They took my order and money the day before thanksgiving for my mom's flowers whose birthday is on thanksgiving. The day OF they ask if it's ok if they're delivered on Monday instead? NO it's not, her BIRTHDAY IS ON THANKSGIVING AND YOU RUINED IT. I was told with a perfunctory text, something about supplier saying they can't deliver stocks? I don't care! You should have anticipated the demand. Ordered from another supplier or florist. No effort was made to make this right!

Blossomflowerdelivery.com is the worst scam ever! Do not order from them, if you get lucky and they deliver it will be the cheapest and poorest flowers you have ever seen. Missing balloons. $115 dollar order ended up being delivered late and value and size of $15 flowers from whole foods. Personal experience from Vancouver BC Canada. DO NOT ORDER!

Ordered what I thought was going to be a beautiful bouquet for my grieving daughter in law who had just lost her father for $65 plus $15 delivery fee. The flowers that arrived looked like a 2 year old pulled some weeds off the side of the road. When I complained, they actually blamed it on Covid, saying their delivery truck was delayed but they "had their designer put together a bouquet". Wish I could include photos of what was delivered. They refused to replace and/or refund my money. They consented to the refund of the $15 delivery charge only. This company is a total ripoff. Buyer beware!

Call your credit card company and file a claim. File a claim ftc.gov/complaint. I had the same issue.

3 text messages with order number received Saturday that they were ready to deliver, received message Monday " sorry we missed delivery , may be on Tuesday if material in stock" Took my money and their reputation everywhere else ! Called credit card co stop payment . LOSERS

I utilized this service to have flowers and chocolate sent to a close friend who was unwell. The entire interaction was a flop and very costly.
The order arrived a day late.
The gerbera daisies were not the colors I ordered and the box of chocolates was small when I paid for large... 30.00 plus dollars for large and the recipient told me she received a box of 8 lindt chocolates.
I reached out to voice my concerns and was told that a review of the transaction would take place. I have never heard back despite another check in on my part.
Do yourself a favor and do NOT use this company.

We ordered an "elegant garden plant & floral "arrangement to be delivered in Burlington NC on Sept. 29, 2020. From their advertisements, I believed this to be a LOCAL FLORIST. We included a greeting note in the order. It is now November 10, 2020, and as yet the flowers HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED. I spent $70. for this "gift" that wasn't given.I've talked to many different "Customer Service Reps", none of whom have responded with additional information like a "Proof of Delivery" photo. They contend that the arrangement was delivered and left on porch. I've asked for a refund and yet to hear back from "California Customer Service." I plan to report this to the FTC.

After more complaints with the Customer Service and concerned I had been a victim of a on-line scam, I was contacted by a real person. ([email protected]) They listened to the problems, then did the research, and apparently decided, that the flowers WERE In FACT NOT Delivered. I just received a full refund. Contact Ms. Samantha Daniels. She was great! Thank You, and Good Luck.

Unacceptable service! They advertise that they provide same day delivery but they DO NOT. I placed an order early morning for same day delivery to my father on his birthday. Order was placed and confirmed, an hour later I was notified that they were having difficulty finding a florist to fulfill my order and would need me to pay an additional $55 to enable the same day delivery. I paid the additional $55, received confirmation, and then waited for order to be delivered. Hours after I paid the additional money, and when it was too late to have the order fulfilled by another company (7:45pm on day of promised delivery date), I received a text message informing me that they were not only unable to deliver the order on the day promised, but also would not be able to deliver the specific arrangement that I ordered. I canceled order, but have yet to receive a refund. BUYERS BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered flowers to be delivered after a funeral. The site promises same day delivery. The flowers didn’t show up. They weren’t delivered the next day. I spent more than a day trying to call their phone number. The phone menu is different every time and the call drops/hangs up on you. The email on their website doesn’t work and if you try to email it it comes back undeliverable. I filed a dispute with my bank and was credited back. Fraudulent company do not use.

