Classy Ella had an advertisement on Facebook to receive a free elephant baby pillow, just pay shipping. I did pay shipping and the ordered was placed 8/24/17. It is now 11/10/2017. The shipping said 15-25 days. I contacted customer service 9/11/17 saying it had been past that time, they said wait fifteen more days i waited until 10/26 and emailed them again asking for a refund at this point and since then they have not responded and i have not received a pillow or a refund.

I ordered from their elephant collection in mid August then after a month I contacted them that I haven't received my order. They said they would reship my order. It's now 3 months later and still haven't received anything from them. When contacted to refund my money they will not respond.

I purchased item July 30, 2017 haven’t received item have emailed several times for refund b/c website stated it will issue refund if haven’t received item within 60 days. It’s november well over 60 days this website is a scam they fool people with that promotional free item just pay shipping it’s a scam people!

I ordered 4 items from the website ClassyElla.com, which I found on Facebook, on September 5th, 2017. I spent $16.95. It is October 31st and I have not received any items, and have attempted to contact the company 3 times with no response whatsoever. I looked up reviews online and saw hundreds of other people who never received their items and were scammed. Those who did recieve their items were over 3 months late, and the items were either completely wrong or not what was in the picture. For example, the picture of what someone ordered was a gray elephant rug that you lay your baby on. What they received was a pink ripped elephant doll that was only the size of the palm of their hand. I am going to have to call my bank and report this as fraud to try and get my money back. This website needs to be shut down.

I had an order in July that I still haven't received. Also, another order in September not delivered. Email communication s horrible and they refuse to refund my money. I paid for products I never received

Purchased a few things and waited the estimated time for delivery and they never sent it. They did however take my money as quickly as they could.

They offered a free lighted toy for just shipping and handling. Ive gotten the same offer from other sites that were legit so I did it. Well, 1 month later and no product. Ive tried to contact the company several times with no response. It wasnt a lot of money but dont fall for it.

I purchased items from classy ella for my daughter. I ordered an elephant pillow (that was supposed to be big enough for her whole body to relax on) and a pair of elephant slippers. I was promised that the items was shipping and to expect delivery within 15-25 days. After not receiving my items i contacted the company (which you can only do by email) and they told me to wait an additional 15 days and if i did not receive the items then to contact them again. I did just that and they told me that they would resubmit the order to be shipped again but i would have to wait an additional 15-25 days. I did just that and still did not receive my items. They in return sent me a link for tracking which did not show any tracking information after leaving China. ( i dont understand this part because the company is based out of new york) When i told them there was no tracking after it leaves china i figured what was the point of the tracking if you could not track the package. I requested a refund. After my third request for my refund and a threat to contact an attorney they sent me a email stating that they cancelled my order (which was supposed to have been on its way over 60 days ago) and stated they gave me a refund. There was no refund issued and they stop responding to my emails. I have not been able to get in contact with them since they claimed they issued a refund. Thank goodness i didn't purchase a lot of items like i initially planned on doing.

I paid $12.95 for the shipment of "free" items from Classy Ella. After a month, I received bogus tracking information from China. I emailed Classy Ella, upon which I received an automated return email stating they were sorry for the delay, but wait longer for my items. It has been three months. I have emailed them several more times, asking for my refund, and all I have received was the same automated apology email. No refund, no items.

I placed an order on August 12th 2017. It is now October 17th 2017 and I have yet to receive my package! I sent a message on September 13th 2017 asking where my package was that I PAID FOR. I was given a link to track my order it takes 15-25 business days once it ships. So i waited until September 26th to send another email because I still have not gotten my package that I PAID FOR! I was told some cases it takes longer depending on my location etc. I don't get my package in 15 days to contact you and you will resend the order. SO i waited till October 11th to send another email about how I still have not got my package once again that I PAID FOR!. Now its October 17th and I still haven't even gotten an answer back yet from the last one i sent.

I have asked over and over again to get my money back and I never have. This company is a complete scam!

I saw an ad on Facebook for classy ella at the moment they were offering 3 elephant products for $12.95 apparently shipping costs only and I placed my order in July I have sent them various emails and they answer saying track your item, sorry for the inconvenience when I track it it says it's coming from China and it's on the way but i never receive anything! I have looked into it and realized that they have scanned so many people and it's just not fair! I have reported it to Facebook as well

Ive ordered stuff back in june still have not received my products and they need to quit scamming people out of there money still have my order number and i can show proof where they took there money out of my account and not be able to con people out of there hard money

I placed an order with this company, and it took months of trying to find my order, and I received one response to allow more time for my order to arrive, and when it did arrive it was not what I ordered. Upon further investigation we found we were not the only ones to order this item, and receive something else. There is an entire website dedicated to the scam this company is doing to people. I know its not allot of money to be out of, but with so many people falling to their scam something has to be done about it.

An ad on Facebook and lots of positive comments so I placed an order paying and they stated it would take 15 business days. Well it's been more than that, plus sent me an email with tracking and shows never let and it's located in china

Facebook posted this website was offering free elephant products- just pay shipping. I ordered a couple of things and have not received them. When you email the company, which is the only way to contact them, they say it has shipped and send you information that claims the items are in China. After a while, they stop responding to emails.
