I ordered flowers, I received an email confirmation. Flowers were never delivered. I used their website's "Track Orders button and got nowhere. From there I received numerous emails stating delivery would be delayed due to high volumes. I call their support number, this creepy lady says hello using my first name, She says to press one regarding existing orders, and two for new orders then the line goes dead, I get a call failed message on my end. This occurred every time I called.

I used their chat option and I they wanted $54 more to deliver the order. I said no and then they said it could be delivered on the 14th, then they said the earliest is the 15th at no additional charge. The order was placed on 3/8 for a 3/10 delivery.

Ordered from Blossom Flower Delivery because I wanted same day delivery. Order went in 12:30 p.m. on Friday and I received an automated 'courtesy' email at 5:30 p.m. (they close at 6) saying the order was pushed to the next day.

Had a hard time reaching customer service but finally got through and was told there was nothing they could do but they would send first thing the next day (Saturday), by 11 a.m. Note: date was important as it was for an anniversary of a death.

Online tracker reported flowers delivered. However, the recipient, who had been home throughout the time received nothing.

Contacted customer service again on Monday and was told it was an issue with the supplier but flowers would be delivered that afternoon. Was offered $5 off my $100 dollar order for the trouble. I said I didn't trust they would come through with an actual delivery and preferred to cancel my order and use a different service. They refused to cancel my order.

At this point, I'm not confident anything will be delivered and have taken it up as a dispute with the bank. Do NOT give these people your credit card number - total bait and switch, maybe a full on scam.

I ordered a lush basket for my best friend's birthday. I was not delivered on the date expected and when I tried to call, no one ever answered the phone. I emailed customer service and they said there had been a delay due to lack of supplies for the arrangement, but they would create a comparable arrangement and get it out in two days. The comparable arrangement was an embarrassment - a couple of greens tossed in a pot. When I contacted them again to request a refund they refused and offered me 10% back only. We will see if that credit ever happens.

I ordered a flowering plant to be sent to my sister for her birthday. It was to be delivered the next day. The delivery never happened, but yet I received an email and text saying it had been delivered! They lied! I should have realized they were a scam when my credit card company denied the charge and sent me a text to verify before allowing it to go through. I went ahead and verified with my credit card and the charges went through. I sent them multiple emails and text messages demanding a refund. I also informed them I was going to file a fraud claim with the credit card company, as they are obviously on their radar for scams. Ironically, I got an email shortly after saying the flowers had been delivered. After calling my sister to verify, I found that she had just received the delivery and the flower shop making the delivery said they had just barely received the order and it was a RUSH order. So clearly, they never intended to do anything but scam me until I said I was filing a fraud claim. Beware! Never use this company.

I ordered flowers on 2/24/23 to deliver to a friend who was recovering from surgery. The delivery was to be on Saturday. On Monday, I received an email from [email protected] that there would be a delay and my delivery was rescheduled to the next day. Flowers did not arrive the next day so I called them. Waited and waited and finally reached a lady who I could barely understand but she said her name was Mary Anderson. I asked her where she was located and she said she was not permitted to give out that information and she would transfer me to her colleague for tracking. I demanded that she tell me what florist she worked for and where they were located and she said Market St in Brookeville, OH. I have called them everyday this week and no one can tell me anything other than to transfer my call to a lengthy wait and they they say they will have to get back to me. They have called back and then the line disconnects. The second lady I spoke with told me the flower shop was in Lewisburg. One lady told me her name was Mary Anderson. I am getting a runaround and my friend has not received her flowers. I believe this is a scam. One of my friends went to the flower shop on Market St in Brookeville and he had no record of my order.

This website took an order for a local floral delivery in Michigan, before contacting me via SMS and email to solicit additional $20 payment beyond the order amount. The wording of these solicitations is suspicious in syntax, grammar, and typographic error, in addition to the circumstance itself. Upon attempting to contact this vendor through their advertised contact information to cancel the order, I received no answer or reply.

Everyone "working" for this scam of a company will get the KARMA they deserve. They should all be very afraid. DO NOT GIVE THESE "EXCUSE OF HUMAN BEINGS" THE TIME OF DAY. They do not deserve to be on this planet and their time will come.

This is an "online flower delivery service" that was supposed to send my mom flowers for her birthday. When I didn't receive a confirmation that they were delivered on the date I ordered them to be, I used the tracking feature from the email they sent as confirmation of my purchase. It showed no results for the order number in the email. I used the email feature on the website stating that the flowers were not delivered. I then called the phone number on the website, and there was no answer--in fact, all we got was a tone indicating it wasn't a valid number. I replied to the confirmation email and got an automated response that customer service was not open on the weekend. Later a received an email from them stating that my order number, which was different from the one in the confirmation email, was delivered. I received another email from "Marlyn" at Blossom, apologizing for the inconvenience, and that the flowers were delivered. I placed the order for my mom, whose name is Marilyn, so it was obvious, they'd just taken my mom's name to create a fake name. I visited my mom in the nursing home on Sunday, and there were no flowers. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

This service is awful. I ordered flowers on January 2nd for a delivery of today January 14th. They send me an email it was delivered, it was NOT. 10 different customer service people all told me they would contact the driver and call me back. NO ONE called me back and NO DELIVERY. It is a scam and absolutely the worst service. They told me the driver is supposed to take a picture where the flowers were delivered, but somehow they just can't find the driver for 8 hours. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM BLOSSOM!

This website posed as a fresh flower delivery service. I purchased flowers for delivery on 1/13/23 for a total of approx. $75. The website advised I’d receive a confirmation email.

Hours later, I still had not received said email. I contacted the company at the telephone number provided on the website. It was an automated service advising me I’d receive a callback.

