I used Blossom Flower Delivery to send flowers for a loved one's funeral in Abilene, Texas. Pamela Casey died Tuesday, July 19 2022. I live in Germany and had been on an Italy vacation when it happened. Pam was also the mother of my child. I was devastated and sent flowers to Girdner Funeral Home for the funeral utilizing Blossom Flower Delivery. First, they opted to substitute an item, holding up delivery hinged on my confirmation, which I gave. After that, the flowers never arrived. Then, the recipients of the flower called me back, announcing all efforts to clear up the issue was met with subterfuge and constant hangups. Any contact over the phone did not solve the issue; and the company would not re-send the flowers, or refund the $196.45 I'd paid. The family is distraught having lost Pam, as am I. Ordered flowers on 7/2 to be delivered on 7/4 received email could not make delivery due to Covid shortage new date 7/5 when fresh flowers would be available no delivery on 7/5 sent email and tried to call got response that another delay they would upgrade my flowers and refund my expediting fee new delivery date is set for 7/8 and I am sure they will not be delivered at that point I will dispute my credit card charge. Oh and they said in the email once I accept the upgrade I can not cancel or change my order that’s a big [censored] you if I ever heard one. Do NOT do business with this shady company. Their website is pure [censored].

I ordered flowers for my parents and received an email saying they were delivered. I called my parents and they did not receive the flowers. I called customer service and was told they would investigate the matter and get back to me. I have called back multiple times and have been told I could not receive a refund, as the investigation was still open. My call got disconnected and when they called me back, they used numbers from the New Britain Hospital. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Will promise flower delivery and none are delivered. Call for money back and will put you on hold for 38 minutes. Then you will get disconnected. Every time I ask for my money back I get put on hold. The refuse to refund my money

I had a special day approaching and was very hope full that my special someone remembered me and was sending me flowers. For a week I kept getting text messages that a delivery was coming to me but will be delayed and would arrive promptly the next day. My special day came and went with no delivery. I called my special someone to tell them that I never got anything and about the text messages. I sure home they got their money back.

Horrible ! Bait and switch . Completely different bouquet arrived . Late . I paid extra to rush the flowers and that didn’t matter . They said it’s Covid Is why the supplies were so limited. That’s fine but don’t advertise the bouquets your do if they arnt available . After spending $100 and unable to track and get updates they said they would give $7 back to me ….. slap in the face . NEVER using them again .

I was embarrassed when I received a picture of the flowers that they delivered for my friend’s father’s funeral. They charged me 204$ in USD and delivered a tiny vase with a handful of flowers. They have no mention of the currency on their site either. Their customer support is useless and did not care about my request. Do not use them. $275Cad for flowers that you can buy for $50Cad at any local shop. Stay away

Clearly not surprised by how many complaints about this company. My boyfriend paid $175 for flowers to delivered expedited for my birthday before noon on Monday May 30th and they have never been delivered. I have called 3 times and sent 3 emails.

Please file a complaint with BBB in California. The parent corporate name is Lime Vizio and they operate under several names for online floral delivery. Also take a few minutes and file a complaint with California Trade Commission-Online Scam Division. It’s the State version of FTC that protects consumers and goes after these companies.

Also, these are the owners of Lime Vizio based in Van Nuys California. Both are Russian and would not surprise me if this is a shell money laundering mafia crime family organization. MOZESYUK SERGEY & TIMUR KREMENETSKIY.

We have to stop these crooks from continuing to scam innocent victims.

Absolute sham. Delivered flowers 2 days before they were scheduled. They sat in the Florida heat and then the florist argued they were delivered on 5/2/22 when they were actually delivered on 4/30/22 when no one was home. My neighbor delivered them to me on 5/2 at 8:30 am and said she picked them off my porch after seeing them there two days. Blossom florist was graceous enough to offer a $5.00 credit towards the $100 worth of dead flowers. They SUCK.

