Order "between seat and counsel" storage for my car. They were supposed to have a wider spacing at the front but they did not. No return or even company info. No invoice. Now i end up with FOUR of the same thing because that is what was sent the first time. I thought this was from a different source. NOT. Dummy me!

This just happened to my family as well. We received a mystery package of (seemingly counterfeit) "Helios Touch" lights out of the blue from "Dept. CA #42, Dept. #42142, PO Box 5108, Chino CA 91708-5108." No invoice or company info inside, and the packaging is weirdly shady (with the name of a supposed Chinese company, "GI," for which no info exists). We then found today a fraudulent charge to our debit card for an over-$600 purchase from Net-A-Porter. (Debit card now cancelled, and we're disputing the charge.) Presumably these are related. Hard to know what the package scammer's angle is since the not-fake version of the lights sells for over $275.

My advice: if this happens to you, immediately check your credit/debit cards, Paypal etc. for fake charges.

I received a package of supposedly Birkenstock shoes, after ordering off the FB add. It said they're offering a 50% sale and they used pictures of definitely real Birkenstocks. The shoes I got in a package without any invoice or a name of the company are definitely a counterfeit. It was too good to be true with the price I paid. But I still fell for it. They charged me $44.97. The package stinks like garlic. The size saying 42 (EU) and 11(US) is about size 38 (EU) like 7.5/8 (US). They are visibly cheaply made and they actually used an imprint of the Birkenstock brand! However, the imprint is in the wrong font. I'm reporting this to the Better Business Bureau as well. Meantime, I think I'm just gonna stick them back to the mailbox and write a big refused on it! Damn, some people are really awful.

I fell for the same scam. Mine said red Birkenstocks and they were bright pink and are fake. They were made in China and do not have the Birk label on the buckle. I paid $44.97, also. It took Forever for it to come and then I couldn't even get them on. No return label or info of any kind. I paid WAY too much for these stupid things. Could have gotten them on Wish for $1-$3 instead of the $27 I paid for them! What can I do to get my money back? There is no phone number on the label underneath the label put on top.

The scam is that they add a much wider range of delivery dates through the Amazon interface than the actual delivery window. You order something on Amazon that you actually want, they send something no one would want. It gets delivered well before Amazon allows a dispute ticket to be created, then they hope you forget about it because it's a relatively nominal amount. This PO Box is just a drop-ship location. Look for the label underneath that label for real origin info.

I ordered shoes from this company. 3 different sizes. They all came in the same size and they are falling apart in the package! I want to return them for a refund. I saw this ad on FB. I thought it would be a better quality... well I actually thought they wouldn’t be pure JUNK!

I ordered a bumblebee ear clip and it arrived broken.
I was not able to download a return label.
There was no packing sheet that usually has instructions on how to return a product.
I have never experienced anything like this before.
When I order an item online and it's defective, I'm always able to return it for another one, but I couldn't understand why there was no info on how to return it.

This so called "supposed" super charged UV-C does nothing I thought is would show areas that have virus or bad bacteria but it doesn't show you anything. It came with no return label, instructions(though I don't know what instructions it could have cause it just has a button and shows you nothing. ALSO now I just got another one in the mail.
