I ordered from them and then checked the reviews which was a terrible idea. I asked for a refund after this and they told me to “give them a chance” to at least deliver products. So I did and over a month later it says delivered but I never received anything. Then they told me they could only refund me 60% and I told them if they don’t refund me the full amount I would be reporting their website and I did. They said they would refund me 90% and sent me back $6….. my order was $31. Do not order from her it is a scam

Person posed as known followed person on tiktok, mikayla nogueira (@mikaylanogueira) advertising and selling American Eagle jeans at a clearance price. I paid, received an order confirmation wth the items i had chosed listed and a tracking number which did in fact look like I was going to receive it, with my city and zip code reference. Tracking number: REDC7398595383, when I try to track, it did in fact take me a tracking information until the days passed and went... www.track718.us

Found an ad on Facebook which appeared many times. This is one of the pictures featured in the ad. I ordered 5 sets of straps in green , black and orange ( buy 3 pairs get 2 free ). The delivers was supposed to be 7-10 days. I ordered the straps on 12/20/25 and have not received them. Went to the website and the site is gone.

Tiktok ad for Halara brand sale. Halara website used to make the order then Sirawear.com for actual checkout. Order pay by credit card and sent from China, tracking shows it was deliver but never received. Made a complained to the company Sirawear.com and they send a reship but never received other traking number (fake web site) shows delivered again but has never received. Have request refound they havent send anything

I placed an order early October 2025 for discounted clothing/accessories from CHICO women's clothing store, or so I was led to believe. The order tracking system was all in Chinese but was able to do English translation. Seemed legitimate until it indicated that my order was delivered on 10/30/25, but I received nothing. I was in contact with the "company" throughout the order process, informing them the order was never delivered. I was told today that i cannot get a refund, and that the items are now out of stock, but I can pay another $15 to re order to obtain the items in 25 days. I can provide the order number if needed.

saw the shop on Facebook we are planning a wedding and ads kept popping up they were low in price the website looked legit I’ve ordered before from Facebook so I wasn’t worried. I paid for VIP shipping because I figured it was coming from China and would take longer to get. After a month of not getting another update on my package I emailed them. Everytime I clicked on the tracking it never gave me anything past order received. They sent me tracking information that looked like it was delivered. I said I did not get. They said check with USPS I did they didn’t have it and said that tracking number did not line up with usps tracking numbers. I emailed them again telling them what postal worker said they said we will look into it but it will take some time. I have disputed the charge from my credit card but have not gotten final result yet. Now I am noticing they are not coming up when I look on social media but the website is there if you search on Google

Bath & Body Works posted their candles on sale. The post looked legitimate! So much so that I ordered 4 candles for $20.00 including shipping. I received an email that candles were shipped. Sadly the candles were never delivered. As I started intensely doing some research, I figured out, it was all a scam! Numerous ppl are still waiting for their order as well. When you try to track shipment, website does not work and the answers to your emails are all automated. No phone number is provided. It’s upsetting how they are getting away with this - I hope they get caught!!

On Sep 7, 2025, I placed an on-line order for a pair of Western Chief Womens Rain Boots. I never received a confirmation or merchandise. However, payment was taken from my card. Now I keep getting several Spam emails from [email protected] that says - Oops! Looks like you left something behind.

Saw an ad on Instagram for KingSize clothing. Clicked on a link not realizing that the website changed and tried to purchase clothes for myself. I paid for it and then waited for it to be delivered to my house and it never got delivered.

I ordered from Instagram thinking the company was legit. I used their website to place the order. I used Apple Pay/Cash App and the company charged the card and Never sent me a confirmation email. Red Flag #1! Red Flag #2-they have No contact number. Red Flag #3-The company doesn’t have an email address! You can send them an email via their website Only.

Saw an ad for cool bench-to-picnic table benches through instagram. Saw product reviews and all looked good. Paid and got confirmation text with tracking number. Several weeks later, still nothing and then link given would no longer work. Last time accessed showed China as origin but none of that on original site. Lesson learned.

Ordered 10 bottles of lotions online; company charged credit card never mailed merchandise. When I attempted to contact them their website was defunk and emails bounced back undeliverable. Called and message said must leave a detailed information with amount paid, email address, address, method of payment and then said message would be "transcribed" and a return call would be received in 24 to 48 business hours. It appears they are cybercriminals with a shell company lifting customer voices to perpetuated more cybercrimes.
