Through Facebook I got an add offering golf mats, including a video on how the mat helps the direction of the golf ball by marking the mat with the club delivery. So, I asked for 2 mats before Christmas 2022. They began sending me an e-mail and following up on my delivery date. As of today, 1/23/23 - over a month after the purchase, I have not received the items, and there is no way to contact this corporation, and they stopped sending me delivery updates. This is the last delivery update I received; 2023-01-02 06:43:59UTC, which was sent to me 1/2/23

Placed an order for a Christmas gift on 12/7/2022. Emailed 10 days later and they said it was taking longer than normal. Since the, I have called, emailed, &FB messaged with no response.

I order mini golf game set via an ad seen on Instagram. I ordered this item and chose a fast delivery option so I would receive it in time for the holidays. I have sent 6 emails to the company demanding a refund and they continue to write back saying a refund cannot be issued because the item is on its way. This item was ordered on December 5th, 2022

I essentially went on this site and although thought it did look like somewhat of a scam after reading policies and looking around I thought it was actually at least a moderately safe site to order from. So I ordered an Iridescent Curry hoodie for one of my friends and so the payment was made, Afterwards, however, I realized the USPS number they gave me did not actually work so I contacted them asking what was going on and they sent me another link leading to my delivery status. From here, I waited until the product got 'delivered' only to find out it never was delivered in the first place and the USPS site still says that the tracking number they gave me is invalid. I was looking for a mirror cabinet for a bathroom remodel. I had purchased this mirror cabinet from a reputable company years ago, but it was discontinued. I thought that I found a vendor that was selling it on Google. The website looked legit, and I purchased through PayPal. After a couple of weeks of not getting the item I attempted to contact the "company" and after looking more closely at the bottom of the website, it looked fishy. I tried emailing them and also looking at their FB page and figured out quickly I had been scammed.

There is a website that is still up (https://rockislandarmoryusa.com), managed by a James Johnston (probably a fake name), using the trademark of a real and reputable company, posing as them. The search engine found this website for the product I was looking to buy. I paid via Zelle for the product and then asked for shipping information several times. I got no answers from the seller. This is when I realized I was scammed.

I made a purchase that I didn't receive. The company's email address does not work.

I was contacted by text message by a man name Brian Woodward and said he had a fender and bumper cover for my truck the price was $830 he said it was from all car parts the receipt I received says all car parts / us motor store he told me I would receive my parts in 7 to 10 days delivered to my company I work at and since then my emails and phone calls and text messages are pretty much not answered once in awhile I can get someone with broken English saying it's on its way

I don't know if this company is actually legit or a scam. Be warned...

I ordered some weed killer from them on July, 29th, 2022 for $98.54. After no notice of a ship date by Aug. 6th 2022, I sent an email which they answered on Aug. 8th, 2022 saying the item was out of stock and might be any day now. I waited until Sep. 5th, 2022 (almost a month) and sent another email asking to cancel the order and refund my money. They replied and agreed to the refund saying it would take 5 business days to post to my card. After 10 business days, there was no sign of a refund on my card. I have tried to contact them a few more times since and get zero response. Fortunately, I paid via PayPal so I believe PayPal will refund my money under their protection policy.
