This website wants you to order items from them and immediately takes your money but does not ship you anything. Please do NOT buy anything from this site. I've emailed multiple times about the order and they will not issue a refund.

This company offers elephant style merchandise for a low or free cost through Facebook ads, you pay shipping. I never received my products despite multiple emails to them. They refuse to refund my shipping costs, it has now been over 3 months and still nothing. After doing more research, I found that this company has had multiple complaints of the same issue.

I found this website on Facebook and it said it helped elephants and had super cute elephants mechandise. So I ordered my sister an elephant stuffed animal Jan. 11 2018. I never received my shipment and frequently emailed the company. They replied saying a new shipment was sent out and still months later (now April 21 2018) still nothing. I’ve since emailed the company for a refund but they have yet to reply. Do not trust this site.

They have this just pay for shipping scam. I ordered a “free” child sofa payed for the shipping they took the money out same day and then send me a fake tracking email and that was it.

I placed an order for a few free items after seeing an ad on Facebook. Items were free but you were required to pay shipping. After I paid about 30$ in shipping in November of 2017 I never received my order. I contacted them via email in January and their response was “Customer satisfaction is very important to us therefore we've gone ahead and ?made a new order for you as an apology. Your new order will be shipped within 3 business days and estimated to be delivered in 15-25 business days.” I received a new tracking number and on January 19 the tracking number states it was on a plane from China. It is now April of 2018 and I still have yet to receive my order.

This company is a complete scam. they scammed my parents multiple times. they drag you in by offering free stuff that you only have to pay shipping for. however with this purchase, they did send 1 item a small stuffed elephant key chain and then insisted that the other orders were being shipped from china and cannot be tracked once they hit the united states. I believe they are trying to elaborate their scam by sending 1 item to make people think they are believable. BUT THEY ARE NOT. do not fall for this.

I placed an order through classyella.com on December 13, 2017. It is now April 3, 2018 and I have never received anything or a refund. When I placed my order I was informed it could take 15-25 business days to receive my order but here is a tracking number (tracking number never tracked anything). The first of February I contacted there "business" by email (only option for assistance) and I received an email stating it could be due to weather/holidays and to contact them again in 15-25 business days if I still have not received anything. I have gone round and round with this company through email stating to just refund me my money back. I finally received a tracking number that worked....Last update on tracking was from February 10, 2018 and nothing else since. I contacted them again and they said the whole weather/holiday delay could be the reason contact us in 15-25 business days if you still have not received your items. I then asked for a refund again, here I sit typing this message with NO refund and NO items. I sent the "business" an email today informing them I knew they were a scam and that they could go screw themselves. I am so frustrated, how can a "business" be satisfied with themselves knowing they took money from a mother to be. Please do not fall for there scam.

I ordered a product in January off the website classyella.com, through an ad I saw on Facebook. They were advertising a 'FREE' plush toy, you only had to pay $4.95 in shipping. I never received the product and it is now April. I looked back at the ad from Facebook and noticed that many people were angry at the ad, I'm assuming because maybe they, also like me, did not receive product. I believe the company is making all that money off of the shipping charge and not actually sending out the orders. I have emailed them several times and do not hear back. I would like to know if this company is legit.

Ordered an elephant plush chair on Feb. 21st. (Free item, just pay $4.99 shipping) On March 5th, I sent an email stating that I had still not received the item. Never received a reply. The date is now March 31st. Have not received a refund, a reply to the email, or my item.

Ordered 3 chairs on January 1st. It is now the end of March and all I can get from this company is "we will ship again and contact us in 15 more days."

Placed an order weeks upon ordering well now they have tripled the ammount That they were originally supposed to charge me for needless to say I still have yet to receive my items or tracking or shipping number. I’m about to pop any day and I decided I just wanted a few more elephant stuff for the baby’s nursery Well didn’t recieve my items and they took out way more money than they were supposed to. DO NOT order with them or place any orders at all. You Will never recieve Them And They Will rob you blind.
