Ordered a garden seat/kneeler with tool bag attachment via an ad on Facebook. Received only the plastic tool bag but was charged for the entire order. Did not receive the seat/kneeler. Package had no invoice, packing slip etc. only the P.O. Box address on the mailing label.

Do not buy from HIBUY - London based, but China ships the product. I ordered a SOLAR pool cleaner and their confirmation even stated "Solar". Cheap plastic floating chlorine dispenser arrived. They claim I ordered a nonsolar. Have proof otherwise. It was the only item advertised on FACEBOOK. Their response-it would cost more to return it. I should sell it online. NO REPLACEMENT for what I ordered.

I ordered, from Facebook ad, a pool ionizer. I received a floating empty plastic chlorine dispenser which can't be worth $1.00. Impossible to track these people down. Waited a month and a half. I will file a complaint with my credit card company and also Facebook. BEWARE, they make it sound like it is a US company. Surprise.

Ordered a device that was suppose to treat pool algae, advertised that you would never worry about algae again. I received a cheap plastic float that maybe you could put chlorine tab in but it’s too small for a tablet. It did not have a invoice, how to use or any return address/information. I purchased and Electric Waterproof Swimming Doll and received a cheap doll in its place and no electric swimming. The doll I received would be around $10.00 but the one I purchased was $33.76 with S&H. No one has gotten back to me - there is no phone number and I have been trying to email. They sent me a tracking number which was for the doll I received - not the one I ordered.

I received what i ordered. But unfortunately it was to late my dog had passed by the time i received it. I think its ashame how people take advantage of people just for a buck. I need to return the item but i know i would probably not get my money back. If you know how to contact these people.
