Sold flowers for same day delivery. I ordered a flower display for $91, which was never delivered. They are almost impossible to contact. Refuse to give refund.

I found Blossom Flower Delivery to deliver flowers to my sister who lives in a small city in Arkansas. They confirmed delivery on 7/23/24. They did not deliver on that date or provide an actual delivery date. When I called to make a complaint, I could only communicate with an AI bot who claimed they would "timely delivery" even after the delivery date window had passed. I have tried for two days to reach a human with no success. I have requested a refund, again with no success.

I ordered flowers from this business. They were not delivered on the date that I requested. I called them and they said that they needed to look into this and would call me back and email me within an hour. That was on a Friday. On Tuesday I reached back out to them. When I was finally able to speak to someone, he told me that they had an issue where they were running out of my arrangement at their warehouse and had to send them through a third party. Because of this they needed an additional $20 from me but that they would cut me a deal and cover half meaning that I would ONLY have to pay an additional $10.00. I told them absolutely not. I ordered these after a death in the family of the recipient. These were supposed to be delivered on 7/12/2024. The final phone call with them where they tried to tell me that I had to pay an additional $10 occurred on 7/23/2024. At no point have they made contact with me to let me know that there was an issue. When I told him to refund my money, they said that it would take 5-7 business days. I said absolutely not so they changed it to 2-6 business days.

I placed an order for flowers on Thursday July 18. As of July 23, the flowers have not been delivered. I have been calling them and they tell me that they are investigating why they haven't been delivered that I need to wait, I have waited and now they do not answer the phone and hang up the calls on me. Upon research online I see that they are kwon for scamming

Ordered funeral flowers with next day service on 7/3/25. Flowers never arrived. Today, I received the following text:

Good day!

This is regarding your order 3078824 to ******* ****.

We are writing to inform you that we are experiencing a problem with our supplies as we did not receive the necessary deliveries.

To avoid further delays, we have decided to have the items made by our partner florist. Unfortunately, this has resulted in an additional cost of $46.00, but as compensation, we have rendered our profit for this order. We only need an additional $23.00 to proceed with the next-day delivery, Monday, July 15th.

Please let us know if we should use the same card details you used when you placed the order. We greatly appreciate your business and are eagerly awaiting your response.

I kept checking the status of my delivery on Blossom Flower Delivery website but they kept rescheduling for five days, called customer service several times but response time was 30 mins or 30 calls ahead of you! This website needs to be taken down as more people are going to scammed!!

Scammer was a Florist Website with phone number but no street address. I googled "Florist Prairie Village Kansas" to send birthday flowers to my daughter. The flowers were not delivered and two days later I received a text requesting more money, due to the fact that they did not have all of the requested flowers and had to hire a contractor, etc. When I started asking questions, like "Where is your store", Who is your "Contractor", etc., the lady could not answer any questions. I then called my credit card company and canceled my card and reported the situation.

On 7/11/24, I ordered a sympathy flower basket for my daughter and family after losing their dog in a serious accident that same day. The basket of flowers was $64.99, shipping was $11.99, tip was $9.75, and the handling fee was $5.75 for a total of $92.48. I requested same day service for 7/11/24, but the order has yet to deliver. I didn't look at any Google reviews before placing my order, because everything appeared to legitimate, right down to the order number (#3310469) I was given. After hearing that the flowers were not delivered on 7/11/24, I attempted to call the company's main phone # 877-414-7903 numerous times, only to be put in Q with 30-40 customers ahead of me, and then after waiting for 45 min and being told I was next, no one picked up the phone after another 15 min so I eventually hung up. I tried calling numerous times the following day only to wind up with the same wait period and no one picking up at their end. Starting the following morning on 7/12/24, I've been receiving approximately 3-4 calls per hour from their main phone #, which after saying "Hello" the caller hangs up me. This is now bordering on harassment, and all I've been trying to do is get some answers as to where my order is.

Flower delivery scamming individuals placing floral requests online to be delivered.

I emailed their customer support and was replied to by LunaAI. In addition when you get the confirmation email there is a tracker link which takes you to the Tinder app- sort of amusing.

Makes people choose flower Arrangement but don't own a Shop and makes you pay in US Funds.
Then calls Someone else and make them do a a "so called" Arrangement with whatever flowers you have.
I Strongly Suggest that you call a Real Florist instead!

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother. The delivery never showed. When I contacted them, I said on hold for very long time and they told me that it was delivered. I have read other complaints now online of the same thing by this company, that they do not deliver or when they do deliver the flowers are not what they ordered or, look to be in rough shape. They have also told me that they have an address location in the city that I ordered the flowers to be delivered to, which is not true.

