Went to https://reptmarts.com/ to buy a common rain frog for my child. The website looked legit and said the frogs were in stock. Upon checkout, there was no direct connectivity to a payment system. I was asked to pay by Apple Pay, Zelle, PayPal etc. and to send a screen shot of the payment. Upon hitting submit, I received an email of the order asking me to make the payment. I was given a phone number 240 698 9289 to make the payment to. I made the payment via Apple Cash. They said they received the payment and everything was legit. Then they sent me a tracking number for a “courier” company. https://azexpresscourierservice.com/.

Subsequently, I received an email from the “courier” company that my package is stuck with the authorities at the Miami airport. I need to buy pet insurance of $499 otherwise the package will be destroyed. That’s when I sensed a scam. The email’s style was same as that of the order confirmation and payment types were also the same. This raised a suspicion that this is an elaborate scam where the scammers have two websites - an order placement website and a fake courier website. They take money through non credit card means (cash) and then they scam further by creating the insurance issue.

At this point in time I texted the store rep’s number and asked about the matter. The reply came that they can’t do anything as they have given the package to the “courier” company.

This company has been lying to its investors for over a year about production timelines, shipping dates, and more. The shining people on has gone on long enough that no one can initiate chargebacks on their credit cards for reimbursement and there are still no estimated dates for shipment. I paid for this product in May of 2023 being told it would ship first in October, then November, then January, and now finally in April they came clean with the fact that there is still no product and no idea of when there will be a product. I have contacted them repeatedly for a refund and I am being ignored.

Facebook add with products for sale. Went off Facebook and located website by name, Glendora.com, placed oder#7653 on January 23,2024 for listed Machette bender. Credit card was charged, but have not received any shipping info and product is no longer available on their site. I used the contact us feature on their website with inquiry 5 times and have never gotten a response of any kind. Tried separate email using [email protected] that email was undeliverable. Today was the fifth contact us email on their website with no response. 02/05/24

It is an online store called Visvako shop, I ordered nicotine patches from them on Nov 17, got an email to say they received the order and it would be on hold until they could confirm that payment had been received, it was in the amount of $19.72, I saw it had been charged to my CC. However when I checked my account today I could no longer see the charge but have not been credited for it either.

I have since seen other complaints on other platforms reg this company, they do not honor any purchases made, don't answer emails and have no number to call them. They need to be shut down and if possible have my money credited back to me,

Ordered three containers for the bedroom. I didn't receive them and I questioned it. They told me to contact UPS. Go check to the site and it said it was delivered. It was never delivered. We emailed back and forth. They said it was delivered to check with a neighbor the house where it was delivered. They're living there for 99 years. They're living there since their grandmother's alive and they kept saying it was deliver. Check with a neighbor. Kept texting back and forth or they were going to contact the international. It came from China. Nothing ever became about and I said that I was going to have them shut down all of a sudden. I got an email. That they were resending it and I told them if I didn't receive it by the 12th that I would continue with reporting them. I've already reported them but I'm I'm doing it again and that's it.

Saw an ad on instagram for a product I was interested in. Went to the actual website, said it is based and manufactured in America. Purchased product and received an email the next day with a tracking number. The tracking number has stayed in pre-shipment meaning USPS is still waiting for the order. I have reached out numerous times to various emails found through the email sent and through their website. Each email comes back as “undeliverable” because the host name does not exist. It has been over 20 days since the initial purchase.

I asked for a cellphone which was "on sale". The order was sent on nov. 30th and tracking said I should receive it in dec. 17th. As this never happened I tried to communicate with them. Received mails from [email protected] with different explanations. it was delivery to postal office near my place, ask neighbours, finally they admitted sent a different product.... sunglasses? and told me that to sent my order again I should return (which never arrived) "delivered" package. I think I was scammed and want to recommend any people never buy a product from Vohudiu. The web page had an Amazon logo, don't know if it is fake, but it is very harmful to the image of Amazon, which always worked perfect with products I acquired.
