Ordered bouquet on Saturday March 6, 2021, with a guarantee that they would arrive at the hospital by the end of that day. It's now Monday March 8,2021 and still no flowers have been delivered. I'm mad a myself for trusting someone who SOUNDED genuine! Pretty bad you can't even order flowers anymore without some low life lying and stealing from you! Another reassurance not to order online ever again!

I have placed an order for the same day flower delivery on 2/11 in Aspen CO

the flowers were still not delivered as of today (3/1/21)

I called and emailed multiple times and all the representatives keep telling me they will look into it, but still, no one can tell me what happened and if the flowers were or will ever be delivered

at this point Im just asking them to refund the money (140$) and no one is responding

Absolutely appalling. I ordered 2 days in advance and the woman taking the order was incomprehensible. I specifically ordered a blue and white arrangement. On the day of delivery I had to chase it at 4pm in the afternoon and when it showed up it was purple. I complained and 2 days later got a response offering me an insulting $5 credit. They also kept getting my name wrong in correspondence. PATHETIC son all counts. DO NOT USE.

I got a call from Scott Smith saying he ordered flowers from Other Bloosoms, because on the internet they claimed to deliver flowers in Montgomery MN. When his order didn't arrive. This company told Scott that I was the filling florist and that "my" truck broke down and they had no idea where the order was. A they had no right to give my business name to their customer. B. I have never spoken to anyone at this business ever. C. I do not accept orders from online order takers. I verify the floral store before I do business with them. D. I don't have a truck. Scott called me to tell me they put the blame on me. This is fraudulant information I received no order from this company and yet they gave the name of my floral shop and my number to this customer. Scott cancelled the transaction with his credit card company but called to tell me and I explained I had never heard of this company before, nor did I take any order for his delivery.

It's a SCAMM... Be careful! Don't purchase here. They don't own their mistakes. I purchase an over $100 bouquet, and they never deliver it. They never send me a notification/confirmation of delivery or a picture of proof of the delivery. They had the number of the person who would receive the bouquet, but they never called. I even pay extra to be delivered the same day. Now they don't want to reimburse my money. I call that stealing. Watch out! They will steal your money.

Terrible customer service! I ordered flowers for my daughter to be delivered on Friday, Feb. 5, 2021, to celebrate that date as an important anniversary for her. But Blossom Flower Delivery emailed that day: "Hello we apologize that we are not able to deliver your order in a timely manner. We would like to inform you that we will be rescheduling the delivery of your order on Saturday Feb 6 as we had unexpected supplies shortage from last week. But we are expecting fresh batch coming in on that day." However, the flowers were not delivered that Saturday, nor that Sunday, but not until Monday Feb. 8 -- three days late. What if it had been a funeral or wedding and the flowers arrived three days late? NEVER use this schlock company.

Blossom Flower Delivery accepted payment but never delivered. Their email and phone number are fake, the website has no contact address, and half the links on their site do not work. This “company’s” site and social accounts should be removed immediately.

Buyer beware: spare yourself misery and frustration. I internet ordered flowers for my Aunt's 95th birthday (order #283471). Of course the charge went through. The next day I received a message that Blossom Flower Delivery was "out of stock," along with an inquiry about my desire to have the flowers delivered the next day. I went with the next day delivery.

After not hearing anything from my Aunt (very atypical), I wrote to Blossom Flower to see if the flowers had been delivered. I did not get a timely response, so I emailed my cousin to see if any flowers had arrived for his mother. He told me that flowers had arrived, but with no card or message! I included a message with my order.

How on earth does a flower delivery gift service deliver flowers without identifying from whom the gift came. I called to complain and was offered a $5,00 credit for my next order. I declined the "offer" and requested that my complaint be officially registered with the management. I would never do business with Blossom Flower and would advise others to go with a reliable merchant who has a basic respect for their customers, and the trade that they have chosen to practice.

Complete scam. Do not use them! Flowers arrived three days late in grocery store wrapping, not at all what I ordered! Here’s the kicker...they swapped my happy birthday request for Valentine’s Day with an I LOVE BALLOON and changed my message in the card to ‘Happy early Valentine’s Day and also’ ...then my actual message. Oh my God...who do they think they are? I’ve only been offered $15 back on a $65 order and have reported to BBB. They do not vet the florists. The woman dumped the flowers on the porch in a plastic grocery store basket she must have stolen!

