BEWARE!!! I made a purchase on January 22, 2025. I received a confirmation email and then an email on January 23, 2025 that my item was on its way. The tracking number in that email didn’t show anything yet. A couple weeks later, I received another email saying my items are on their way and I was provided with a completely different tracking number. Skipping forward, on Feb 19th I did a fraudulent dispute with my credit card. They contacted me asking about the chargeback and telling me how it hurts their business and was asking me to get rid of it. I told them on Feb 23 that I still haven’t received my items. The tracking number showed that my items came from overseas (despite them being based in FL), it was in Chicago, IL since Feb 2nd!!! After my Feb 23rd email, they said they saw what I saw and would look further into it. They then proceeded to say that if I would cancel the chargeback so they could get their money back then they would send me a replacement. I contacted my company and cancelled the dispute, giving them their money back. After that, the tracking number magically changes destinations and shows that my product was delivered on Feb 22nd, before my email and their investigation that began on Feb 23rd and several days after. The tracking number comes up under 17track.com and Shopify.com with this information, but if I go to USPS, it shows that a package was sent on Feb 18 and delivered on Feb 22nd and never travelled overseas. So depending on what site I use, the links from their emails or the actual real post office link, they say completely different things and completely different shipping dates. They then proceeded to tell me to look around my property and then go physically file a missing package with my local post office. I advised them that I am not going to do that and that they can figure out where their package is. I looked all around my property and checked my three cameras that run 24/7 and nothing was delivered to me on that day. Since then, they have proceeded to say that they will not refund me, will not send a replacement and that I need to try and locate my package. Once they got their money back, everything changed. None of the dates lined up, they have been no help in getting me the items that I have paid for so I believe this to be a big scam!

I bought from a store online, and started changing with someone over WhatsApp. Everyrhign seemed great, placed and paid my order and never received it, and they dissapeared. Please prevent other. Ppl from buying from PK factory

Ok i did a Amazon order a month and a half ago no one in the lauderhill 16 street office never contacted me nor there fraud office in shop 4 white river commercial complex ocho rios Jamaica while Amazon email me that order was delivered they denied received the order so there is many concerns

I ordered an item back in November last year (2024) and it still hasn’t arrived. The only contact with this company is through email, there is no phone number. I have emailed several times asking for a refund and they claim the item was shipped, so they can’t refund the money. They continually refuse refunds my money! Terrible company!!

On November 28, 2024 I placed an order for Oakworks Capisco Ergonomic Adjustable Stool Chair for $395 with a 15% discount (order # 11158). I received an email confirming my order. On December 2, I contacted Miller through their online chat feature to ask for a status update on my purchase. I communicated with a customer service representative (Ashley) who informed me that the chair was not available but if I was willing to wait I would receive another 15% discount. I agreed to these terms and Ashley sent me an email indicating that the chair would arrive on December 25, 2024. I reach out via email on December 23 to ask for a status update and was informed that the chair would not arrive until January 10, 2025. When that date passed I reached out via email, through the website's Contact Us page and by phone. The chat feature on the website is no longer available. I've asked for my order to be cancelled numerous times but have received no reply. When I use the website's Track Your Order feature, it shows my order as still processing. The company has not actually charged me for this order, but am concerned that this company is collecting credit card information or some other data.

I was clicked on an ad from Shark Tank (Lori Greiner) for a travel bag and ordered it, then got an email from "Bikobabybus" confirming my Order. They keep telling me that the item has shipped and was received on January 21, 2025, but it was not.

I ordered four items from Fresh Hoods on November 29, 2024, for a total of $182.96. As of January 27, 2025, I have yet to receive the merchandise. I have contacted the customer service department several times, and they have guaranteed that the merchandise will be delivered. However, after a fourth attempt to know when I could expect my merchandise to arrive, customer service/support stopped communicating with me and replying to my emails.

A customer from Lithuania contacted a Miami Powertrain representative and agreed to buy car parts in April 2024. The money was wired per the agreement on June 11th, 2024. Later the customer was notified that there was a delay in shipment of the parts, and there has been no further contact with the company. They do not answer phone calls, emails, attorney letters.

I ordered a shirt on January 15th via an advertisement on instagram that came up. I click the link on the seller profile which took me to their supposed website to order the advertise shirt. I placed my order and even received a confirmation number, it’s been over a week and over reached out to the seller on multiple occasions via social media messenger and email, asking about a tracking number or update regarding my order and I don’t receive any response. It seems to me that even on a post for the Selena/Aaliyah shirt multiple individuals are asking the same questions and have also not receive the product or any response

Does not send product. Signs everyone who places an order up for a 35.00 a month subscription unknowingly. Just recently took his home address off of the website probably after I told him how stupid he is. Owns a jewelry company as well probably also a scam. Please get this guy put in jail

Placed order on 10/24/2024. A month later I followed up looking for my purchase. The tracking indicated it was delivered. I never received my purchase. They said they would send a replacement order. They send new tracking. I followed up again and the tracking once again said delivered. I have never had an issue with stuff being delivered to my address. The emails seemed staged to say what you wanted to hear. I never received a refund or my merchandise. Now you can't go to website. I feel it was scam and I just want others to know about it.

Saw multiple ads on instagram about the product. Since I saw so many ads and positive reviews, I made a purchase on 12/14/24 during their “sale”. It was BOGO free. I received a confirmation statement after placing the order that I would receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Never received any emails in relation to the order. I reached out via email on 12/20/24 asking about my order and the first attempted $29.95 charge. I was reassured on 12/26/24 that my order will be shipped soon, the sale went so well that they had back orders. After waiting and doing some research I saw that multiple people had the same scenario happen to them. I then reached out and advised them to give me a refund and remove all of my information from their database. I then received another email on 1/13/25 stating they just checked my order and due to the surplus of orders there is a delay and my order will be shipped in 4-5 days. I was never issued a refund.

Mr Francisco Xavier Villafuerte Meneses owner of Clean Energy Brasil and Alain Group LTD offer sugar commodities and we enter into a contract agreement where We paid the full amount of the product and has been 23 months and never delivered. He gave in guarantee a personal check who happens to be from a closed account. He sent empty booking documents for the product delivery and fake promises. Be careful with this impostor , he also shows himself as a finial investor and a finance guy company. We have been already several companies scammed by this individual from Ecuador residing between Brasil, Dubai and Spain.

Order placed Dec 7,2024. 10day window for delivery. Repeated emails sent to them. Still no product and no acceptable answer. They took my money but no product and now they won’t answer emails. They have been reported to credit card company, fraud division. They do not give a phone number for customer service. They give tracking numbers that do not work. After several email attempts to fix the problem , they now will not respond to me. It is now January 17,2025.

Was scammed by ordering Bikenda dentures through nectarskinus.com. Was responded by Brian O'Malley saying delivered 2 weeks ago. Tried tracking order# and tracking # every tracking service says neither exists. Don't have money to throw away for [censored]es that do this to people. So sad.
