My fiancé ordered me a bouquet of flowers, a card, and balloon and paid for expedited delivery by 1:00pm on 07/15/21. They delivered the worst looking flowers from Publix at 5:30, no card, and the wrong ballon as well. I called immediately left a message on their voicemail; never received a call. So I emailed 4 days later 07/19/21 asking if someone was going to get back to us. I get ONE email from a Samantha Daniels who says she can’t find my info. So I re email her back with my fiancé’s information. Never heard a word back. So I emailed again asking if she was ever going to look into it or what? Still have not received a call or email and it is now 07/28/21. They never returned expedited delivery and the damn Publix sticker was still on my flowers. My fiancé is PISSED. Now, I speak with a lady finally over the phone and she now wants me to email pictures of the flowers and balloon so that they can “seek resolution”. This site is a SCAM! And someone needs to shut it down.

I ordered flowers for my daughter for her 30 years Birthday Saturday and flowers supposed arrive passed Monday before 1 pm ( sure I paid extra for that )
I called my daughter in the evening to ask how she’s like her flowers I sent. My daughter was all day home and did not received flowers.
I called company right away. No answer only voicemail. I left voicemail and phone number to call me back. They called after 1 hour back and soon as I picked a phone they disconnected. I lost hope after trying so many times to reach this company to the phone. Finally I emailed. I got message back next day : saying that flowers I ordered was delivered.
I explain again in email and told to call my daughter and ask if she’s get any flowers.
Got email back again saying we need investigate where did flowers was delivered and will take 72 hours.
I requested full refund and also flowers delivery to my daughter. Did nor hear from them since.
This have to stop ! Not sure how and who need to report but this is stealing and biggest theft !

I was also scammed recently and complained to the CA Attorney General’s office via an online complaint form. I received a letter from them today acknowledging receipt of my complaint. I hope it leads to shutting them down. The more victims who complain the more likely they will be investigated IMO. I shared this website and BBB complaints link with AG’s office when I filed my complaint

My mother was hospitalized several days ago, and I wanted to send her some flowers there. I provided Blossom Delivery with all the necessary details including her room number, and the delivery was supposed to get there the next day. They emailed me the next day saying my order delivery had been delayed until today and that they would give me a free upgrade on my order. I understand delays and agreed to this. Today some customer service rep called me and told me it had been delayed again. They said they had found another florist in the area to complete my order but that it would cost an additional $20 now. I told them just to cancel and issue a refund. They sent an email saying it would be 1-6 days for the credit to appear on my account. This will only be the beginning if they do not refund me. They are a scam.

Flowers ordered May 14 for May 15 delivery. Several calls, attempts to cancel, got the run around for days. I told her I thought she was running a scam. They have to call the driver. They have to call the "designers". Finally delivered on May 18. NOT what I ordered. Complete misrepresentation of their website and flowers. They say substitutions may be needed. I ordered an arrangement in a vase. My client received 5 flowers stuck in green flower oasis inside a paper box inside a black garbage bag. Offered me a $5 credit

My aunt went on line &’searched for flower delivery services in his area (slightly remote-she found ProFlowers,etc wouldn’t deliver there or not in a timely fashion) She came across The Blossom (they claim to work with florists in the area to fulfill the many beautiful arrangements on their website-She ordered a plant & flower arrangement to be delivered to his home in Rochester, Vt, received a legitimate looking confirmation email with all the details including what the message on the card should say. When she saw a picture of what arrived it looked NOTHING like what she had ordered it was only a plant & missing flowers completely (nothing was “substituted” as their policies & customer service claimed) & the card was no where close to what was requested (I have pics of all but can only post 1 here-actual arrangement & card is attached-card message from their confirmation email: *Dear Nancy and Rich, We are so very sad for your loss. George was blessed to be with two people he loved so very much. You took the best care of him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you both. Arlene, John, The Notre and Perreault families*). I consulted their website on how to handle any issues & emailed a Samantha Daniels at the [email protected] as instructed-I received a despicable response back blaming COVID etc etc & was told they would credit her card $5 on a $82 order (which is probably the actual value of the “plant” they delivered) but she needed to call them ASAP, she attempted to and was told that Samantha Daniels was “not taking calls & the $5 was all they could offer despite the fact the arrangement was not even close to the picture on the website. Since then I have found hundreds upon hundreds of complaints on the ScamPulse.com site and also discovered that their website is a fake most of the headings and subheadings are links to the previous page not to work they say can’t seem to find where this business originates but seems like a lot of people in California have had issues with them not sure why they are still in operation as these complaints go back months and months and almost daily multiple reviews on the ScamPulse.com site.

