Same voicemail that is uploaded on the BBB. Ryan Weber is saying that I am needed for a legal matter tied to my SSN and ID and that they need a responsible adult in the household to sign off or he will have to sign off on my behalf.

Voicemail message: "Hello this message is intended for "gave name of unknow individual". My name is Alexis Sims. I'm calling in regards to a formal compliant attached to your name and social. This is my final attempt to reach you so I do need you to contact my office at 833-812-3727."

This caller has called multiple times, but this was their first message left. Tried to call the number to report that I was not the person they were attempting to contact, but the number said no one was available to take my call and asked me to leave MY name, number and a brief reason for my call and someone would get back to me.

This is the 2nd attempt to notify you. This call is logged and recorded as proof efforts have been made again. Contact the issuing firm immediately before further escalation. One dash 855 dash 484 dash 1835.

Was sent a text message about having paperwork sent to me over 30 days ago and to call 866 448 3809. Deleted message and did not call. Looked up phone number on Google and word for word the description you had above from the other targeted person was sent to me besides a different “case file” number.

Left threatening voicemails on my cell phone. Here's a copy. This is locator Parks assigned by pretrial division and processing. I received a fax order in regards to a complaint in the process of being filed this morning. The attached was a phone number for National Asset Management 833-795-5753. The attached was also an extension of 112. You do have the legal right to be transferred to a case manager by pressing 1. You have officially been notified. Good luck.

Left me a message stating the call was for a complaint against Sandra Young. Message: “reference case number is 17 Poor – 12657 Documents regarding your file or being prepared to be sent out, you will need to be available to sign for the Delivery the issue and agent will dispatch confirmation if they are unable to reach you at home they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment In order to stop further action from being taken, you will need to contact the issuing agent immediately at 951-744-1159 Please call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts being made to notify you…”

I know that this is a scam because the targeted individual is deceased for 5 years!!!

They left a voicemail message with my underage child. The following message.: "Good morning this is Brian Baker in the legal department you're receiving this message because you're being listed as an emergency contact for ____ if you have any information they can lead to their whereabouts please pass this message to them as soon as possible or have an immediate member of the family reach out to my office now the purpose of this message is not intended to scare anyone but I can't say that the matter is urgent and very private if you have any contact with S____ press one and ask to speak directly to me Brian Baker or someone in my office..."

male indentified as Alex left a reference number ending 3264 request that I call regarding a complaint. I called the reference number with no answer. They threatened on the voicemail mail to send documents to my home or job and I need to sign for them.

A man calling saying he is a compliance officer and that he was going to show up at my home that day if I don’t call him back, he claims to have legal documents and if I am not home he will be forced to go to my place of employment or family members homes. He also mentioned the last four of my social. He did this twice and not one person has been to my home. He also says if my attorney or I have any questions to contact a totally different number than the one that he called me from which is 855-328-7760. Both calls were made almost a week apart around the exact same time and he ends each call saying “regardless I will be out shortly” trying to scare me into calling that number.

We have received this letter multiple times since purchasing our home. It claims the be a final notice from our bank requesting immediate response so that our home warranty does not lapse. Our name is misspelt and there is no return mailing address on the paper or envelop. It does have a customer number, expiration date, phone numbers, and business hours. There is no obvious business name whatsoever. It just has that its from a home warranty division, Amber Lawrence is the program director, and its trying to make it look like its coming from our lender bank.

The caller stated they were contacting me on my phone number that was issued and provided as a contact number for a relative. They were reaching out to me in a third and final attempt to discuss a case file number that required my direct attention. This attempt is for a legal matter or law suit pending against the family member. Person gave the name of Carly but not business or law firm name. They provided a case number and did not mention or identify the responsible court where the case was filed. The number to call to resolve the situation was 866-343-9709 however the caller ID displayed on my phone was 443-214-1734. They provided a stipulation that this call was logged as a record of their attempt and proof in contacting me, (very official sounding). Salutation ended in a thank you and good luck.