You have been warned! I ordered flower for my sick grandmother for Mothers Day a week and half in advanced! I paid over $80 for her flowers very expensive and I understand because it’s a holiday. Then the day before Mother’s Day I get an email canceling my order saying they were out of stock and will deliver my flowers on the 11th! That is 4 days after Mother’s Day! I asked them to refund me half or enough money since it’s 4 days late and it’s not a holiday anymore.
I get an email from them saying they will only refund me $10… are you serious! $10 is shipping fee and they are telling me they will not accommodate me and it’s is their fault my flowers are late! I ordered wayyyyyy in advanced and they really don’t care and will take all your money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE. Be ready for a huge disappointment on a very important holiday. I

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for $79.99 ( red tulips in a white vase with ribbon!) and paid delivery fee and taxes. The company sent the flowers two days late and they were yellow in a drinking glass. The company even called the designing florist and told them to create a $65 bouquet! Ripping me off! Not sending what I ordered and wouldn’t return calls!!!

I ordered sympathy flowers from this company and the delivery was delayed. That was 5 days ago. I just received a form email, and it took a while to be able to speak to someone live. They have no compassion, or empathy, lack integrity and respect and have no business ethics. I cannot believe that I have to research flower companies for scam artists, especially when you're grieving. Shame on the company and the people running this scam. I hope Karma is a b[censored]! For all of you thinking of ordering flowers, DO NOT USE BLOSSOM FLOWER DELIVERY EVER!

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE this company EVER. I ordered sympathy flowers and the delivery kept being delayed. They just sent a form email and when I was able to speak to a customer service rep, they only offered a $10 discount and promised the delivery would happen the same day. FIVE days later, no delivery and I demanded a refund ASAP. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL TELL THE WORLD WHAT THEY DID TO ME AND WARN OTHERS. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. I CAN NOT BELIEVE PEOPLE LIKE THIS PREY ON PEOPLE IN NEED OF FLOWERS FOR FUNERALS AND SYMPATHY. Ordered over $300 bouquet of flowers for a important occasion as I am out of state. Paid extra for expedited and spoke on the phone. The day of the delivery came which I paid for it to be expedited to get there in the morning and it was never delivered called 30 minutes before closing and my line kept getting canceled. And after reaching them I was told that my card somehow declined but yeah I received a confirmation email and a text message. And I was told that they were preparing to call me to let me know my card declined after the fact that my order was already supposed to be delivered couple hours ago . Advised me to contact my bank and repay for the order for the flowers to get delivered. Otherwise no help whatsoever from their side and no apologies for the mistake and it was blamed on me even though I have text messages of them confirming my order. This company is dishonest and this is my first review ever on anything so please be aware and do not trust this company whatsoever !

Blossom Flower Delivery, ripped us off this past weekend and sent a $50 bouquet of flowers in a vase instead of the $170 funeral standing spray with banner that we paid for! They are not willing to refund us the difference because what they sent was obviously NOT the same value as The flowers we ordered!
We called on Friday morning 4/22/22 to have flowers delivered on Saturday to a funeral in Chula Vista that we could not attend (we live in Las Vegas). I found they searching for a flower shop that delivers in Chula Vista and ordered a funeral standing spray bouquet with a banner that cost over $200. I received a call on Saturday an hour before the flowers were to be delivered to the memorial service and was told the standing spray was not available (even though it was already paid for) but that they would replace it with a large basket of flowers equivalent to the funeral spray we already paid for and would still include the “In Loving Memory” banner, but that they were out of stands. I was not told this until an hour before they were supposed to be delivered, even though I placed the order 24 hours earlier, so there was NO time to call another flower shop to order a funeral standing spray. It was then I was PROMISED that they would upgrade and create an amazing basket bouquet and include the banner as a replacement. Well… I saw the flowers from the service and I was RIPPED OFF! They sent a small vase of flowers (maybe worth $50?) with NO banner, and the flowers looked cheap! Definitely NOT $200 worth of flowers! I’m in shock that they would was take advantage of us and lie to me twice about what would be sent!

What they did was SO WRONG! When I went to submit a Yelp review, that’s when I noticed there is no Yelp account, and they aren’t even listed on Mapsquest or in BBB. They are dishonest and cheated us for what we originally paid for, then again on what they promised as the replacement!