I ordered flowers on 6/27 to be delivered that same day (Saturday) for an event to be held on Sunday. I specifically asked if I was dealing directly with the florist and not an offer transfer service and was told I was talking to the florist. I ordered a $65 arrangement and was told there would be an $18 delivery charge. The flowers were not delivered until 6/29. I spoke to the florist who said the order was placed by someone who identified himself as the same name as was on the credit card he gave (not my name). The order was for $45 with a $15 delivery fee. The florist told the person who placed the order that it would not be able to be delivered until today and he said that was ok

SCAM DO NOT USE. They never deliver and try to charge MORE to deliver the following day. Not sure what the public can do about these scammers.

We ordered flowers for a staff member and it was never delivered! Called multiple time and asked for it to be escalated. We asked for a refund or for the flowers to be resent without us paying again and they declined ---they insisted that the driver delivered it. We paid $104.97 USD for a gift that was never delivered. Would not recommend buying from this company!

I ordered my daughter flowers for her birthday. They were not delivered, but I was charged $86.00 for them. I am terribly disappointed that a company would treat an important occasion with such callousness and lack of professionalism.

Blossom Flower Delivery is a con artist company, they claim to be a local florist, take your money and call a local florist pretending to be a customer sending flowers in that area. They describe a type of arrangement that the original customer wanted and give half to the local florist. A much smaller version of the original item is then sent out. The local florist has no idea as they are presenting themselves as a customer not a third party business. A very shady business practice that mostly hurts the consumer and the person the gift is intended for. Do not use this unscrupulous business ever

$85 down the drain and total embarassment. Flowers were delivered 2 days later than their website said (same day delivery). Not any of the flwoers or colors I ordered. The flowers came wrapped in cellopahone with the UPC still attached...no vase. Basically picked them up at the quickie mart. Their so called enclosure card was a piece of paper folded in half with a messy handwritten note. I've never been so humiliated when trying to send someone sympathy flowers during their loss of a loved one! This place is a total scam! They have tried offering me $20...UMM NO! I opened a dispute with my paypal credit card. Several BBB negative reviews/reports for this company.

Refuse to provide answers or the flowers. It is now past the recipient's graduation, and they want an additional 48-72 hours to respond. Basically, they have ripped me off for $100

I placed a prefer on May 17,2021 for funeral. Oder # 00283. Delivery was suppose before 6 pm. A pre funeral service was at 7:30 pm. The flowers did show up.

I callled 4 times each time they put me on hold never the flowers.

On May 18, 2021 at 8 am I called upset they put me hold. I spent approximately 4 hours calling and on hold. They never showed up. They refuse to my money back.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. They never arrived. The tracking keeps updating to the following day. You can't get anyone on customer service phone number. It hangs up on you. No one responds to the customer service email. And they give you an opportunity to cancel the flower delivery for a credit of 10% of the total purchase price. It is a total scam.

Ordered flowers for my mother and flowers were never delivered. My bank account was charged over $100. I called and was put on hold. I stayed on hold for 1 hour before I hung up. Tried many times to speak to a company rep but was never given the opportunity

Business guarantees next day for delivery by supposedly contracting with local florists. They take your money and then never deliver flowers. They'll message back while your bank purchase is pending and then once pending status changes and they have your money, they no longer respond while never receiving your order.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day from blossom flower. Scheduled delivery for may 8th (ordered May 3rd)

Flowers did not arrive, I called to check why... given driver excuses and the run around. They promise next day delivery and now 2 days later still nothing. They will only receive phone calls from those who wish to make orders, and they will argue and not agree to a refund until they speak with their “driver”.

They also will keep you on hold for up to an hour, then hang up, with no resolution. SCAM.

I checked reviews and this has happened to hundreds of others. Money spent.... no flowers and no refund.

Shameful.
