On 4-11-2025 I was on facebook when a Macy's post popped up about a clerance outlet sale for a NINJA Slushi Frozen Drink Maker. The post had it on clerance for $39.98 instead of its regular price, the post had customer reviews with pictures of others who had supposedly both this and other items and by the way the page even had the green trusted site stamp at the bottom. Now normally Im very cautious when it comes to facebook online purchasing but the price looked great, so I purchased this item twice one for me on my card and one for my boyfriend on his card. So the site gave a tracking number and was suppose to be delivered between 4-7 days. So I said okay lets see what happens, so I waited for a confirmation tracking email from whatever carrier was suppose to do the shipping but i never received one, but I did get a text from my financiall institution showing me that Hong Kong based company by the name of DENGHUOEPAQ 16215622830 took the amount out $50.98 and then another deduction of $1.00. So today I dedided to go back on that so called page and put in that tracking number which was given to me earlier and it says that the item was shipped with no courier name just the word Sprinter and Im pissed. So Im just going to take this lost on the chin, but please buyer beware!!!!

I ordered blocks from an ad on Facebook for a company called Magnacraft in 11-2024 for a "Black Friday" sale. I paid with paypal a total of $115.48 and the company name was Fizidot HK Limited. The website was magnacraft.co. At first I received an email order confirmation and tracking number that looked legitimate. As time went by I emailed the support email, [email protected]. I received a response to be patient that they took more orders than their stock but they will be fulfilling orders soon. I emailed again after a month and now the email and website are inactive. I never received my product and was never refunded the money.

Sleeknjoy is running advertisements selling products for Simply Southern at extremely low prices, advertising a blowout sale. Unfortunately, I fell for it thinking they were a subsidiary of Simply Southern. Not only did I never receive my products but I never received my refund they said they would send. Beware and stay away. It seemed too good to be true. I should have known better but again I thought they were a subsidiary of the bigger company, Simply Southern. Their name is "Sleeknjoy" and their email is [email protected].

They were posing as the company, SImply Southern - disguised as Sleeknjoy, selling Simply Southern items. I thought they were just a subsidiary of them taking orders. All the items were ridiculously low-priced. I fell for it. I, not only didn't receive my order, but I didn't receive the refund I've been emailing them everyday for!!

I ordered shoes from what I thought was Dicks Sporting Goods. I received a "tracking number" and information on my order on 2/6/25. When I tracked the package, I noticed it was coming from China. I tracked the package nearly daily and on 3/6/25, I noticed that it was STILL not delivered to me or close. I reached out multiple times to "[email protected]" and each time was met with an excuse and telling me to wait longer. Finally on 3/8/25, after back and forth emails, "[email protected]" informed me that, "Hello, we are very sorry about this problem. Due to logistics reasons, we lost the order, and we have submitted a refund to you. Please check that the customer's bank arrival time is 7 to 15 days. Please pay attention to the check, please wait patiently, thank you. Have a nice week." 7-15 days for a refund?! I wrote back stating I was going to report them and the response back was, "We have checked whether your order has been placed correctly for you. If your package has not arrived or the delivery address displayed is different from yours, please contact your local post office. Have a nice day! Sincerely customer service centerHave a nice day!

Sincerely, Customer Service Center" Yes, you read that correctly, it was repeated multiple times and placing the blame on me or my "local post office". I have yet to get a refund, and I feel like I'm never going to get one!

Scammer sold a product to me that was never received. Initially he was very communicative and responsive. Once payment was made, not one single form of communication was made nor was product received.

BEWARE!!! I made a purchase on January 22, 2025. I received a confirmation email and then an email on January 23, 2025 that my item was on its way. The tracking number in that email didn’t show anything yet. A couple weeks later, I received another email saying my items are on their way and I was provided with a completely different tracking number. Skipping forward, on Feb 19th I did a fraudulent dispute with my credit card. They contacted me asking about the chargeback and telling me how it hurts their business and was asking me to get rid of it. I told them on Feb 23 that I still haven’t received my items. The tracking number showed that my items came from overseas (despite them being based in FL), it was in Chicago, IL since Feb 2nd!!! After my Feb 23rd email, they said they saw what I saw and would look further into it. They then proceeded to say that if I would cancel the chargeback so they could get their money back then they would send me a replacement. I contacted my company and cancelled the dispute, giving them their money back. After that, the tracking number magically changes destinations and shows that my product was delivered on Feb 22nd, before my email and their investigation that began on Feb 23rd and several days after. The tracking number comes up under 17track.com and Shopify.com with this information, but if I go to USPS, it shows that a package was sent on Feb 18 and delivered on Feb 22nd and never travelled overseas. So depending on what site I use, the links from their emails or the actual real post office link, they say completely different things and completely different shipping dates. They then proceeded to tell me to look around my property and then go physically file a missing package with my local post office. I advised them that I am not going to do that and that they can figure out where their package is. I looked all around my property and checked my three cameras that run 24/7 and nothing was delivered to me on that day. Since then, they have proceeded to say that they will not refund me, will not send a replacement and that I need to try and locate my package. Once they got their money back, everything changed. None of the dates lined up, they have been no help in getting me the items that I have paid for so I believe this to be a big scam!

I have emailed several times asking for a refund and they claim the item was shipped, so they can’t refund the money. They continually refuse refunds my money! Terrible company!!

On November 28, 2024 I placed an order for Oakworks Capisco Ergonomic Adjustable Stool Chair for $395 with a 15% discount (order # 11158). I received an email confirming my order. On December 2, I contacted Miller through their online chat feature to ask for a status update on my purchase. I communicated with a customer service representative (Ashley) who informed me that the chair was not available but if I was willing to wait I would receive another 15% discount. I agreed to these terms and Ashley sent me an email indicating that the chair would arrive on December 25, 2024. I reach out via email on December 23 to ask for a status update and was informed that the chair would not arrive until January 10, 2025. When that date passed I reached out via email, through the website's Contact Us page and by phone. The chat feature on the website is no longer available. I've asked for my order to be cancelled numerous times but have received no reply. When I use the website's Track Your Order feature, it shows my order as still processing. The company has not actually charged me for this order, but am concerned that this company is collecting credit card information or some other data.

I have contacted the customer service department several times, and they have guaranteed that the merchandise will be delivered. However, after a fourth attempt to know when I could expect my merchandise to arrive, customer service/support stopped communicating with me and replying to my emails.

A customer from Lithuania contacted a Miami Powertrain representative and agreed to buy car parts in April 2024. The money was wired per the agreement on June 11th, 2024. Later the customer was notified that there was a delay in shipment of the parts, and there has been no further contact with the company. They do not answer phone calls, emails, attorney letters.

I ordered a shirt on January 15th via an advertisement on instagram that came up. I click the link on the seller profile which took me to their supposed website to order the advertise shirt. I placed my order and even received a confirmation number, it’s been over a week and over reached out to the seller on multiple occasions via social media messenger and email, asking about a tracking number or update regarding my order and I don’t receive any response. It seems to me that even on a post for the Selena/Aaliyah shirt multiple individuals are asking the same questions and have also not receive the product or any response