I believe this company is taking advantage of anyone who orders from it. I ordered an exotic floral bouquet for my anniversary and paid just under $100. The delivery was 3 days past my anniversary, and consisted of white roses that were dyed various colors. It's a scam and I would avoid doing business with them at all costs. I've attached the on-line picture (As Advertised) and a picture of the flowers I received. As you can imagine, it was a huge disappointment.

Please do not order from Blossom Flowers if you want your flowers delivered. I ordered two arrangements on Friday to be delivered on Saturday before 4:00 pm for a Sunday mornIng funeral service since they do not deliver on Sundays. They took my credit cards payment and sent me two confirmation emails. On Saturday, at close to 4:00 pm, I called to ensure that they have been delivered and to my surprise, a very rude and condescending Mary told me they have been cancelled and offered to deliver on Monday?! I asked her why they did not call me about the cancellation and she said that they don’t made phone calls.

Cancelled a order yesterday expecting a refund. I guess they decided to deliver it and not refund me. After calling several times, email, chat to get a understanding of their failed time line for delivery they lied and decided to deliver the next day. Very poor customer care.

My elderly mother ordered me flowers for my birthday. They arrived wilted and a few were broken. I immediately called the number on the flowers to let them know. I asked that she receive her money back due to condition of flowers. Blossom flowers told me they would refund $15.00, the next day $20.00, and then they upped it to $25.00 I told them no and that I expected a full refund to my mom. Daniel, last name not known, the supposed manager was supposed to call me back today to discuss, but he did not call me back. Blossom Flowers is fraudulent and takes advantage of the elderly that live on a fixed and limited income. ELDERLY EXPLOITATION.

My mom’s order number is: 203339. Do the right thing Daniel and refund my mom.

I regret ordering from this company. I too, paid for expedited delivery because there was no other option. Flowers did make it to the recipient but the arrangement delivered was NOTHING like what I ordered. I received a substitution email from the company. When I called the check on your order status hung up on me about a dozen times. Then I called back to speak to an agent, I sat on hold for for 10 minutes only to have the line hang-up on me. I went through this exercise several times before I got through to an agent. She told me the flowers were ready for delivery but I was hung-up on when I asked what local florist was used and what was the substitution. I was nearly ready to call my credit card company to cancel the charge when I received a text from the recipient that she had received the flowers. She was happy which was the intended purpose, but when she sent me a picture of the arrangement it was NOTHING like what I ordered. Lesson Learned to ONLY purchase flowers from a reputable florist directly in the area to be delivered.

I ordered flowers on Monday, October 7 to be delivered in Boerne to my girlfriend for her birthday when I talk to him on Monday they said they could have deliver them that day no problem they withdrew $53 from my account and my girlfriend has still not gotten her flowers and it’s Wednesday, October 9.They sent me an email Monday night and said that they was going to be delivered at a later date so I called on Tuesday I got the runaround they said that my number was going straight to my voicemail and that was not true they said they would deliver the flowers by Tuesday by 4 o’clock still no delivery. Today is Wednesday the 9th And still no flowers. They are very unprofessional and I’m pretty sure their scam stay away from this blossom flower delivery. When I googled flowers I googled flowers in Boerne Texas and they came up consumers beware they are a fraud and will take your money and not deliver your products.

My fiancé ordered a bouquet of flowers and a stuffed animal. It was supposed to get here yesterday, and then they rescheduled the delivery to today. He contacted them and then they told him that they couldn’t deliver the flowers and that they could charge him an extra $30 they “found somewhere they can deliver it to” not even to my house. Give me a break. There’s plenty of other flower delivery services in my area that can deliver to my house without a problem. He decided to go with this company instead because he thought the flowers were nice. He already paid $85 and they wanted to charge him $30 more. I’m surprised this company is still up and running.

Placed an order on 10/1to be delivered by 6:00PM on 10/2 - got a delivery text from them on 10/3 early morning but there was no such delivery. Like many of these other complaints, you can't get anyone to talk to you. Total scam and I'm calling my bank now!

