I ordered flowers from this company on Dec 16, 2020 for my friend's birthday who lives in Kauai. When I entered the zip code on Teleflora and 1800flowers, it prompted me that they do not deliver in that area. So i googled "Lihue flower delivery" and Blossom Flower Delivery popped up. Information showed that they can deliver to the zip code provided. Placed my order for birthday flowers and even added a balloon for a little extra special something. Order confirmed and an email was sent out to me. A couple of hours later I received an email and a text message saying that the order is undeliverable, "This is a courtesy notice in regards to your order .... Due to a delay in delivery your order has been rescheduled and will be attempted on the next available day. Thursday, December 17th." I figured it's busy due to holidays and maybe even COVID so I thought nothing of it and understood. Then, the NEXT day, another email and text was sent to me stating that there were no florists available in the area and in addition, they asked for $15 EXTRA payment for a "guaranteed" delivery! oh NO NO NO! This now upset me and caused me to question the site. My other half called and emailed the company. They only responded via email ONCE stating that a manager will contact us ASAP but NO ONE ever contacted us. We would call several times and there would be either no answer or a busy signal. I even got HUNG UP on 6X after someone answered the phone. When I finally got a hold of someone the first time, i explained the situation and she placed me on hold. after 5 seconds, the phone hung up. Then, i continued to call and the agent hung up on me 6 times! Finally before I got hung up on, I told the agent repeatedly to stop hanging up on me but she claims she was not the same person answering the phone, but she really was the SAME PERSON. I demanded to speak with a manager and she placed me on hold for 2minutes and informed me that the manager will contact me within 24hours. NO ONE reached out.

My other half did the same thing. He called and got hung up on several times. This company did not deliver the flowers I ordered, took my payment and expected me to pay an additional $15 for a guaranteed delivery?! Definitely a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered on 12/18/2020 with a delivery date of 12/23/2020. The flowers were never delivered and excuses were made. I was told the flowers would be delivered as soon as possible and that my friend had been notified of my gift. This was never done and to date (12/30/2020) flowers have not been delivered. When I called to speak to someone about cancelling this order and a refund, they hung the phone up on me. I've contacted my bank as to this being a fraudulent charge and have asked the money to be refunded to may account.

I ordered flowers, chocolate, teddy bear, and balloons for my mothers birthday. And even paid expedited delivery by 1pm. She is disabled we just lost my dad to covid. I wanted to surprise her. I was charged twice, then I never received an email for my purchase. And to complete everything my mother never received her gift. I spent over $100, and when I call i get hung up on everytime someone actually answers. Other than that I'm either waiting for a representative to answer my call or the phone continues to ring.

This company is a SCAM. I ordered flowers for delivery on December 23. They took my money, then sent an email saying they had no more flowers. They then promised to send the flowers December 24. On December 24 they sent an email saying weren't going to deliver the flowers on the 24th after all. In fact, they were not going to deliver them for Christmas, period - but they were keeping the money and would deliver the flowers whenever they got around to it, basically. To add insult to injury, they ended they email by wishing me and to have a Merry Christmas.

I do not want the flowers after Christmas, if they ever at all planned to deliver them. I want my money back. Funny that they never offered a refund, right? Instead, they strung me along until it was too late for me to get anything else delivered on time (by a decent company). I will report you to the Better Business Bureau, and you can bet it will be all over social media, too.

Now my parents will not see me for Christmas due to Covid travel restrictions - and they won't even get a gift because Blossom Flower Delivery is totally blasé about ruining Christmas.

TOTAL SCAM from major jerks. AVOID.

went online Dec.18th to send flowers. looked for local florist in Bonita springs,Fl. Selected this one, placed order, When not delivered to friend I called 800 #. Sent email,2 days later still no response. Finally went on line to scams and found out many other people had the same experience . Never had this happen before. I keyed in on local-. Will check bbb or ftd before I order on line again.MAYBE EVEN CALL AND TALK TO A REAL person!

Really makes you angry that this co. has been reported before and still able to advertise .

Christmas flower delivery placed on 21 December for 23rd delivery. Received text messages on the 23rd that it was being prepped. A few hours later that it was ready and out for delivery. That evening an email apology it was not delivered and would promptly be delivered on the 24th. After hearing nothing all day, I tried and tried calling and finally got through at 3 pm. She apologized and said there location is very far (not sure from what) and we will have to deliver on MONDAY 27th!

Not sure it is clear to them the concept of flowers to celebrate a holiday - which is the business they are in. I told them that it is too late to get an alternate plan - how are you going to make this right? so she HUNG UP!

I ordered flowers. What I ordered was not delivered I contacted them several times and asked if they could just deliver what I ordered and was told no. They did offer $10 on my $60. Terrible business. They should be shut down. I have attached the pictures of what I ordered and what was sent. The basket that was sent did not have 1 flower in it. Can anything be done to prevent this happening to others

Tuesday Dec. 15th I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered the following day. I have placed orders on-line in the past through different companies and have had no trouble. This time, at a very busy time with lots on my mind, I did not do as much homework as I usually do. I googled floral delivery companies in Gig Harbor, WA and this one was one of the ones that came up as an option and after focusing more on the product than the company, I placed an order. I heard nothing back from the person it was to be sent to so late in the day I started phoning in to check on the order. I was directed to different lines over and over by a recorded message, later to leave a message for call back etc. Finally the message said it was closed for the day. I realized that I had not received a confirming email about the order, but again, busy time of the year and busy brain, it didn't hit me at first. Day after the supposed delivery, I called in six times and either was put in a que to be put through or actually had someone answer twice and they hung up when I said what I was calling about. Embarrased at my stupidity but need to share to help others. Afterwards, I googled and found this is a common issue but honestly, I had not heard reports on TV or in the paper etc. featuring it.