As I was looking for a local florist, I googled the name of the city and "florist" and the first option was Blossom Flower Delivery--which I assumed was located in the same city where the recipient lives. After processing my order online, with expected delivery on Tuesday, 6/11, I received an AI generated / bot message saying they were unable to deliver on my requested day, but could do so by Thursday, 6/13. Fine, I thought, giving them grace as what I thought to be a small local business. At 8pm on 6/13, I realized I hadn't received notification that the flowers had been delivered. I reached out to inquire and got an immediate AI/bot response that they would still deliver that day. "Really? Even though it's 8pm now?" and was reassured the delivery would happen. Needless to say, it didn't. Upon closer inspection (and shame on me for not digging in more), this is a 1-800 business with no discernable city/state and seems to operate via a call center or AI system. I've requested an immediate cancellation and refund, so will see how that's resolved, but in the meantime, flagging unethical, deceptive business practices of Blossom Flower Delivery--which reviews online echo. Thank you for your consideration.

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday a week in advance, for delivery on my mother's birthday. They emailed me 2 PM on the delivery date and said "Hi Macie, Due to the very limited supplies that we have, your order has been rescheduled and will be prioritized and delivered on 06/13/2024. Although the requested arrangement is currently unavailable, please be assured that our dedicated and skilled designer is committed to crafting a unique floral masterpiece that maintains the essence and quality of your initial choice. Please reply to this message as soon as you can, so that we can prioritize your order for the said schedule. Thank you." After this, I asked for a refund so I can order from a new florist, to which they replied that they will prioritize getting it to me that day. They told me they would let me know within the hour. When I hadn't heard from them in 2 hours, I called and finally got through to someone and finally they cancelled my order. I have yet to receive the refund. On yelp, it appears this has happened to dozens of people. https://www.yelp.com/biz/blossom-flower-delivery-woodridge-2?sort_by=date_desc

I ordered flowers to be delivered, paid for the transaction and received a text that the phone number was not accurate, but they were texting me and was working fine. I responded via text, chat, phone, and email and have not been able to connect to ANYONE. This is an online flower delivery that is not an actual company.

This website is a scam!!! Blossom Flower Delivery company markets a product for the consumer to purchase online. Then Blossom Flower Delivery delivers a product that is worth 5% of the value that the customer paid for. Then Blossom Flower Delivery company claims that they delivered the product, but it is nothing similar to what the customer paid for. Now the scam continues with Blossom Flower Delivery negotiating a ridiculous discount that the Blossom Flower Delivery company is still profiting 95% from the customers dissatisfaction. I am not accepting the discount. Also, the Blossom Flower Delivery so called 5 star reviews are all generated by a BOT!

Tried to order flowers for a funeral service. After purchase I needed to change the delivery date. Could not reach a person. An automated system calls you back, states the order is being processed and you can’t cancel.

This scammer has an online website for flowery delivery. Once you place an order flowers are never delivered and your money is never returned. There are many online forums and complaints against this website with the same claims. This is not a legitimate business.!

I attempted to order flowers from a trusted local shop, when I clicked on the order link, I was unaware that it transferred me to a different site, www.sunnyflowerdelivery.com, where I actually placed the order. My order confirmation came from www.blossomflowerdelivery.com. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on 3/9/2024. About 2 hours after the order was placed, the company called both me and the recipient of the gift to tell us that the vendor we requested the flowers from could not complete the order, and they would like to switch us to a different flower vendor, but would need an additional $50. Then later, they lowered that to $25, and requested credit card information over the phone - specifically over the phone.

Instead of upcharging for same day delivery, we set a different delivery date, 3/11/2024. At the end of the day on 3/11/2024, I contacted the company to find out why the order had not been delivered, and they stated that in order to deliver the product that I had spent $92 on, they would still need the $25 and I could call to give them credit card information. I replied that I do not and will not authorize additional charges, and to let me know whether the product will be delivered at the original agreed to and fully paid price, and if it cannot, I would like a refund. I received no further communication from their customer support.

I have since requested a refund through their website, which they are claiming will take 3-5 days for them to process. They have continued to call both me and the recipient to try to authorize the additional charge, and the original Florist (Lake Zurich Florist in Lake Zurich, IL) that I was trying to order from was completely unaware that sunnyflowerdelivery or blossomflowerdelivery were somehow linked to their business at all, and have never worked with them.
