Saw multiple ads on instagram about the product. Since I saw so many ads and positive reviews, I made a purchase on 12/14/24 during their “sale”. It was BOGO free. I received a confirmation statement after placing the order that I would receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Never received any emails in relation to the order. I reached out via email on 12/20/24 asking about my order and the first attempted $29.95 charge. I was reassured on 12/26/24 that my order will be shipped soon, the sale went so well that they had back orders. After waiting and doing some research I saw that multiple people had the same scenario happen to them. I then reached out and advised them to give me a refund and remove all of my information from their database. I then received another email on 1/13/25 stating they just checked my order and due to the surplus of orders there is a delay and my order will be shipped in 4-5 days. I was never issued a refund.

Mr Francisco Xavier Villafuerte Meneses owner of Clean Energy Brasil and Alain Group LTD offer sugar commodities and we enter into a contract agreement where We paid the full amount of the product and has been 23 months and never delivered. He gave in guarantee a personal check who happens to be from a closed account. He sent empty booking documents for the product delivery and fake promises. Be careful with this impostor , he also shows himself as a finial investor and a finance guy company. We have been already several companies scammed by this individual from Ecuador residing between Brasil, Dubai and Spain.

Order placed Dec 7,2024. 10day window for delivery. Repeated emails sent to them. Still no product and no acceptable answer. They took my money but no product and now they won’t answer emails. They have been reported to credit card company, fraud division. They do not give a phone number for customer service. They give tracking numbers that do not work. After several email attempts to fix the problem , they now will not respond to me. It is now January 17,2025.

Was scammed by ordering Bikenda dentures through nectarskinus.com. Was responded by Brian O'Malley saying delivered 2 weeks ago. Tried tracking order# and tracking # every tracking service says neither exists. Don't have money to throw away for [censored]es that do this to people. So sad.

My daughter found a good sale on jeans so I put the order in. The tracking service was one I had never heard track 678 but A couple weeks later it said my stuff was delivered but I never got it contacted them they said the carrier wouldn’t refund them but they sent another shipment again a couple weeks later it said delivered but I didn’t get it. Contacted them again and the story they said that they must have problems delivering in my area, and that they were only able to get 70 percent of the money back from there carrier service and were offering that as a refund. I’m not expecting to even see that refund

On 12/13/24 I purchased a Zen Garden Terrarium form $194.42 including shipping. On 12/21/24 I was told the order had shipped and provided a UPS tracking number. That tracking number does not exist according to UPS. I have contacted PlantPico multiple times through email and text. They assured me the order was on the way. I requested a refund and they refused.

The scammer presents a website claiming to sell jewelry made by a little old lady in Utah.

I am still waiting for the jewelry to arrive (though I suspect that it never will) - but can see that (if it is shipping at all), it is shipping from China.

Ad on TikTok from company grappees. Advertising mini jeeps on sale for $39 as well as other power ride on toys. Purchased 1 jeep and 2 go karts. I received no confirmation email and after 2 weeks I emailed the email listed on the site. It returned undeliverable.

i purchased two vehicles from what I thought was a legit auction car dealership out of Florida. The first vehicle was a 2013 Audi A7 for $9,965 on 11/27/24, the second was a 2015 Toyota 4Runner for $9,300 on 12/6/24. They told me I won the auction and they wouldn't charge for a second delivery if I had them both delivered together. I sent 2 separate wire transfers for each vehicle, the entire time I was in contact with a women by the name of Jessica @ 1-954-607-1461.

I filed a police report with the El Paso County Sheriffs Office, **** ****** * ********.

I never received the vehicles, the money was taken from my accounts, the bank tried to put a stop to the transaction, but it was too late, the money had been taken out.

I need to figure out how to try to get my money back and I would like for these people to be liable for the fraud considering the amount of money and the number of others they may have committed fraud against.

Do not order anything from sinplybyallmeans.com!! This company claims to be in the USA & ship from Gainesville, GA and it is false. I ordered an item & when I received the tracking info it says it’s in Belgium and the status hasn’t changed for days. Others that have ordered have received the same tracking info with destinations all over Europe and China & many never received their items. The company lists an address in England and a quick search shows a literal shack. They are stealing from so many people!

I reached City Dominoes thru instagram to order a table and Jason Castell and Cristina Castell wanted payment to reserve the table on December 2nd and told me I was going to get the dominoes table by December 22nd.

They took my payment and ignored me all the way From text messages calls, instagram dms nothing they took my money and never replied again. They use artists for advertising to lure People and have them make payments.

Today is December 27 2024 and I still have not been able to reach them.

I ordered with them a month ago, and the order is “on its way” but no updated tracking information provided.

I have emailed them 4 times with no answer. Reached out via social media and no answer. But yet somehow they post on IG about 4-6 times per day.

No phone available to contact them. No one getting back to you. This place is a scam, a money grabber and just a hot mess. Do not order from them. I know I never will ever again!!!!

Sale announcement from “Janie and Jack” as the biggest sale online. It seemed legit in all aspect, from the merchandise to the payment site.

Tracking number seemed “off” and 33 days later (as of yesterday) it said “delivered” but it wasn’t. That’s when I realized it was a fraud.

Contacted Jason Castell of City Dominoes on 11/12/2024. He stated if the order was in he would be able to finish it by thanksgiving. Today is now 12/15/2024 and he has flat out ghosted me. Last week he gave me a BS story about how his warehouse got robbed and it was delayed, he told me it would be done last month! I DM’d them on a separate IG account inquiring about a new table and of course they immediately responded.

Names of the owners are Cristina Castell and Jason Castell. Beware and do not do business with these scammers.

I had contacted this business (City Dominoes) to make me a customized dominos table for my parents' anniversary. When making the transaction (Wed. Oct.30th) I had asked if could receive a mockup of what the table would look like, they responded with unfortunately we can't send you the mockup without payment because we've had people steal our designs previously. I proceeded to give them what it was worth ($448.00) and they promised me my mockup by Tuesday/Wednesday of the following week (11/05-11/06). I waited all day Wednesday to receive my mock-up and nothing was ever received, this started a long chain of them ignoring my calls and my messages where I am demanding to see the mockup for the table. The times they would reply they would state that they would send me the mockup that day and obviously not deliver on those promises. I was finally fed up and tired of being promised my mockup and demanded they give me my money back because it was ridiculous how unprofessional they were acting. After countless calls to which I received no answer, I decided to call through a friend's number which they did respond to. I demanded my money, and they said you will receive it by today (11/15) and to this day I have tried to get my money back and have been unsuccessful, even the bank denied my claim because the transaction was made through a third-party service (Cash App). These people have stolen almost $500 from me and have been unacceptably disrespectful and extremely unprofessional towards me. I hope your bureau is able to find these people so no one else has to go through this. Please let me know if you guys need any further proof as I have the calls and text messages, they have continuously ignored.