Absolutely TRASH. It’s a scam one hundred percent a scam. I lost $115.45 & They have absolutely no explanation. I paid extra for expedited delivery & still didn’t get anything at all. I’m furious. I’ve tried to call the number they gave me, but after it tells you to put the number in for the order... the phone hangs up. Every single time

On Sept 17, 2020 looking online for a flower service I found out Blossom Flower Delivery advertising that they are connecting with local businesses to deliver flowers. Thinking that I could help a local flower shop business was even more appealing, so I went ahead and ordered on 9/17 from https://blossomflowerdelivery.com/ birthday flowers to be delivered on Sept. 21 (morning time!) I ordered 11 balloons to go with the flowers (10 latex balloons and 1 foil one). They charged me for morning fee delivery, handling fee, whatever other fee, summing my order to $88,87. They confirmed the order via email the same very day! Before submitting my order, because I live in LA and my sister is in Houston, I seriously checked 5 times before submitting the order to making sure I gave them all the possible information: my address, my phone number, my sister’s address and phone number, comments on how to handle to order. However, when they sent the confirmation it was weird displayed my sister’s address. I thought it was some formatting issues on their side, and since they have my phone number and my sister’s phone number, they can call at any given time. 9/21 came and was already 3PM Houston time… no delivery was made by that time. I called them – no-one answered. I called them again…no one answered. I tried one of their robotic functions to talk with a consultant… they were conveniently all busy. I wrote them an email…silence! I then went on their website to chat on their given messenger function. They put me “on hold”: “An Agent will be with you shortly” – after 2 hours same “message” was displayed in the chat room. I went via facebook but their messenger was disabled. At this point I went online and asked the old friend Google if this business is a scam. Sure enough, on scampulse.com I have read other people’s stories who experienced similar issues with this business. So, by this point I decided to submit a report with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for internet fraud, and next is BBB. If they are the business, they say they are (respectable) they should be professional and if they are as competent as they want to let people know, they should deliver the job they signed up for and took the money.

Meanwhile the business replied via email, saying that they will deliver the flowers tomorrow (9/22) because they were not sure if the flowers will go to Houston or LA… Since I have already read from others about their tactic, I told them that there was no excuse for which the flowers weren’t delivered at the needed time since they had the recipient’s phone number, my phone number, the early submitted order (they had plenty of time to fix whatever issues they could have run into), and the extra charge for the morning delivery. The 9/22 delivery was not acceptable and requested full refund. I also let them know that I reported their scam business to FTC and ScamPulse.com being next as well as requesting my bank to investigate the charge they got. They replied within hours saying that my flowers order is now canceled and they will issue my refund between 1-4 days. We will see on the refund; at this point their word is null to me… The amount of time they cost me solving this bull… I am so disappointed with myself for not checking the business before I made any transaction with them and I am mad because people like these exist! Blossom Flower Deliver because of people like you with your fake business, the real businesses out-there have it hard!

Bottom line: Blossom Flower Delivery is a SCAM!

I placed an online birthday flower order via Blossom Flower Delivery website on Sept. 17 (2020) needing the flowers to be delivered on Sept. 21 (morning time). They charged me for the morning fee delivery, handling fee, whatever other fee… That's fine! They confirmed the order (therefore, took the $88.87 order's total cost) but they failed to deliver! I mean... not only they did not deliver the flowers during the morning time, they did not deliver the flowers at all!
I tried calling them– no-one is answering; I tried talking to a consultant – apparently they are all busy, I sent an email – again, silence. I even tried the chatting messenger function on their website – apparently all of their agents are busy! Seriously?!
They are bad business and based on what other people experienced with them... it seems like they are scammers! Interestingly enough, they have only good reviews on the social media... I guess they are filtering the comments people have.

P.S. I'll add a copy/paste of the conformation order summary they sent

P.S. I reported this business under Federal Trade Commission website for internet fraud and stared a dispute for this transaction with my bank.

I placed an order online and they took my money. 4 hours later, I received a call stating they couldn't deliver the flowers. In the meantime, I received text messages stated the order was being processed and then 'out for delivery'. I called back to check in and they said they are having text issues but no one spoke great English. After reading reviews, I'm worried I will not be refunded but DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.
