Received a call on my cell phone from 206-451-0649 and they claimed to be the IRS. I was told this was a final notice from the IRS and they had a warrant for my arrest. IRS is filing a lawsuit against you and please call immediately on the dept. number 206-451-0649. It was a recorded message.

I received a phone call from a phone number 206-451-9902 stating that they were the IRS and wanted be to call them because I was going to be issued an arrest warrant due to a pending case against me. I have always filed my taxes and paid them on time. I called this number and they asked me for my name, DOB, and Social Security Number. The person I was talking to way quite surly someone from overseas. I did not give them this information, and told them never to call me again. I am sure that I am not the only person who gets these calls.

I got a call from someone calling himself Jay Connor from the IRS Collections Department. He had a middle eastern accent and said there was a mistake in my taxes from the tax years 2008-2012 and that I owe $5124. Apparently they are taking legal action against me and the papers are currently at the court house and unless I paid today I would be arrested, however I was not to tell anyone as it had not been made public yet. The number that called me was 605-550-4956.

I received a phone call from (202)817-8205. After letting the call roll to voicemail, I called the number back from a landline and the person, who had an Indian accent, said that his name was Mark Williams from the IRS and asked for my phone number and my name. There was lots of noise in the background. I only gave my first name and I then hung up.

Received numerous calls from a automated "IRS" phone line telling me I need to pay back taxes or face a warrant for my arrest. Seems like the same people that called me last year trying the same thing. I tried to get caller ID info to no avail again as it seems to be unlisted, pretty much like the typical phone scam these days.

Received several calls from a man with a strong east indian accent, professing to be an IRS Officer. Finally after several calls on several different days....I took notes and reported two instances to IRS.org website.

On one call, the caller ID was 661-413-5323 Cuyama CA in which he said he was Officer Jack Bruno of the IRS (badge #157099). The next day the guy with the same voice called (with no caller ID), professing to be Officer Bernard Morgan from Investigative Dept of IRS (Badge #7708). Said there was a criminal loss filed against me for tax evasion and tax fraud. If I did not give him information the police would be by later today to arrest me. Told him that I worked for the King County Sheriff's office, and that if they wanted to arrest me, they would know where to find me.

He got really mad when I made him repeat himself. I was trying to gather information to use in my report. I haven't received any calls since from this man after challenging the validity.

I called the number back from another land line and it was busy so I tried again and when they answered, I ask who this was and the lady said "shut up ma'am" and hung up. I then called back and it was busy. Please remove this number or do something about these people.

I received several calls that the IRS was filing suit against me and that I needed to call this number back ASAP. Each time the numbers were different along with the supposed IRS agent/case manager. The info changed with each robo call. Along with the number they called from. I just ignored them seeming I filed my taxes and everything went through just fine. Don't fall for this *** the real IRS will mail you a letter for the first notification if there are any issues.