My experience with Blossom Flower Delivery has been nothing but horrible. The flowers were to cost 178.00 dollars. It was for my sister in law that has been through a bad run with brain cancer. So when I ordered the flowers I went all out with included a stuffed bear, several balloons, and candy. The day they were to be delivered I tried to call to check on my order. I thought it was funny that no matter if I called or went on line, I could not get through to customer service. After all day with trying to get ahold of them, the first thing they said was that the flowers could not include balloons because the helium was not delivered, then they could not come up with an answer as to why the delivery was not made. After like 50 calls to the customer service (where many times I was cut off) I got ahold of a women that sounded like she was fighting with her kids in her home. I asked if this was even a legitimate business, and got no answer. All I can say to anyone that is reading this, don't use this business. I am in the process of trying to get my money back. If you use them, so will you.

I made a flower order to be sent to my sister in law that has been fighting brain cancer in tekamah nebraska, where she works. I called to check on the status of my order, to be only cut off and hung up on. I even finally after like 50 tries got to talk to a real person at their customer service, to be hung up on again. I tried to get a hold of them through e-mail, to only have my email sent back because their email is not valid. I spent 178.00 dollars on a over the top flower order that included candy, balloons, stuffed bear. They take your money, with no delivery of the product they promise.

The scam was very well done. The website was a link i saw on the first page of my google search for flower delivery. Unfortunately it wasn't until i already placed the order that i noticed something was up. Their website looks identical to many other real flower delivery services, i did little research and trusted it. After all it was on the first page of my google search and I trusted that. After finally getting through to someone telling them i want my money back to cancel my order. They called back and said "Good luck" then hung up the phone. DO NO trust these scammers. I was just trying to send flowers to my dying grandmother.

We have had multiple customers call us about their internet order that was not made with us. We have deduced that their orders were placed with this phony website and their money was stolen. I work at one of Metro Detroits Best florists - named and acclaimed by many publications. Our name is Blossoms and we have been a preferred vendor since 1977 throughout Detroit and Metro Detroit. This company's website misleads customers to believe they are ordering from us, and we have had over a dozen calls since the pandemic started - wondering where their order is and why they haven't received it. I deduce the information to find that the customers have their credit cards charged and never receive flowers from this site that poses as a florist. Today I have had enough, and decided to post about it.

I would love to share a photo but my item never arrived and now I cannot get a hold of anyone to resolve the issue. I paid for morning delivery expedited service, they Tell me it was delivered at 3:00 and it never arrived. I asked who they gave it to or where it was left and nothing they have cameras all around and no one ever showed up. This is a complete scam of a company that doesn’t care about you as long as they have your money.

Awful service. The flowers I send/paid for look nothing like what she received. Complained to them. Got an answer after 3 weeks saying what they sent was of equal value. Judge for yourselves. I would not recommend to anyone.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my friend for her birthday and it looks nothing like the image shown. There are barely any flowers, it is not even full. The flowers are different and the quality is horrible. I can honestly do a better job. This is not acceptable. Here are some photos for comparison.. HORRIBLE

BlossomFlowerDelivery.com looks like a website that has a good reputation but do not be fooled. Like myself and many others, they offer different flower arrangements but when or if they are delivered, the item is not what you ordered and is late even when payment is made to expedite the merchandise.

When trying to contact them they screen the calls, answer who they want and tell you what you want to hear then they ignore you.

Never purchase anything from them. The ScamPulse.com has a list of people who have been burned. Check it out.

The have no address, no reviews. The either don't answer your phone calls, hang up on you or tell you whatever you want to hear. They take your money right away, in my case Visa. Delayed the delivery four times for various reasons, then delivered one week late. Not at all what I ordered, I ordered a Christmas flower, fruit basket for $70.00 and received a Costco arrangement of a few flowers that was bought for $19.00, it was very small. Managed to talk to the delivery person and she said that she didn't know the company and that she received a scan of what to pick up at Costco and deliver. She said that she knew nothing about what they were doing because she gets her messages through Instacard. Total scam!!!! Do not use them. Still fighting to get my money back.

0 stars.   I was fairly certain I logged in to a local florists site, however the billing and subsequent notices were from this Blossom Flower company.  Texts were timely in alerting to order processing and ready for delivery - then nothing.  When I responded to that thread to ask about delivery I received a response from a different number stating delivery was made.  It had not and as noted below, phone remains unanswered, messages not returned, e-mail is not receiving messages.    (Those same numbers and e-mail in the contact info block here)   I only wish I could recall which legit florist I thought I logged into so I could go to them and find out if they were hacked. (In Kalamazoo MI)

I was only able to attach one file so chose the e-mail confirmation. I have screen shots of the text confirmations of processing and delivery confirmation.
