Daughter was released from the hospitlal and I wanted her to have some flowers when she came home. Called this business--on the top of the choices when I put '"FLOWERS IN WINTHOP, WASH." So called them because I thought they were legit--they said they had a shop on main st (LIE). My daughter never received them--I called from my phone--no answer--called from another phone--answered--asked for customer service and guess what... CRICKETS......... DO NOT DEAL WITH BLOSSOM FLOWERS---

I went to order flowers to be sent out of province. After ordering, they called me back and asked for more money for same day service. Things didn't add up and when I called them, they kept putting me on hold. I realized I had been scammed.

My dad ordered flowers from this company to send to me. I’ve gotten 2 text message stating
Dear,

We have a flower order for you from
for today's delivery

We are terribly sorry your order got delayed due to unusually high demand today, but it will be delivered to you next avaliable day.

Thank you for your understanding

Please look up a company before ordering. People are very selfish and will take advantage of anyone.

Initially my daughter called BUT after that it was online, until she called again to cancel her order. The "flowershop" claims to be local but infact is not. Refused to give out there address stating it was because someone had Covid and died at their store. So I called and threatened to sure them, that is when they charged my daughter 4 more times for a total of over $600!! They said they would deliver the flowers by 11am but then said 8pm which is when my daughter said NO and cancelled the order which spawned all this. So until her bank gives her back the money, she has lost over $600.

I ordered a box of red roses,
I paid an extra charge of 5.99$ so that they deliver the order before 1 pm,
I called them at 3 pm to see what happened they said that they are sorry but they are going to refund the 5.99$ then we checked at 6 pm they said the order was delivered to find out that it was delivered to a wrong address,
We called them later and they said we are going to refund your money within 6 days, now after 2 weeks i called to check what happened and they were so generous they offered to give me 5$ gift card??
And that they can’t refund the money.
This shop is just a spam to steel your money.
Total lost 109$ and couple of hours of my time.

I chose this company to send my coworker a bouquet (her grandmother recently passed). I started my request on a Fri with the promise of next day delivery. When I got to work on Monday I had received an email (from Carlo Mercado) that they would be delayed until Tues. Then on Tues it was Wed. Finally on Thursday she received them, almost a whole week after I placed my order. They had promised me an upgraded bouquet at no charge. When my coworker came to work on Fri and showed me the picture of her "lovely bouquet" I was speechless. When I tell you it looked like someone picked the flowers out of the yard, it is no joke. Not only did it not look like the original bouquet I requested, there was NO upgrade as it looked just mediocre. I will not use this company ever again. I was so embarrassed.

Company advertises "same day delivery". I ordered on a Thursday. It did not arrive. An email was sent after 7 that night to say that "due to supply shortage and high demand" the product would be delivered the next day. It did not arrive. Monday was a holiday, and the recipient's business was closed. On Tuesday, I was told it was out for delivery, but the delivery truck was involved in an automotive accident and returned to their office without making the delivery. I was assured the delivery would be made Wednesday before lunch and the product upgraded. When I checked on the order by phone Wednesday afternoon, the automated system stated the delivery was set for Tuesday.

Again, on a phone inquiry, I was assured the product would be upgraded and the delivery would be made the next business day. The operator didn't even know what I had ordered, wanting to upgrade the incorrect product. I cancelled the order. I was assured my credit card would be credited.

Ordered a $240 flower arrangement that was never delivered. When trying to contact them, it is very hard to actually get ahold of them. They all give you different answers and just say they will call you back and keep you updated. Then they just send you an email saying it was delivered and your problem has been resolved. Then you give them a call again and they say they will contact the delivery driver. In 24 hours they still haven’t been able to get ahold of him apparently and say they have to see if it has been delivered and call back. Then they say oh yeah it’s been delivered and you go through this same process all over again and nobody can give you an answer as to why there are no flowers. They are so difficult to deal with, they just take your money and don’t deliver any flowers. Complete scam, it’s like just taking $240 and throwing it in the trash, i can’t even tell you how disappointed I am. Can’t believe I got scammed like that, this is awful.

