I ordered something from this company and paid only shipping which was about $5 and never received my item. It said it could take up to 60 days and it has easily taken 90-120. Nothing has been sent my way.

I purchased a product in 2017 and I have still never received it. I contacted them several times and they tell me its shipped and there is nothing they could do. Now no one responds to me when I tell them I still haven't received it.

I have let them.know I will report them.

I bought a item. It never showed up. I contacted them twice through my email as it prompts you to. I also contacted them through there website. No response. I requested a order update.

No update was sent. I checked shopping status. Took me to a Shipping search window.

I believe it to be a scam

The company w[censored]ding a promotion for discounted plush chairs with cost of shipping. This website sells elephant merchandise, after you buy they send a confirmation email, then a "your item shipped" email stating delivery takes 15-25 days. The company sends dead tracking links and doesn't respond to emails . It's been over 3 months since they deducted their payment from account - no merchandise

Made a purchase of 3 items in February that were supposedly free, just needed to pay shipping. I have yet to receive anything. My order status says shipped.

A sponsored ad appeared on Facebook claiming I could receive a free item if I paid shipping and handling. I spent $4.95 to get a chair shipped to me. After 60 days I contacted them to ask where my item was and request a refund. They said they resubmitted my order and it was being shipped again. After 6 months I realized it was never coming and I was not going to see my 4.95 again. There are thousands of reviews on this site stating the same thing.

I paid for 3 items that never came. I emailed and asked for shipping updates, they were sent to me. As of March 5th, the package has not moved. It is now May 9th and I have nothing. I emailed and asked for a refund and that is when the emails stopped. There are many others just like my situation. Not one person has gotten anything that they have paid for nor have they been refunded their money.

I unfortunately fell victim to the classy Ella website. After order ming aboutb$35 worth of items for my infant sons nursery, the items never came. I asked for tracking info to click on it and say site unavailable. I've emailed several times as it's been over the 15 to 25 days for delivery. (ordered in beginning of march) I've asked for a refund several times to no avail or response.

I ordered 2 baby elephant chairs over 3 months ago and have been in contact through the email address and they say to wait 15 business days and if the order still hasn't arrived, they will resend the order. I waited another month and still no order recieved. I have now sent an email asking for full refund and no reply has been made. I researched some and this is the same response by every person who has sent money to this "business". They are literally taking people's money and STILL getting away with it.

This company advertises that they have free products if you just pay shipping. Once you purchase the item they then take your money and within a few days send you shipping with a tracking. Initially my tracking took my to a website that does not exist. When emailed they then sent me a new link to tracking. After 15 days the tracking quit updating. Was informed this is due to tracking is only available while the product is in China. When emailed again about my product I was then informed that if I did not receive my order they would send out a new one. When I informed them that I did not want a new order and demanded a refund of my money they then began to ignore me and continue to ignore ever message I send them.

Ordered 4 items from classy ella on 1/31/18 and today is 5/3/18 and have not received any of the items that I ordered. I have been in contact with them via email several times asking where my order is or trying to get tracking information. They also claimed to reshipped my orders and still nothing. I recently emailed them asking for a refund as I clearly am not going to receive these items and now they will not respond to me. Also there is no number to call they state to send them a email.

Do not buy anything from classy ella, I ordered 2 items 1 item over 3 months ago, they give you the run around and will not refund my money..All they will tell you is it's on it's way..I urge people to please do not buy from this company!

So I purchased a stuffed chair and it's been over 30 days, went on the review and p say it's been over 2 months and they haven't received there product and if you email them they don't respond to get your money back. They need to be taken down!

O ordered $50 worth of items off classy ella in January 2018. Here it is May and my items still haven't arrived. I emailed them and they sent me an email saying give it another week then email them agian. I waited 2 weeks sent another email. They responded with we will send new package on a week if I haven't received yet so I waiting and sent another email after thay week. So they said we sent new package email in 4 days for tracking so I did. Now it has been 2 months and nothing. I emailed and no response.

The item has a tracking number but it's been 2 months with no item received.

Do not purchase from classy ella..i have spent almost 30 dollars on an order and still have not recieved it..they will not respond to my emails and there is no phone number to contact them. It has been several months since my order has supposedly shippes. SCAM
