I ordered a bra, which is an LL, but is way too small. No return instructions or company name. I want a refund and return address. This is frustrating that Facebook wood allow this advertisement.

This is a warehouse that reships surplus junk from overseas, usually from China. It is a scam. Periodically we receive packages addressed to our house but to someone who doesn’t live here and never did. The items are odd things, nothing of value. It is probably a brushing scheme. I’d thought it might be someone shipping here using a stolen card and thinking they’ll come and collect the package as “Oh gee, a friend sent me a gift but got my address wrong—I’ll just come by and get it, can you leave it in the mailbox or on the front porch?” But we open the packages and it’s always junk.

I ordered a kneeling bench with a pad and tool holder. Today I received the pad and tool holder but not bench. The facebook said it was shipped from
California it was shipped from Dept CA # 42 or Dept CA # 42142 from Vernon,CA
But from China. The pad is useless without the bench and it is so small I cant see how the bench will even hold a persons weight. SCAM? Does anyone have a phone number

I ordered two dolls for my granddaughters that were shown as very realistic and suppose to be 17” in length and lifelike. I received 7” plastic dolls that look more like a dog toy! I paid $29.95 a piece and have written them requesting a full refund! Will turn them in to the BBB if I don’t receive it. I truly don’t know how these people sleep at night!

It shows on the tracking number from the company that it shipped from China and when I received it the address showed the department #42 etc. I attempted to get a refund through PayPal because this item was not my entire order and I am told that I have to send back to a China address for a refund I believe this is some kind of scam and they are reshipping for China

I ordered real life dolls from rgis co.pany. O line depictions if product were amazing ing. When I received the dolls, I wS heartbroken as I had been super excited bc these were gifts for my granddaughtwrs. They were cheap, nothing like described in the ad. Actually. They are on the verge if being scary

It was avertisted on Face Book so I thought it was legit. Real life like 22" baby doll for my granddaughter. I paid 49.95 supposedly on sale by credit card. They not only charged me twice, but when they sent it 6 weeks later it was a plastic doll no more than 5 inches that you could buy in any dollar store! It had no moving parts or hair! Just a cheesy dollar tree doll!
