I ordered an item for approximately $70 on 9/17/2023. I used a debit card for the order and the amount was drafted from my bank account on 9/18/2023. I received an automated confirmation email stating that I would receive notification when the item had shipped. It is now nearly 3 months later (12/13/2023) and I still have not received the item, nor any notification that the item has shipped. I have made dozens of attempts to contact them at [email protected], [email protected], and through their Facebook page and Facebook messenger. There has been no response, except for the fact that they have deleted my comments about not receiving my item from their Facebook page (I tried to email and message them first before leaving negative comments - no response, of course). I searched the internet and it appears my experience with this “company” is not uncommon. You can visit https://www.trustpilot.com/review/lavah.co to verify that more people have had experiences just like mine. For these reasons, I believe this website is a scam and fraudulent. There is no address or phone number provided on their website. The address shown for them on my bank statement is 1100 Biscayne Blvd #C, Miami FL., but Google tells me the only thing at this address is residential condos.

I paid the Scammer with zelle $1600 for clothing boxes and after paying the scammer immediately no longer responded to my calls or texts. During payment process they responded immediately.

I was shopping for a pressure washer and clicked on a site supposedly an outlet of BestBuy, but unfortunately I didn't verify the web address (which I usually do) until after I made the order. When I saw address www.giveemonday.com (which claims to be an affiliate of Best Buy), I became suspicious so I started to search for reviews. My credit card was charged to a company with website as www.cusve.com, which is also possibly a scam site.

10/20/23, I purchased a product from the merchant. The merchant promptly sent me an order confirmation/receipt. 11/06/23, 14 business has passed, order status has not changed since the initial purchase. 11/18/23, 21 business days has passed, order status remains unchanged. Email sent to merchant, however, no response. 12/02/23, 6 weeks since initial order, merchant responds. Instructs me to return item onced received [upon shipping], and then refund will be processed. 12/03/23, order staus remains unchanged.

Originally, I placed an order that was for $7.90 on 11/9/23. I have not received that order. On 11/28/23 (which was in pending mode for several days until this date), $24.95 was taken from my bank account (unauthorized). I have tried numerous times to call (the phone number's recording says it has been canceled) and double-checked the number. It's the same thing. I've tried via their website. I've gotten no response. I asked that they call or email me to tell me what the $24.95 was for and to get the status of the original order.

I am at my wit's end. I need your help with this. Tell me what I need to do. Please! I have a very tight budget so it's very important to my money back and/or the product I ordered. If they were able to take the unauthorized money then they'll do it again.

MD Exam offers weight loss medication on a subscription basis. They immediately charged my credit card for the first month, $300, but never sent the medication. Then charged my card for a second $300 the following month - again, never sending anything. They will not respond to any inquiries.

There was a listing for Black Friday special on Nike sneakers buy 3 pairs for 59 dollars was listed on instagram they used a web address that went directly to dick sporting goods website but the address does not match the original dick sporting goods. I was to slow to notice it until I purchased it i waited a few days no response and no phone to reach them. I should have known better when something sounds to good to be true 9 times out 10 it is.

I also got scammed with kacartapps.com pretending to be Macy’s outlet for a chaise lounge! I’ve been trying to track my package and can’t do so saying invalid number PLEASE BE AWARE! Do Not Order from this so called company! I also lost $49.98. Too good to be true DO NOT do it. Can’t get my money back or anything resolved. I’m reporting to the ScamPulse.com as well. Please Please be AWARE

Instagram advertisement shows an end of year liquidation for a Minibike at a reduced price. Scammer takes your money and information, but you do not receive a receipt of purchase. Their company does sample sales. I ordered something on September 21 and they said their shipping times are up to 4 weeks. We are now 2 months later and there is no end in sight of when my order will come. While their emails have been nice, they are utterly unhelpful and I believe this is a scam.

I went on their Instagram to comment this to let others know that I believe there are poor business practices happening. Within minutes, I received an email that my order was cancelled, and I was blocked on Instagram! I am utterly shocked at their poor business practices and am led to be believe they are doing something wrong!

Gave fake tracking info and said package was undeliverable and after i contacted company they said i need to go pick the package up myself and pay additional .30 cents postage from USPS!

I purchased a purse online gave all of my correct information. When I questioned where the order was they told me it was delivered -I called the post office. The item was delivered to a different address not mine. I emailed the company again, and then they ignored me from then on telling me it was delivered to my house when it, quite obviously was not. I have proof from the post office -they need to make good and send me the product.

Scammer provided false UPS tracking number with to Paypal to show proof of delivery to the purchaser's address and Paypal provided such unclear tiny small print copies to Capital One credit card fraud investigation department. The UPS tracking number provided from merchant later verified with the UPS fraud department showed that their record for the tracking number vendor was from Amazon not the Stephanie Co OD PA and the ship to address for such tracking number was delivered to another address in the same city. Purchaser also had tried to contact merchant with phone number provided on the internet and emails but no reply. Phone number 1.888.727.7395 listed at this website is invalid. Everything is fraud for false and misrepresentation of product for sale and fake website, fake phone number and email address. NEVER received anything at all.

The company keeps sending me tracker number no good JSE1J2346127175YQ.its a Chinese web sight cannot read Chinese and refuse to send to my house. I told them they need to send to my condo and gs w them my address but they simply refuse to send here or give me a refund.
