I was offered a Remote Entry Clerk job, even though I didn't apply for any position with the above-mentioned company.

A fake person Adriana Walker used an email address ([email protected]), and asked me to send my resume to [email protected]. (I didn't take any further steps, but wanted to report here)

These scammers somehow have access to LinkedIn announced positions pages, and steal information. I previously applied to some vacant positions using my LinkedIn account, and then started receiving job offers from unknown to me companies. Should I sue LinkedIn for data leakage?

I was approached through text message and email about receiving a job opportunity as a remote personal assistant. Job description was to help with errands and deliveries as well as making donations. I was sent a certified check in the mail and then told to deposit it. Afterwards I was told to buy a $50 cashiers check at my bank and to purchase 2 $500 apple gift cards. The check came back as fraudulent/fake at my bank a few days later.

I was required to take an assessment to move forward I did so then today received email that I am hired for 4/30 just answer HR questionnaire, which at this point I am not as I now see its a scam.

They interviewed me in Microsoft Teams. The offered me a job. Sent me a very professional business letter, etc. As well as W2 forms that has my social on it. Wanted me to provide my banking information to write a check to them so they could buy the equipment for me to work remotely.

Email sent to me about a position I applied to on indeed telling me if I want to move forward with the position to schedule a date I can do an interview. I’m job desperate so I replied to the email

but it’s been a week and I have not got a response. Seems like it is a scam though because closely examining the email it seems suspicious.

This is the email:
