I looked at an ad for boots on Facebook from this company, but I don’t remember ordering them. I received them today, and they’re nice enough. But if I wanted to return them, there’s no information about the company name on the return address, no packing slip in the package. Does anyone have that information that they could share?

I received a heart shaped tile photo of someone I don't know that I did not order. I've never even heard of this company before...how did they get my name and address? But I feel terrible for the person who ordered this and will always wonder where it went.

I bought one of those ”realistic” puppies for $20. They make you think it moves and reacts to you. The ad called them realistic and made them look very life-like. I figured it would at least be cute and realistic looking. The stuffed toy I got would have cost maybe $2 at Walmart! It isn’t even cute! No packing slip or anything! What a scam!

In a series of emails the "company" is refusing to refund my money. I paid $40 for a 14", African doll with a 10 piece wardrobe. I got an 8", white doll with sewn on clothes and an additional aoutfit that would have to go over the sewn on clothes... The doll I got has a loop on her head for hanging like you would at a carnival game booth and that is the quality of the item. I would expect this quality from a Dollar Tree item. The "company" thinks I should be happy. "The quality and function are consistant with our description."