When I spoke to the manager Palo today, she is claiming the flowers sent are comparable in price to what we ordered… which it’s obviously NOT! (See photos attached). In addition, when i asked for her address, she refused to provide it to me. They should be held accountable for ripping customers off and taking advantage during bereavement! There is no place to give a review and they need to be held responsible! Attached is the photo of what we paid for, and what was delivered.

I ordered a funeral arrangement for a forty year old family friend not only did this Rotten outfit failed to deliver my arrangement to the funeral home when requested but kept their mouth shut and stole my money and said nothing to me that they failed miserably to live up to their customer commitment. After contacting the funeral home and the poor family I was told that my arrangement never arrived when requested. I don’t know how these scammers are still in business cheating customers every day. A warning to anybody considering ordering from the rotten outfit do yourself a favour and stay away from these scammers.

I made an order for my mother who recently moved to Tenn. Unfortunately I missed a bunch of the local shops due to the time difference, but I went with this company because they said they could deliver on a Saturday. Not only did they not deliver them base don their online calendar availability, they called my mother to report this, not me. Then they said so sorry, we will deliver on Monday. Still didn't come and called them to confirm. They called me, and when I called them back they sounded confused and didn't know why I was calling. I demanded a refund, and they said no. Then it was 20% off. Then they admitted this was all their fault, but wouldn't do anything. Then they gave me 40% off the flower price, but still kept my tip of $15.00 and a $5.00 handling charge, and taxes. Then they tell me how much they are losing on this order, and want me to pity them? Are you f'ing kidding me? Grow up and provide the service you said you could do, and if not, act accordingly. I told them good business is when you can't deliver you call the person who ordered, not the recipient---DUH! Also, if you can't fulfill the order on the date you said you could, you offer a refund or ship them later and see what the customer wants, as the customer is paying you for a service, and you did not complete the service. I beg anyone in their right mind, find a local flower shop and do not use this company. Good riddance to poor service. In addition when you click in their email to their website it says it isn't found. Something is truly shady about this company, and they should be shutdown if they aren't already.

I ordered flowers for Easter from several different florists. I used "Blossom Flower Delivery" for my son and wife and when the order was placed the order was to be delivered, as all the others, on Wednesday April 13th. Unfortunately, due to supply shortages, all orders were delayed by at least a day. Blossum said "next delivery day" which should have been the 14th. However, I received an email telling me that the flowers were still not able to be delivered and the day for delivery was now Saturday the 16th (the day before Easter) I called and was TOLD verbally that the flowers would be delivered on Saturday. Well Saturday came and went and so did Easter. I called regarding this problem (website for "refund" was not working on Saturday, Sunday and Monday (today) ) and was put on hold to have the representative tell me that the order would be delivered today. I explained that this is not acceptable, I sent the flowers FOR EASTER not the day after Easter. He then put me on hold and came back on to say that the delivery driver was not answering his calls and/or text message and that he would give me d$10.00 off of my $97.00 order if I would agree to have them delivered today.. I refused and demanded to have my money refunded. He said "well we can't do that since the flowers are out for delivery. I explained as nicely as possible, that this is not acceptable and I asked to speak to a supervisor, he told me he was the supervisor and that he was going to put me on hold again... I said "DO NOT put me back on hold, just tell me what your going to do about my refund. He said not going to refund and put me back on hold. I hung up and called my credit card company. This is a short version of my 40 minutes on hold... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM...

Ordered a nice bouquet for $97.00 in morning day before a funeral in TX. They charged my card. In the afternoon got a random text saying they could not fulfill the order from a 971 area code. It stated for $22 more they could find another shop to deliver the flowers. I called the 877 # customer service and spoke to someone who sounded like they were outside in the wind and foreign. Could not clearly understand them. She said she could not reverse my charges but in 2-6 days once the Finance Dept handled it I would get my money back. I called an actual local florist shop to fulfill the order. The local florist shop said they were a scam and they are not a florist shop but call in orders to them to fulfill. She said they will not work with them.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on March 30th. They didn't come. On March 31st I called and cancelled the order since we were going out of town. On April 1st they were delivered to a empty house, sat outside in the cold and wind. They ended up all over the lawn, ruined. Called to get a refund and keep getting emails from someone who does not understand what I am saying or doesn't want to give the refund. last time using this scam company.
