I receive a shirt to day that I did not order. It has flowers, razorbacks and on the back the words "GRANDPA, and the names ava, sophia, and lima."

I did order a Hawaiian shirt that had parrots on it, but have not received it. Was there a mix up?

I ordered a real lifelike babydoll for my granddaughter it was suppose to be 17 inches long and have hair. What I received was a pathetic excuse for a doll . It was about 5 inches in size and had no hair. This is a.poor excuse for a website. They should be prosecuted for the crap they send out to customers. I have requested a refund.for.this full purchase . It would cost me more to return the doll than the doll is worth. I want my money back.

Dept CA # 42 seems to be the source of scams... today I received a piece of hardware to which I have absolutely no idea what it’s for.

I got baby doll live it's supposed to be as big as a newborn and it is a it's a size of a dollar Baby you charged me $39 for that I like a refund on my card

Received a Hedge Trimmer Part on 8/6/2020 that I never ordered. No packing slip or return information. I live in an apartment, and have no use for this part.

I ordered a radio-controlled amphibious electric-powered plane, Deluxe version, for $38. What I got was a cheap plastic toy helicopter worth about $5.

I placed an order for lace front wig online but received regular wigs instead so I returned them for a refund

I ordered a cat tree that was on an ad on Facebook months ago...it was a steal at 19.99$ ..never received it...today I get home to a package that I didn't order...it was from Chino #20...I opened to find a cheap tiny wooden house. I think alot of the Facebook ads are a scam...I sure hope some government entity will look into this company. Uhh

I order a realistic doll 22 inches with hair and soft body and it is the most ridiculous doll I've ever seen. ONly about 7 inches long and all rubber and nothing like the advertisment. I want my money back immediately which was $42.98. Now what do I do?

Received a plush unicorn toy that I did not order

I ordered a "realistic" baby doll for my daughter for $40. It came today and is the most ridiculous looking thing I've ever seen! Not at all what was described or pictured. No where close. Came with no info or ability to return.

I ordered a Chippo Golf Chipping game from them in April 2020 it has never arrived. I have received 2 plain golf balls that I didn’t ask for. Very strange! I have emailed them many times with no response. I have also contacted the AG of Michigan.

Order Bra's that took almost 2 months to arrive. The bra's say the correct size but are very tight and do not fit. The material is nice but has a very strong chemical smell. When I received the package it was open... due to too much being crammed in the small envelope they chose to use. I also need to return the bra's but no return label or information was included in the package.. onlly the Chino CA address but no name DEPT CA #20

I received a high-power body compound scratch clear kit and a few months prior I received a metal doorstopper. Both items I have never ordered, they mysteriously showed up in my mail box. Very creepy.
