Hello,

Thanks for the opportunity to report Classy Ella as a fraudulent website. I made 2 purchases in September 2017 and was told it will take 15-25 business days to receive the items. We are now in January 2018 and I haven't received anything. After several contacts and promises that my items have been shipped- still nothing. Now I'm asking the seller for my money back and they wouldn't respond.

Company advertises on Facebook, many times offering free item for first 100 orders and only pay shipping. Items never delivered and no reply on emails.

Found a facebook AD for this company offering a free elephant pillow. Just had to pay $4.95 for shipping. Ordered pillow on November 22nd 2017. Received email on November 28th that order was shipped. Still have not received order. Emailed today (Jan 5) to inquire about order. Have not heard response but just read reviews on company and they are awful. Wish I saw them before ordering. Apparently most people say they don’t receive order and don’t respond to emails. This site needs to be shut down. Worried that they have my credit card information.

They offered a free item if you just pay shipping and handling which I did and never received item. I emailed them and they stated they’d resend it since I never received it. I emailed again after not receiving and they showed me tracking information showing it was on a plane in China but had no records after that. I never received it and asked for a refund. They said they refunded me but I never received it.

Classy ella had no problem taking my hard earned money gor items i ordered almost 2 months ago and i never got my order..50 dollars worth ..I have emsiled them.. they emailed me back once and now they wont even redpond!!! Beware .. they will steal your money and you will never grt what you ordered!!!

I ordered two items from classy Ella and never received them even though it said they shipped. I have tried to contact them but the emails listed for contact are not real. And have not gotten any response back. And then I looked them up and saw that its not just me but tons of people have complained about them. They stole my money and that should be a crime.

Ordered 3 items in the beginning of July. Waited the 15-25 business days and never received anything. Emailed them and they said wait another 25 days. Waited and still nothing so I emailed again. They said they would send another package. Still never received anything. Asked for the tracking link and when I got it it didn't work. Emailed them about that and they said it can't be track outside of China but it's on it's way. It's now Dec 19 and i still have not received anything I order and they no longer respond to emails!

I placed two separate orders with them. My first email was sent regarding me not receiving my order in three weeks. I was told it may take an additional 30 days. My order was placed on July 27. They will not return my numerous emails but kept my money.

I placed two orders with this company back in August, never received my products for either order. I only had to pay shipping but still, I was promised items that I haven’t received. I asked for a refund on my shipping and was advised the order was on the way. Last time I contacted them, the reply I got was smart in tone. I bought these items for my unborn child and Christmas presents and I want my money back and to keep other people from being scammed!

Showed up as a Facebook ad for a special sale on merchandise. I ordered and paid in August and by end of November still haven’t received my order and the tracking does not work. The company sends the same response email saying it could take longer for shipping depending on demand. I have asked for my money back and they have not refunded me.

I purchased an elephant pillow on this site. I found them advertising through Facebook. They said it was free but had to pay for shipping. After 20 business days I contacted the seller and they asked for 5 more business days. I gave a few more and then asked for my money back. They insisted on sending again. I asked if they could send with more tracking information since it was coming from China and it always stops after that. They said they couldn't I offered to pay more so I could get more tracking they said I couldn't. They resent after about 40 business days I still do not have my product. I went onto facebook and see I'm not the only one that has had this issue. I have reached out several times and have not heard back. They need to be stopped.

I purchased 3 items advertised as “free” on 7/19/17 and paid $12.95 in shipping fees, promised 15-25 day delivery. After over a month and a half of not receiving the items, I contacted the company for a replacement shipment in order to receive my items. Now, halfway through November, I still have not received any items and even after contacting the company several times for help and to tell them I would like a refund for the items I never received, they stopped responding to me. I had quite a bit of email communication before they stopped responding when I mentioned a refund. I genuinely believe this is a scam, advertising “free” items and making people pay shipping fees and making them wait so long that they forget about the order.

This page popped up on my timeline on Facebook , said items were free just pay shipping and handling so I got several items , well that was several weeks ago .. I've done research and found out they are scan artist and screwing everyone..they won't contact me back and I've yet to receive anything nor my money back

I placed an order on 8/8/17. I never received my order and have tried to contact them several times but no response. They eventually blocked my emails when I asked for a refund. Apparently this has happened to several people as well
