I made a purchase advertised on Facebook impersonating OLD NAVY and GAP merchandise on Oct. 30 . 2024.

I received an email with what appeared to be an order conf. and a tracking no. HYD1100366335QN

When I emailed them to ask why the package is still not delivered, they proceeded to tell me that the package was "delivered" on 12/2 and that they will investigate where the package is. Note the tracking no looks suspicious as is not common to other carriers this is the website that they gave me to check status of the package:

Ordered 2 pairs of sneakers never received. Seller send a tracking number that did not work and response to email one time said should receive in 3-5 days. Never received several weeks later and refuses to respond to additional contact attempts

I purchased stove gap covers on Nov 8, 2024. It has been over 1 month and they still have not arrived. The tracking information never lists an arrival date and the company says they do not give refunds or accept cancellations but to continue to be patient.

Business represents itslef on Instagram, with over 100,000 followers. Business also has a website which seemed valid, with testimonials from customers. Business showed and texted images of the watch being purchased; guaratneed warranty and sales information. Guaranteed shipment of watch in the next business day. After speakign with the businessman, Thomas Phouapadith, on the phone, and verifying the business to the best of my ability, I sent the money, $14,500. for a watch. The person sent back Tracking Information for what they claimed to be the shipment being sent to me. The tracking information was Fraud, it wasn't real, and they jsut sent it to satisfy my inquiries in the beginning. Thereafter, after asking for a return, or anything at all to recover my money, the person continued to just push it along, pretending like they were going to resolve it, but with no intention seemingly and just to steal my money. after nearly 30 days, they still have not made any attempt to resolve the matter, and still have my money, without sending anything back or any product.

Last week we found this page that we liked due to the product they where offering. We review the website and we did not found anything weird, so we decided to buy boxing gloves. We payed 15 dollars extra for delivery express in 2-3 days. On monday after the 3 days without receving the package we wrote to the contact information of the website. Until now we have not recieve any information, therefore we decided to put this claim.

It was suppose to be shipped in 3 to 5 business days. It wasn't! Their phone number is not legit- when called it says the number is no longer in service. No response to e-mails.

Dear ScamPulse.com officer

I wanted to buy detergent products from Wholesalers. As far as this scan is concerned, alleged scammer contacted,the business website.During the order process,he collected all customers including my name,phone and email.then I placed the order where they asked to a bank to bank transfer which I account.since then I didn’t get the products neither my money back despite my effort contacting the my bank. Their phone number is not longer accessible,they don’t pick up my calls . I really need my money bank.please Bank of America between Wells Fargo.

Purchased a JBH Foldable electric wheelchair on 11/21/2024. For $49.99 +5.99 shipping. I received a email confirmation of order same day.Email sender listed as Ethan08.My debit card was charged at time of order. They have an email of Service @bgaacss.com to contact for information. I tried emailing that address and received denial not a valid email. They have the company of Costco Store listed as seller. I emailed that listed [email protected] no reply.

Checked if others had issues of not receiving items and no valid email. Yes! Many others have been scammed! Im disabled and on social security. That lose of $55.98

Is very costly to me.Plus they are still on line selling these bogus chairs.

Order a pair of shoes on 11/5. Got an email. Saying it was shipped the next day. I have yet received any product. The company has no phone number or online chat. Ive sent 7 emails because its the only means of contacting. I have yet to receive any additional information or a email back.

I was contacted by an email that appeared to be from Dentifixx, claiming to collaborate with brands like UGG. They offered me €800 to create a promotional video for one of their products. To proceed with the collaboration, they required me to purchase the product at a 50% discount through their website. Believing this was a legitimate offer, I purchased the product for €49.99 using my credit card. However, after completing the payment, I never received the product or the promised payment for the collaboration. Despite reaching out to them for updates, they have not responded. I now suspect this was a scam designed to lure people into paying for non-existent products under the guise of a collaboration.

I saw the TIKTOK and then reached out to the seller by text. I purchased 3 items for a total of $850. $350 by paypal and $500 by venmo. After I paidthem the money and it was tqken they said the items would be shipped by Antongloballistics.com and that with that company I had to pay $150.00 for insurance and then they wanted more and i refused. The package was supposedly shipped back to the sender. Then they said they woud send it by another freight company and it was called Parcel flight Logistics . That company again I had to pay $150 for insurance and then $400 for it to be released from customs. They wanted more money I refused. I contacted the sender and the person I was buying from and he text back that there should not be a issue and would get a refund. I never got a refund from the first shipping company of $150 and I never got a refund from the 2nd company of $550 and spoke to the seller Nicholas and his wife Linda by text and never got my items or a refund for anything. I think it was a scam on them and some made up shipping companies

I pre-ordered a travel hoodie on Sept 12, with the understanding that it would ship my November 4, 2024. After noticing I was charged immediately on 9/12, I contacted them via email and was told the date was moved to November 20th. I explained that was not the agreement, and would like my money back. They offered a credit and a discount. I told them it was not acceptable, as they currently had the item in inventory, and should be able to ship. We had many back and forths; email took a while to get a response, so I took to their Facebook and instagram to share my experience. They responded more quickly that way, and I was told via messenger that my order would definitely ship November 4th. They also blocked me on Facebook, as I was encountering many others with similiar situations and sharing experiences. The item never shipped and I called my credit card company yesterday to dispute the charge. They had my payment since September 12, and never shipped the product although they had it in stock.

Placed order for Macarons on 09/8/2024 with expected wait time of 4 weeks. Emailed company 10/16/2024 without any response due to no shipping information or product update. No phone number available to call on emails. Website is not longer active and unable to reach. $67.30 charged without any refund.

I ordered a dozen macarons from this company 7 weeks (Sept 28,2024) weeks ago. The cost was $33 plus $10.99 shipping. I tried to contact them today (November 1,204) at [email protected] about why they'd not been shipped. They listed no phone number or any other contact information. I received an error message that the email address was no longer available nor was the website available any longer. Their Facebook page has not been updated since August 2024 and no way to post them there. I even looked on Google Earth to find the shop thinking it might have a phone number, but all there was at that address was a solid door no shop. Auto Zone was on one side and another store on the other side. I do not believe this a scam as I ordered and received product from them a yr ago, but I do think they went out of business without refunding money to those whose orders were not filled.

On August 21, I ordered a product via the Makeupstore.com. I paid online using a debit card. I wasn't suspecting things would go awry because I had previously bought one item from them successfully. On September 13, I reached out to their Customer Service to check on the status of my package because the first item arrived within a week. The company representative assured me that the parcel had been transferred to the USPS for delivery and provided a tracking number. However, the parcel has been marked as "Moving through network" ever since. I contacted the rep via email 2 days ago, wanting to get a refund or some assistance with checking for the delivery since I paid for it in full, and I contacted her again on October 22nd. Not getting any reply from her, I contacted their Customer Service through a form they have on their website and asked for a refund but didn't get any reply.

Paid for senior softball bat via card, received payment receipt. Lead time was to be 3-5 days, has been one month. Sent numerous text and voicemails, no response.week of Oct 17 used another phone and owner Rob Maya answered and was surprised it was me . He then said bat was out for delivery the next day and would send tracking. No tracking was sent and no bat delivered. Since then no contact. Sent voicemail that if I'm not getting bat delivery I want full refund as being senior citizen nearly 78 yro I can't afford to lose 350$. No response!
