I was supposed to get a new smart tv 33"-55". Today on Christmas Eve I got my order today in mail and they gave me a calligraphy pen instead here is a picture. I have personal email that came from them I have emails I sent to them and with their response I put down a review today or what they did do to me with the picture of the calligraphy pen and they deleted it off their website. There's no phone number to contact them the only way you can contact them is by email or putting out a review or when you put out a review you don't get a response.

Searched for a product online, this website came up advertising the product. Placed an order paying with credit card. Got an order #. Got an email saying order shipped but no tracking information provided. 20 days later still no item. Multiple emails asking for tracking information, customer support will not provide any. Keep being assured it is coming. First was told UPS, then was told FedEx. The phone number on the website is always busy. All emails for customer support come from the same person, Steve.

Charge on credit card is not under this company name.

On Oct 27th, 2022, I searched and found a nice office chair for $59 on a website called www.metafipanda.com. It was a very professional looking website and offered many colors. I put the item in my online cart and it took me to a secure https site where I paid for the item and paid 5 shipping cost. Everything looked like any other website purchase. I received a confirmation email from Metafipanda same day and also on Oct 28th, I received a tracking email from Metafipanda telling me my package was on the way. After not receiving the package for 2 weeks I clicked on the tracking link, it took me to a track718 package tracking site. The courier said LINLONG. This is suspicious now. So I clicked on the email receipt and the Metafipanda in the from line and found it was actually from an email address called [email protected]. In the text of my nice email receipt it says "view your order" and when I click it .. website not found. I've been had to the tune of $65. So I disputed the charges.. interestingly enough the tracking site eventually said it was delivered to my house a few weeks later.. but in reality we never received it. Totally a scam. www.metafipanda.com isn't even a website any longer, when i searched its history it was only up for 4 months.