we ordered flowers to be delievered on tuesday, and they didn’t show up until Sunday. we paid extra to have the delivered by tuesday, and the lady we spoke to everytime was awful. awful service awful everything. She called tuesday at 6 and asked if we received them and we said no, and that they’ll be here by tuesday at 8pm or the following morning. we called the next day since they didn’t bother to check if they were here or not, and we didn’t receive another call asking if we got them until friday night at 5. we then said since they aren’t here to give us a refund, and they said “no we can’t do that it’s under investigation”. and they wouldn’t even refund the difference we paid to have them rushed here. on top of that, stuff from our order was missing and they won’t answer emails/calls about it. worst service possible, definitely a scam

BEWARE…SCAMMERS IN PHILIPPINES. My mom attempted to send me flowers for my birthday. Blossom flower delivery had me waiting at home all day for them to no show. (They did falsely claim they tried to deliver at 6:30pm…I was home, have 3 dogs that would have barked like crazy and security camera showed no activity). They apologized for the lie and claimed they would talk to that driver (if there even is a driver) and expedite it for delivery in the am. The next day came and went with a few emails of false promises that they were going to deliver…they never did. After this second day my mom called her credit card issuer and disputed the charge. We heard nothing from them the third day, and on the fourth day my mom received an email from them dishonestly pretending they had just delivered the flowers. They did not. These people are shameless liars…STAY AWAY!

I googled “ flower delivery in SD”. The first website to pop up was Blossom Flower with map location on Route 45 in Miller, SD. I chose them because the recipient lived there and I needed to get them there quickly for a funeral. I was sent a email confirming my online order. And another one saying they are substituting flowers due to the weather. After talking with the recipient, they never arrived. I called the company, spoke to Emily and she said the driver did nor confirm delivery and they would redeliver the flowers. After talking with her, I googled the company only to find out many complaints have been made against them and they are scammers! I recalled Emily and told her I was canceling my order and wanted my card refunded. She agreed to do so within 24 hours, if not, I am calling my card company to dispute the fraudulent charge! My advice: don’t use them!

Placed an order to be delivered Jan 14 for a special occasion-delivery date was available on website. Got an email saying they would be delivered the next day, chatted with them on fb Jan 15 and said driver was out for delivery. Got another email saying they would be delivered the next available day which would be Jan 17. After going back and forth demanding a discount, they canceled my order. Worst company by far to use. Never again.

Ordered Flowers & balloon for my sister's birthday on 1/7/2022, they were to be delivered 1/8/2022. She still has not received her flowers (1/10/2022)I have been going back and forth through emails, texts, instant message. I requested to get my money back. They still were promising today that they would deliver the flowers. My sister still has not got her flowers. Total loss $98.00 Please do not order from this site, it is a scam. Hard lesson learned.

LYING LYING LYING LYING SCAMMERS!

In light of weather differences between my home (MO) and my gift recipient's (CO) along with COVID supply issues, I went out of my way to speak with what I thought was the local CO florist to assure next day delivery, best flowers in stock... They FRIGGING KNOWINGLY LIED TO ME. Within a few hours of my placing the order, they told the recipient that delivery would be delayed for all of the reasons they assured me were not an issue. Several hours later, they texted me that the delivery would be A FRIGGING WEEK LATE. They should die like dogs and rot in Hell.

My bad. Dogs are great and should live to eat the carcasses of scam artists who would spoil your grandma's birthday.

I purchased flowers that were never delivered. I tried to cancel the order and still have not received a refund.

My order was placed on Sat, Dec 18, 2021, 10:38 AM for a Delivery Date of 12/23/2021. I received a message on Dec 23rd that you were running behind schedule on my order. The order was placed 5 days prior to this for a delivery on December 23, the day you started working on the order.

I then received an email and a call on Dec 27th that the order could not be delivered due to an incorrect address. I corrected the address on the phone with a representative to make sure it was right. The representative assured me everything was ok, the order would be complimentary upgraded and then delivered to the correct address.

On December 29, I checked on the status of the order which showed a delivery by 8p on December 28th.

This order was for my 84 year old mother for Christmas and when I spoke to her on Dec 31st, she had still not received her flowers. I was embarrassed because I know she thought I had forgotten her at Christmas.

“Anna” called the florist and pretended to me me, stated that “I” wanted a $30 bouquet (I ordered $70)…they are a complete scam! Always call the florist directly never use online! Call them direct 323-489-6040 I wished I could share their card number! Emails are from Karol Resureccion and Imma Concepccion and Anna Christina Villa
