This website consistently advertises on Facebook. I purchased a few items on March 3, 2018 and was charged. I never received my products. I have emailed several times. They replied twice with different excuses as to why I haven't received it. They have stopped replying and have blocked me on Facebook messenger. There are hundreds of complaints on their Facebook page that I wish that I had read before ordering. Now, months later, my bank account has been hacked. I'm filing a police report because I believe that it was them. I have read complaints from other victims that they have had fraudulent charges since ordering from them.

I ordered some promotional items that were advertised as “free just pay shipping” and it said they would arrive in 15-25 business days. It never showed up so I reached out via email and was told to give it another five business days, so I did, and still nothing. I email again and they claimed to have sent a replacement. This was in the beginning of January. It’s now the beginning of July (6 months later) and I still have nothing. I ordered it as a gift. They eventually stopped responding to my emails when I mentioned the word “scam” I’ve emsilec with them roughly ten times and I have sent about 5 or 6 unanswered emails asking where my products were and why I wasn’t getting a refund. Nothing from them and there is no phone number to call. Definitely a scam

I ordered two plush elephant chairs November 29, 2017. I've never recieved my products . I emailed the company about the order and I was assured that it was on the way and only delayed because of the holiday. A few months later I emailed again and got a new shipping confirmation. I still haven't recieved anything. I tried emailing again and now the email address is no longer active.

I ordered this product back in April we are in July I have emailed the company 5 or 6 times over that period of the time in between no response I have never received the product and I don’t know what else to do and after reading the bbb reviews why haven’t someone from fraud been to their location and shut them down fraudulent [censored]

On April 20,2018 I placed an order with classyella.com their website said 15-20 business days to deliver, they provided a tracking # so I thought it was safe to order, after 1 month I contacted them about where my order was because I had still no received it and the tracking information was only for China post, they responded informing me that they could not provide a tracking number for the United States because I had ordered a promo and that if I still had not received my order in 15 days they would send out a new order. I waited 15 days and still nothing on June 27th,2018 I emailed asking for a refund because it’s now been 2 months since placing my order, no response. July 3,2018 I attempted to email them again about a refund and the postmaster rejected my email because no account with that name exists, even though I was replying on the same email that a couple of weeks ago they responded to! Luckily I only lost around $10 but they have my account information which is what concerns me the most!

I saw and ad for a elephant pillow for children on Facebook. It said you just pay shipping which was $5. I waited one month and emailed them to check status. And waited two more months for my products. I was told orders were backed up and to wait 15-20 more days or they'd give me a refund. I waited and never heard anything else about it. I just recently emailed them and now the email address doesn't exist. It a all around SCAM, and I will be more careful next I order anything online or via Facebook.

I ordered 3 products from Classy ella back in February 2018. It's now July 2nd and I've never received my products. I emailed them numerous times and in beginning they would respond saying it was shipped which was around April 2 months after order was placed. In June I requested a full refund several times and they continued to be non-responsive. It's very obvious this company is committing a scam.

Purchased an elephant pillow for my child. Waited the 25 days and it never came. I reached and they said they would send a new one out. waited 30 days never got it and now can not contact them

I ordered a product from them 4 months ago and it has not arrived. Each time I contact them, they tell me it’s coming and provide a bogus tracking number. Since I started asking for a refund, they no longer respond.

I purchased an item online through classy ella and when the product didnt arrive I emailed the company they said they would resend it and it's been 4 months still no product. Now when I email them to ask for a refund they don't respond to it.

Do you not order anything from this company. They are total scam. They take your shipping cost right away and you don’t receive your product. Nor will you receive an email back from them. I have emailed them seven times and nothing in return. I ordered my product March 8, 2018 for a baby shower obviously that baby shower is over. Save your money they are a scam.

I purchased an item they claimed was free and I only had to pay for shipping which was $4.95 I made this purchase on 2/02/2018 and to this day I have yet to receive my purchased order. I’ve sent several emails and if I do get a reply they state that because it’s an order from China it takes longer. This does not justify a more than 4 month delay on delivering an order. Please notify others of this scheming company. Thank you.

I saw their add on Facebook and really like the perfect that I saw. I went to their website and ordered a few things on January 10, 2018. It started 15-25 business days for delivery. On February 28, 2028 I contacted them because I did not receive my package. I had previously asked for package tracking and was told that they could only track the package while it was in China. When I contacted them that I had not received my package they said they would send it again. On March 14, 2028 I got confirmation that it was shipped. On May 13, 2018 I contacted them again that I had not received my package and would like my money back. They refused to give me my money back and will not respond to any emails. This company is a scam!

Purchase for elephant plush chair paid shipping only 4.95. Tracking & order number emailed to me to which you can track status but states if not received within 60 days to contact for refund or item to be reshipped but when 60 days passed no longer able to view status & email has automatic respond of oops email has been bounced back. When emailed address provided on website no response.

I placed an order with this ad in fb it said just pay shipping. They never sent my order and do not answer any emails. I looked into it more and it is a huge scam.

I purchased 2 items in feb, 2018 was told they would ship is 15-25 days

25 days later nothing reached out got an email back with days later they cannot refund but went ahead and shipped the orders again to wait 25 day.

Today is the 25 day mark and sti.l nothing called my bank and said we can't refund past 60 days. You guys beware this company doesn't deliver what they promise not matter how little you pay for something. That should be your sign! Scam artists for sure

THEY WERE OFFERING FREE ELEPHANT THEMED THINGS AND SO I GOT ONE AND ONLY HAD TO PAY SHIPPING. I PAID SHIPPING ON MY DEBIT CARD. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. I EMAILED TO COMPLAIN AND THEY SAID SOMETIMES IT DOESN'T GET DELIVERED AND THEY SENT ANOTHER ONE. I NEVER RECEIVED THAT ONE EITHER, AND YES IT WAS THE CORRECT ADDRESS. SO I BEGAN EMAILING TO FIND THE PROBLEM AND I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. I ORDERED IN NOVEMBER 2017, NOW IN MAY 2018 STILL NO PRODUCT OR A RESPONSE TO THE 5 EMAILS I HAVE SENT. SO NOW, THEY HAVE MY CARD INFORMATION, AND I HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. THAT SCARES ME. ALSO, IT SAYS THEIR TIME ZONE IS IN AFRICA BUT OFFICE IS IN NEW YORK.. THAT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE.

They claim to send you an item for free, if you just pay shipping.

I ordered an elephant stool/toy box.

I placed this order January 30th. I was charged $8.95 right away!! They claimed to have mailed in on the 5th of February. Sent me tracking info that couldn’t be tracked out of China(complete bull[censored]) I knew something was up at this point, but tried to stay positive. So I waited the 15-25 business days no package. Sent email inquiring. They claim to send me another one. Waited another 15-25 business days still nothing. I’ve sent 5-6 emails asking for a refund & have gotten no response.. this company is a a complete scam!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CLASSYELLA. COM