If I could give a negative number of stars, I would! I ordered 3 centerpieces (which they required 3 separate orders for) to be delivered for a Saturday evening event. (no email receipt was sent - and website doesn't have any way to track orders). They did not arrive. I called multiple times and finally got my call answered. They said centerpieces would be delivered on Monday. I decided I would accept delivery on Monday and donate them to a nearby assisted living facility before leaving town. They did not arrive on Monday either. I called and cancelled all 3 orders. I received an email saying 1 was cancelled. I emailed and called again to make it clear I wanted all 3 cancelled. I didn't see my refund on Wednesday, so I called again to make it clear once again that I wanted all 3 cancelled and a refund issued on all 3 orders. I followed that up with an email as well. Later that day, I saw that 1 order was refunded. So I called again... They said that I only cancelled 1 and the other 2 were delivered on Wednesday. I told them I wasn't home to accept delivery and I cancelled all 3. They said I only cancelled 1. I told them I had email proof that shows I cancelled all 3. They said they would send it in for review and I would receive a phone call. To date, no phone call, no refund, no nothing! My neighbor went and looked at the porch and the boxes were there - arrangements ruined due to heavy frost and no water. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU JUST FEEL LIKE GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY WITH NOTHING IN RETURN.

I ordered a "beautiful" centerpiece for my aunt, to be delivered. It was to include red roses, carnations, white lillies, greenery, pine cones, candles, and "other fillers".

It was to be delivered "next day". I paid extra for this. It arrived the following week.

I asked her to send me a picture. The arrangement consisted of what looked like scraps of greens swept off of the floor, 3 pine cones, a wrinkled bow, and some plastic "berries" in a 5 inch generic basket. NOT ONE FLOWER! NOT ONE!

I have tried sending emails. I am told they are "UNDELIVERABLE".

I have tried calling at least 2 dozen times. I am then put on a " On Hold Waiting List". When it gets to be your turn in line, if you are lucky enough to speak to someone, they hang up as soon as you say that you are calling to talk about an unsatisfactory purchase. They only want to talk to people that are placing orders. Other times I tried calling, there was just no answer.

This place is a SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

I ordered a Christmas centerpiece for my niece. It was supposed to arrive December 16th. It didn't. I called for 2 days but they wouldn't pick up the phone. After that the line was always a busy signal. So I replied to their confirmation email and it came right back as undeliverable. Phone doesn't work, email doesn't work, no delivery! I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. They are working to get it back. Total scamming jerks!

DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOSSOM FLOWER DELIVERY unless you want to be disappointed! I order flowers and balloons for my daughter in the hospital. They were scheduled to arrive on a Tuesday. I called and they were promised by Wednesday at noon. By Wednesday evening they had not been delivered. I received an email that said they would be delivered at 'the next available delivery". I called and they couldn't tell me when they would be delivered or why they were late. Next the customer agent hung up the phone on me. I left messages to have a manager return my calls and that never happened either. Now I'm waiting for a refund. TOTAL SCAM

Ordered last night for my girlfriend’s birthday. I paid for them to be there before 1pm. its past that time and no delivery. Called and have been waiting for an answer for 20 minutes. I paid $160 for that arrangement. I read the reviews and now I regret it. Shouldve done my research.

See photos below. The first phot is what I ordered. The second is what showed up at a military funeral. Disgraceful! I’ve been waiting over a month for a refund. Every customer service person is a sarcastic jerk. Every email is answered in a passive aggressive fashion. Considering legal action.

I went to order flowers for my Mother's 80 birthday, three days in advance. The site promised same day delivery. The flowers were not delivered three days later. They had all the excuses in the world. I let them know that it is fraud to advertise something you have no intention or doing. They promised the flowers delivered the next day, with no flowers. Nope my mother got a cheap pathetic bunch of flowers, a day late. Never use this company

I guess I should have looked at the reviews before I used these people. I went through the same thing a lot of people on here went through. I guess they run the same scam over and over again.

AWFUL! do not order from them. Placed an order for Saturday. They said their supplier didnt come through and it would delivered Monday. Then they said same issue and it would be delivered Tuesday. I tried to cancel and they texted me too late driver is our for delivery. I called placed on hold for several minutes and then switched to an automated service to leave a message. I did leave an order and no call back. I had to call my credit card to get the order cancelled. Do not order from them! AWFUL!

I have read a number of reviews on the ScamPulse.com website about this company. I made an order for flowers yesterday. They did not send me an email confirmation of my purchase which every online vendor has done and did not send a message when the flowers were delivered. They were supposed to be delivered yesterday.

I have emailed them asking for a confirmation of my order, and a confirmation of delivery but i have not heard back. They say they are open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. I also tried to call, but it hangs up if you cannot put in your order number; i don't have this because i do not have an email purchase confirmation.

The charge went through on my credit card. I have asked my bank not to pay the charge, if this is possible.

I wish I had looked at their Facebook page and read BBB reviews before I ordered flowers. I see now that this is a sham of a business.

What was pictured and what was delivered were two different things.
What was delivered was much lower quality and did not have the look, color, or feel of what was pictured on the website.

It was difficult to get through to customer service. I called to confirm their email as I wanted to inform them of the discrepancy and send pictures. I was not even asking for a refund. The customer service rep was not interested at all in my feedback, and he hung up abruptly once I got the email address.

After reading these reviews, it seems that I am lucky that some flowers actually got delivered. I cannot stress enough that YOU SHOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT.
