Same voicemail that is uploaded on the BBB. Ryan Weber is saying that I am needed for a legal matter tied to my SSN and ID and that they need a responsible adult in the household to sign off or he will have to sign off on my behalf.

Voicemail message: "Hello this message is intended for "gave name of unknow individual". My name is Alexis Sims. I'm calling in regards to a formal compliant attached to your name and social. This is my final attempt to reach you so I do need you to contact my office at 833-812-3727."

This caller has called multiple times, but this was their first message left. Tried to call the number to report that I was not the person they were attempting to contact, but the number said no one was available to take my call and asked me to leave MY name, number and a brief reason for my call and someone would get back to me.

Ive have been told by A SCAMMER i have a delinquent passed paid account through ACE. I never had an account with such company. Im now being threatened with a court date. They also accessed my phone number and processed to tell me what it was in an email

Was sent a text message about having paperwork sent to me over 30 days ago and to call 866 448 3809. Deleted message and did not call. Looked up phone number on Google and word for word the description you had above from the other targeted person was sent to me besides a different “case file” number.

Left threatening voicemails on my cell phone. Here's a copy. This is locator Parks assigned by pretrial division and processing. I received a fax order in regards to a complaint in the process of being filed this morning. The attached was a phone number for National Asset Management 833-795-5753. The attached was also an extension of 112. You do have the legal right to be transferred to a case manager by pressing 1. You have officially been notified. Good luck.

Left me a message stating the call was for a complaint against Sandra Young. Message: “reference case number is 17 Poor – 12657 Documents regarding your file or being prepared to be sent out, you will need to be available to sign for the Delivery the issue and agent will dispatch confirmation if they are unable to reach you at home they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment In order to stop further action from being taken, you will need to contact the issuing agent immediately at 951-744-1159 Please call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts being made to notify you…”

I know that this is a scam because the targeted individual is deceased for 5 years!!!

They left a voicemail message with my underage child. The following message.: "Good morning this is Brian Baker in the legal department you're receiving this message because you're being listed as an emergency contact for ____ if you have any information they can lead to their whereabouts please pass this message to them as soon as possible or have an immediate member of the family reach out to my office now the purpose of this message is not intended to scare anyone but I can't say that the matter is urgent and very private if you have any contact with S____ press one and ask to speak directly to me Brian Baker or someone in my office..."
