SO DISAPPOINTED! DO NOT BUY FROM SLIP INTO SOFT! I was looking for a piece of silk clothing for my wife for our anniversary and slipintosoft.com was one of the first websites to pop up on google. The website looks legit, easy to use, and professional. I selected the item I wanted, a 2 piece silk top and shorts. It stated it would take 2-3 business days to ship. After ordering, I eventually got an email saying it was shipping from China and would arrive within 2-3 weeks. This was my first warning sign. Needless to say, I didn't have the gift in time for our anniversary. When it finally arrived, it came in some very cheap packaging and was in a cheap box with another company’s name and logo on it. This was warning sign number 2. When we finally opened it and inspected the contents, it was a very cheap looking pair of shorts and a top that did not look like anything from the website. The material definitely was not silk or any variant close to feeling like silk. It was very rough to the touch and just overall very cheap feeling/looking. I'm not sure what type of material it was, but I have polyester clothing that feels much nicer than this stuff. It dawned on me I had been ripped off. I started researching the company and saw similar complaints. I emailed the company and told them what happened. They asked I ship the items back at our expense to get a refund. I read multiple accounts of people shipping the items back, paying for return shipping, and then never receiving a refund. The company simply said they never received the item. The only people who did get refunds were those to paid extra for verified signature received shipping. Not willing to lose more money by shipping the items back, I decided to cut my loses. I mostly just want to warn others about buying anything from these frauds. They are obviously advertising silk clothing at real silk prices. I paid over $100 dollars for a silk top and shorts and received a $5 pair of who knows what kind of material straight from China. Very disappointed and I would never ever buy anything from this company again. I hope others do not make the same mistake. DO NOT BUY FROM SLIP INTO SOFT!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered king size sheets. It was the 19 Momme 4PCS Duvet Cover set Silk bedding sets. I spent $630 plus whatever shipping fee I had to pay. I received the wrong size sheets. Instead I got queen size sheets. I contacted via email and still haven't heard anything back. I don't have $600 just to be giving out. I tried to make a review on the actual site but once submitted, it said "Thank you for your review. It has been submitted for approval. I've wrote plenty of reviews and never had to wait until it got approved so that is very suspicious. Another thing that was off to me is the fact that all the reviews on the ACTUAL site are good reviews, all 5 stars. If we want to be realistic , nobody is ever 100% satisfied with a product, I know I'm not because I didn't even get the correct size sheets!! I did my own research and their are TONS of bad reviews about this site. If I don't get any answers or my money back , I am contacting the better business bureau, all social media sites and whoever else I need to contact because slipintosoft ran off with my money.
