They initially called a couple of days ago & claimed I have an account with them but they didn't say what business they were or ask for me specifically. Today they called claiming to be a legitimate business but didn't ask for me by name. I'm pretty sure I don't have an account with them & when I looked up their business online they came up as not a legitimate business.

Repeated calls with voicemails attempting to get me to pay on an account. Voicemail states: “Please call the number shown on your caller ID to connect with the advanced financial servicing team member who is handling your account. Our records show we have been unable to reach you about this account. One of our specialists is ready to assist you today. Again, please call the number shown on your caller ID to be connected. Thank you and have a great day.” I do not answer or return the calls. I have blocked several numbers and they keep happening.

I keep getting the same call from different numbers. Every time the same voicemail is left which is the following: Hello, this is a very urgent and time sensitive call from Advanced Financial Servicing regarding your account that is being serviced by our team. It sounds like a scam, and I looked up reviews and people are saying the same thing

The voicemail was left every other day stating "Hello, this is a very urgent and time sensitive call from Advanced Financial Servicing regarding your account that is being serviced by our team. Please contact the number shown on your caller ID now to be connected to the representative who is handling your account." The number on caller ID is 425-380-7090 but the call back connects to voicemail of 580-660-2367. Demands payment of payday loan (I have never taken one) and refuses to send info to verify. Very aggressive and rude.

I have received several phone calls from this "company" from several different numbers. My phone is blocking the call, but they always leave a voicemail that says, "This is a very urgent and time sensitive call from Advanced Financial Servicing regarding your account that is being serviced by our team. Please contact the number shown on your caller ID now to be connected to the representative who is handling your account. Again, this call is urgent from advanced financial servicing. Agent contacted me regarding a debt and insisted that I settle immediately. They claimed that they mailed me information regarding the debt but the address they had on file didn't match my current address. It was an old address and I haven't lived there in over 15 years. After I continued to question them, the agent hung up on me. I continue to receive calls from them. The message reads: Hello, this is a very urgent and time sensitive call from Advanced Financial Servicing regarding your account that is being serviced by our team. Please contact the number shown on your caller ID to be connected to the representative who is handling your account. Again, this call is urgent

Hello, this is a very urgent request and time sensitive call from Advanced Financial Servicing regarding your account that is being serviced by our team. Please contact the number shown on caller ID now to be connected to the representative that is handling your account. I contacted them through their website and phone 866-948-6705, as to what this was about, and no letter had ever been sent to me. As soon as I mentioned I would contact my attorney, they wanted the name and then said I can go on their do not call list. They previously mentioned a payday loan - I never took one out. I told them my identity was stolen years ago to send me a letter so I can review and send to my lawyer. They quoted the collection policies. On the phone when you push back, they hang up and then call from a different number.

They called from an unknown number saying they were with Advanced Financial Servicing. They claimed they were calling about an account and that it was an urgent matter and that I needed to contact them and speak to the agent that was handling my account. This is the second time I've gotten this call and it's been the same old man each time.

Receiving multiple calls a day that they are calling to collect a debt. The one time I answered they claimed it was for a payday loan. I have NEVER taken a payday loan. The address they tried to get me to verify has never been associated with me, and somehow they have my full social. Credit report is clear.

I get telephone calls twice daily from a recorded message saying they represent Advanced Financial Servicing. They say the call is urgent and I am urged to call them on the number listed on my caller id. Every day the number to call them back on is different. I have no idea who these people are, but it seems that I am not their only victim. These calls started at the end of January 2026 and continue to this day. They have my full name, address, telephone number, and the last 4 digits of my social security number. At the beginning of these calls, I did "press 1" as instructed to talk to a live representative. The man whom I talked to was very Asian and would not give me any information until I verified my identity, which I refused to do. I told him to send me something via US mail, but to date I have not gotten anything in the mail, but the calls continue twice daily.

Multiple calls received from multiple number claiming I owe $1500 for a payday loan which I do not. They refuse to provide any documentation via mail. They had my name ssn dob and address. The calls are from Advanced Financial Servicing (phone: 1(419) 487-9250).

I received a call at my job from Advanced Financial Servicing trying to collect a debt. First, he did not identify why he was calling, just wanted me to verify my personal information such as my SSN. I have received this call many time. They are attempting to collect a debt for a payday loan they allege I failed to pay from Fast Cash. I have repeatedly asked these people to provide info regarding this debt because I have never heard of Fast Cash. They get hostile and try to imply that I am refusing to resolve the matter. I finally told them if they would not provide me information regarding this "alleged" debt, then file suit against me and I would get the information inside a courtroom. Then they hung up on me.
