Hello, this is a very urgent request and time sensitive call from Advanced Financial Servicing regarding your account that is being serviced by our team. Please contact the number shown on caller ID now to be connected to the representative that is handling your account. I contacted them through their website and phone 866-948-6705, as to what this was about, and no letter had ever been sent to me. As soon as I mentioned I would contact my attorney, they wanted the name and then said I can go on their do not call list. They previously mentioned a payday loan - I never took one out. I told them my identity was stolen years ago to send me a letter so I can review and send to my lawyer. They quoted the collection policies. On the phone when you push back, they hang up and then call from a different number.

They called from an unknown number saying they were with Advanced Financial Servicing. They claimed they were calling about an account and that it was an urgent matter and that I needed to contact them and speak to the agent that was handling my account. This is the second time I've gotten this call and it's been the same old man each time.

Receiving multiple calls a day that they are calling to collect a debt. The one time I answered they claimed it was for a payday loan. I have NEVER taken a payday loan. The address they tried to get me to verify has never been associated with me, and somehow they have my full social. Credit report is clear.

I get telephone calls twice daily from a recorded message saying they represent Advanced Financial Servicing. They say the call is urgent and I am urged to call them on the number listed on my caller id. Every day the number to call them back on is different. I have no idea who these people are, but it seems that I am not their only victim. These calls started at the end of January 2026 and continue to this day. They have my full name, address, telephone number, and the last 4 digits of my social security number. At the beginning of these calls, I did "press 1" as instructed to talk to a live representative. The man whom I talked to was very Asian and would not give me any information until I verified my identity, which I refused to do. I told him to send me something via US mail, but to date I have not gotten anything in the mail, but the calls continue twice daily.

Multiple calls received from multiple number claiming I owe $1500 for a payday loan which I do not. They refuse to provide any documentation via mail. They had my name ssn dob and address. The calls are from Advanced Financial Servicing (phone: 1(419) 487-9250).

I received a call at my job from Advanced Financial Servicing trying to collect a debt. First, he did not identify why he was calling, just wanted me to verify my personal information such as my SSN. I have received this call many time. They are attempting to collect a debt for a payday loan they allege I failed to pay from Fast Cash. I have repeatedly asked these people to provide info regarding this debt because I have never heard of Fast Cash. They get hostile and try to imply that I am refusing to resolve the matter. I finally told them if they would not provide me information regarding this "alleged" debt, then file suit against me and I would get the information inside a courtroom. Then they hung up on me.

This company claiming to be a debt collection is trying to tell me I owe a loan from ez cash and I have never gotten a loan from this said company and when I tried to tell them I don't owe that company they said they have paperwork that says otherwise and I said we'll send me the paperwork and they just keep talking it won't let me say a word

I made the mistake of answering once, and they said I owed money from a payday loan. I have never used a payday loan service. They had the last 4 digits of my Social Security number. I told them to mail me the information through regular mail and hung up on them.

I’ve received several of these calls over the last few weeks. All with Illinois area codes, like (618) 352-8898. I’m guessing that’s because my number has an Illinois area code.
