I ordered a set of 4 led door sill kit,and 2 led cup holder pads from Auto aoonu and from a different address came 2 led pads and 2 remotes one suppose to be door sill remotes with no instructions with led door sills. The address is Dept.CA #42142. BLDG 2 5215 S BOYLE AVE VERNON CA 90058-3907. I don't have any way of contacting them. It's a scam. I want my money back where are the 4 door sill kit

I ordered an adorable little interactive Yorkie puppy but received a little stuffed puppy that does nothing. I demand a complete refund immediately! I paid over $30.00 for this item that is worth less than $10.00. Please refund my account immediately. I am also reporting this to the BBB to help other people from getting scammed! Shame on you for scamming people like this!

I don't know what it was that I ordered, but I received a black lace spiderweb design; I guess wall hanging. All I know is that I never ordered such a thing. Now I have to wait to find out if something I ordered was a scam or what! I'm thinking this might be my "Halloween Mystery Box" but this was not an item that was quoted as "you will receive one of these items". Anyone else order that and get garbage?

I ordered Thomas Kincaide Christmas Lanterns. Paid $27.98 which was a bargain! I received today a 4” red plastic lantern with a light and decals of Santa and a tree in it! Paid with PP and will file a complaint with them! So upset, I knew I didn’t order anything that cheap! It’s a joke! False advertising and a scam!

I ordered a life like puppy that was supposed to run and play.It was $28.98 and it does nothing.I was in contact with the seller through Paypal and they wanted me to take a partial refund for $15.00 and I denied it. For me to send it back to the address that they finally supplied It is going to cost me double the cost of the junk that they sent to me .They send you no invoice and no information in the package.What do I do now? They wanted me to get a tracking label so I went to the post office and the post office told me with a tracking label it would only be tracked as far as Chicago. What good is this going to do me? Same thing happened to me. I ordered all of the animated lanterns and received 3 of the pic 1. I'm in the middle of a dispute to get my $112 back through PayPal but I'm pretty sure I'm screwed. The merchant told PayPal they would give me a "Full Refund" if I returned the plastic things to an address in China. That ship cost was $199. Instead, I returned them to the return address they came from (on the shipping package) in Vernon, CA which was $11. I gave them the UPS tracking info so will see how far that gets me... Feeling really stupid for allowing myself to be scammed like that.

I ordered 3 steel drums for $29 @ and received 3 dollar store children’s toys and a lifelike plush yorkie dog that moved for $19 and received a cheap piece of hard plastic covered with fabric that vaguely resembles a dog. I have pictures of what I ordered and what I received but there is no way to put them here. I am so gullible!

I ordered 2 pair of ankle boots that were advertised as leather with rubber soles. I received the boots and they were so cheaply made and did not look like what was advertised. The soles are a cheap brown plastic with no traction. The shoes are too small and I need to return them and get a refund. There was not paperwork included in the package with return information or customer service contact information. This company, echochics. com, is a scam and I need my money back. I entered the tracking number off the package to find them, but no contact information was available.

I should have known better, I ordered 2 stuffed puppies that were supposed to run and do different things and instead received a stuffed animal like you buy in a cheap store that does nothing, I am therefore requesting a refund on both puppies $26.98 for each one of them. I ordered two small puppies that moved and ran like a real puppy on Facebook. The ailing address says Dept CA #42, Dept Ca #42142, Building 2, 5215 S Boyle Avenue, Vernon CA 90058-3907. Instead I received two small stuffed animals that are distorted and do not do anything. These could be purchased in better shape in any dollar store. I want a refund asap! I Paid $19.99 for each! Facebook should be responsible for illegal sales on their site.

I ordered a rechargerable chainsaw I believe it was 24 volt much like most of my tools they advertised a really handy awesome looking chainsaw I got a plastic hack saw instead im nit happy at all who are these thriefs and why are they allowed to operate like this i work like everyone very hard for my money and this is just wrong is there anything I can do to get my money back .