I received a call back minutes later from an unknown number with the same area code as my telephone number. The woman I spoke to stated my flowers were already out for delivery.

I reached out to my friend, the flower recipient who stated she never received the flowers. She stated she received a text message asking her to choose a delivery date from “Blossom Flower Delivery”.

On todays date, 01/14/23, at approx 9:30pm, I received a text message from said company indicating they have run out of supplies and need me to pay $10. This telephone number used for the text message was different than the phone number posted online as well as the phone number I was initially contacted at.

Flowers were never delivered to the recipient.

Ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered same day, by 6 PM. I called them around 7 and was told they would be delivered "first thing in the morning" and would receive a $5 coupon. When I called back late morning, they said it shipped and would not let me cancel however flowers were never delivered. Coupon never received either (although I would NEVER do business with them again.) The links for the order tracker and customer service did not work on their website and no one responded on the chat function, even after leaving open for approx 45 min after it said it was read

This company is the worst. They pretend that they are a local shop in whatever area you are looking in. They are not they are some on-line excuse for a floral delivery company. I was tasked with ordering flowers for my daughter in law's birthday on behalf of my military son who is away. I paid extra to have delivered before noon. I called several times after noontime without any result. Flowers never delivered. You can tell that you are talking to someone overseas. Now the battle to get my money returned. I should have checked reviews. Buyer Beware

Charged customer $200 for flower order, forwarded to my company as a $60 order with no reference info for what customer ordered. My company had to replace and they refuse to pay me for either order

This flower delivery company is a joke. As is my custom for important occasions, I ordered a "bunch of red alstroemerias" (and nothing else) for my 91-year old mother to greet her upon discharge from the hospital on the the day before New Year's Eve. Instead, my mother received some white tulips and other white flowers, none of which was an alstroemeria. Until he died in 1995, my father gave my mother alstroemerias every Friday with this loving message: "I'll still marry you" (yes, that's phonetically the same as the flower's name)! Promptly upon delivery of the incorrect delivery, I contacted Blossom and was told that, indeed, they substituted the alternate white flowers because they didn't have alstroemerias. (But they didn't contact me beforehand.) The company offered a 10% credit. I suggested that the company deliver my original order or give me a full credit (and we would return the incorrect delivery). They said the best they could do was a 25% credit! My mother was quite disappointed. Obviously, I'll never use Blossom again. In a word, this company is a JOKE! And it doesn't deserve any stars. By the way, here's the company's refund policy (as set forth on its website), which they don't seem to otherwise acknowledge:

"Refund Policy -- At Blossom Flower Delivery, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and product does not comply with our Substitution Policy, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to begin the refund or return process ... If product is not available we will arrange for re-delivery of product that is equal or greater value. Full refunded will be given upon return of the product within seven 7 days."
Blossom Flower Deliver is a complete JOKE!

There was not a single correct thing about this order. The delivery date was late. The promise date was 12/22 between 8am and 8pm. The flowers showed up 12/23 around 10:30 am. The card was signed by a random person and not in my name. The birthday flowers purchased in the birthday section showed up a day late as a Christmas arrangement. The balloon also purchased was not with the flowers. I called the shop that fulfilled the order, she told me they do not offer balloons at there shop! They are offering customers items that they can not fulfil and then stiffing them on a refund. Blossom flower delivery offered me a refund of $5 and a $10 coupon for a next purchase. That does not even cover the cost of the balloon I purchased. There excuse for the refund is they fulfilled the order to value regardless if correct. The Flowers were late, not what I ordered, the card signed by a random person and the balloon purchased was not there. Everything about this order was wrong and I am just looking for blossom flower to do what is right. I am sorry to be a pest but I am truly unhappy with what is going on.

Reported to FTC the following: I found a florist company on-line that accepted a same day delivery for my sister's birthday on Saturday, December 17, 2022 in Jackson WY. The order did not arrive. I replied via email (from email order confirmation) telling them it was not received. I received an email reply saying their support team was not available on weekends and yet I received two emails and calls to my cell phone over the weekend telling me they were not able to fill the order but could deliver on Monday, December 19, 2022 with expedited delivery in the A.M.. I then received another voice mail telling me they could not fill the order on Monday and could fill it on Tues. December 20, 2022. Then I received a call (I answered) and they had another excuse for not filling the order but could fill it by Christmas if I paid more for handling at which time I said NO and I demanded they refund my $73.73. They gave me an excuse that they could not refund for about 6 days and I told them that was not satisfactory and that they better refund immediately and I was reporting them to the Federal Consumer Protection and BBB. I have also notified my bank.

I ordered an arrangement on December 11 to be delivered on December 22. I got a message December 22 at 3:58 PM telling me it wouldn’t be delivered till December 28. I called and they said there’s nothing that they can do about it they couldn’t even change the arrangement to be sent.

I ordered flowers online December 4. They were supposed to be delivered December 5. They lied and said they delivered the flowers. My friend never received the flowers. They refused to give me a refund.

Contacted Blossom Flowers on Dec.5/22 and placed an order for a sympathy basket (as shown on their website) to be delivered Dec.7/22. I asked if that basket was available and was told ‘yes’. Flowers were never delivered. I received a phone call from Whitehorse Flowers on Dec.8 telling me they just received the order and can’t deliver the flowers as they have no drivers that day. I arranged to meet this person and got the flowers she arranged. She was told by Blossom Flowers to do what she could for $80. I had paid Blossom Flowers $147. The flowers in no way resembled the flowers I ordered. I asked for a full refund and was only given 30% plus the service and delivery charges. I was not able to speak to a Manager or anyone in charge. This is Dec.14. I’m still waiting for my refund. CAUTION: AVOID DEALING WITH BLOSSOM FLOWERS.

I am sending along the email chain from this scammer.
