Order Bra's that took almost 2 months to arrive. The bra's say the correct size but are very tight and do not fit. The material is nice but has a very strong chemical smell. When I received the package it was open... due to too much being crammed in the small envelope they chose to use. I also need to return the bra's but no return label or information was included in the package.. onlly the Chino CA address but no name DEPT CA #20

First of all, I had just signed up for and highly recommend the free service by USPS called Informed Delivery, which sends you photos and alerts to your email of what ever letters and packages you have coming to you with approximate dates of delivery..I saw that a company in Inglewood,CA was preparing to ship a package, but I had not ordered anything. I googled the name of the company ,HSV DINGHONG and immediately started to see comments indicating that I might be victim of a scam. So I kept track of the package with the Informed Delivery and it arrived today, I didn't open it. Feeling through the soft mailing envelope it felt like the item was a round very small child's bracelet or maybe a key chain? The return address was Dept CA #42 in Chino. Ca.. so seems these 2 businesses are working together, ( possibly), since when you google both company names they both show up associated to scans. Apparently they ship cheap toys or hair bands and other odd items to people. I guess hoping you'll feel like you need to send them money, or call them and offer to pay with your credit card giving them access to your personal info..I never opened the package. I knew it was coming today and after taking a pic of the envelope
I handed it back to the postman.( They can only accept unopened packages as returns/refusals.)
KIND OF WEIRD/SPOOKY situation.. Plus they send the items first class..They are sending stuff all over the U.S..I doubt they are doing this as an act of kindness!

I opened the box and found a very poor quality product that does not work.

I report it to paypal since I went through them, and after that I receive these two tiny hard plastic dolls from Dept CS #42, Dept # 42142, Chino, CA. I am still doing my dispute with paypal and I will ask them to stop this company from being able to use them to take order. FRAUD

Plus I’m notifying PayPal of all this! I hope they can help!

Given the item was shipped from California, it's ridiculous that we would need to ship it all the way back to China.
