Ordered flowers to be delivered to a hospital in Lone Tree, CO. Notified by email that flowers were delivered. One day later, still no flowers.

Pictures speak volume, pic on the left is a screenshot from Blossomflowerdelivery.com site of what I ordered. The 3 pics to the right of that are different angles of what was received. Blossomflowerdelivery.com's solution is a $10.00 refund. My total $90.73 the flower arrangement "Birthday Flowers of Europe" was $69.99. As you can see my friend received a yellow daisy arrangement. 5 roses, 4 snap dragons, 4 carnations, 15 yellow daisies, 3 cabbage looking blooms and rest fillers.

I ordered flowers on the phone yesterday. They were to be delivered to a funeral home today by 6pm. I got a order number for my order on line which was 104.99. I was charged and paid 129.22. Today someone called around 3pm, they did not speak clear english tied me up on the phone for over 35 minutes, 15 of that w[censored]ding. Finally I gave the phone to my husband, which they said we had to pay another 30.00 for a designer fee. He paid it because at this point , It was to late to cancel and place another elsewhere. It was bad business on their part. Going through the grieving process was enough. But to get taken advantage of was another. Lesson learned. Buyer BEWARE.

Scam, ordered flowers paid extra for same day delivery and nothing was ever delivered! As stated in other complaints many of us are not financially well during these times but yet have loved ones we cannot reach therefore rely on REAL, LEGIT companies to help deliver our love. These people need to be stopped!

I ordered a floral bouquet for my grandmother’s 96th birthday on a Friday, guaranteed same day delivery. The next day I emailed asking for an update and they said they don’t work weekends and wouldn’t update until Monday. I spent almost $80.00 and I’m a single mother who has been hit hard financially by COVID. Still no response, no flowers. I’m going to speak with my cc company but shouldn’t something be done to stop this from happening?!

Ordered a bouquet of assorted daisies this morning as well at a Mylar balloon and 2 latex balloons for a friends person achievement and birthday. The whole order together came up to $62 and the bouquet ordered was NOT assorted daisies, no balloons were delivered, and the bouquet looked like it was worth maybe $20. Called customer service only to be on hold for an hour while the operator told me “you are next in line, only 40 more seconds”. Then after hanging up and calling again I kindly told the woman who answered the phone about the issue and her words were “email us” and then she hung up without time for a response. I am more than willing to pay for a $20 bouquet, but it better be what I ordered. Wasted $62 today on something I didn’t even buy.

Placed my order over the phone, which was very confusing and took 20 minutes just for the woman to get my friends address and her phone number & other basic info. They called back next day saying they were unable to locate her house. I went over the address with them again, they said it would be out the next day. 6 days later my friend still did not receive the flowers. I called back and told them that and they said ok well we can send it out tomorrow then I said ok. When my friend received it it looked NOTHING like I ordered. Sure, they are nice, but not worth $55. They look like a $15 bouquet from the grocery store. I’m so disappointed it looks nothing like it was supposed to not even the right flowers and such a skimpy amount for $55. I didn’t even bother calling them back after that because every phone call you have with them is just confusing and takes so long and causes nothing but even more frustration.

Hi. I'm worried about my credit card. I ordered some to be sent this weekend so we will see what happens. Do u have a way to contact them besides that "customer service" number? I called it and he refused to tell me where hes based out of. I'd like to sock him one

Sorry you experienced this, I can kick myself for not doing my research before I placed my order. The pic on the left is what I ordered, pics to the right is what my friend received. Blossom Flower only offering me a $10.00 refund.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on 7/17/20. 7/18 they contacted me to state delivery was delayed due to flower shortage. Delivery guaranteed for 7/20/20. Flowers were not delivered I called and spoke to customer service that guaranteed delivery for 7/21/20 and apologized for flower shortage but assured me they had received them and it was ready to be delivered. 7/21/20 they called me asking for $20 more to deliver flowers. I asked to speak to the manager because delivery address had been confirmed upon ordering and was already charged $10.99 shipping and $3.25 handling fee. The customer service representative hung up on me. I called back and only received voicemail. This company is a scam and looking at previous complaints I hope that this website will be flagged for removal.

I ordered my niece a dozen pink roses for her birthday 7-16-20. they took the order , told me 2 times he was scheduling the delivery for the 16th., called me several hours later to say they were out of the pink, would i agree to the red (not happy) but said ok. Got an email at 5:24pm saying they could not deliver until the 18th, of course after hours. Called the next morning told me they were out for delivery, that the delivery truck had broke down the previous day. Said they would refund my delivery fee but the flowers were out to be delivered. Here it is Monday 7-20-20, still no delivery and guess what, called them, recording said i was 2nd in line, then 1st, in line then it went to voice mail. Always a foreign voice from whomever you talk with. Will be calling the better business bureau and my credit card company to see if I can be refunded for a scam operation. I AM SO MAD!

Ordered flowers a box of candy and a balloon,said it would be delivered Friday then I got several calls and emails it wasn't going to be delivered on Friday but Saturday,they called early this morning also saying that,Then I get an email it is going to be on the 20th that now that they couldn't deliver today,I called an man says you agree it to be delivered Monday,I explained all the emails and numerous calls them saying Saturday,He said Monday but I really doubt it after reading all the other reviews and BBB complaints they rip people off with no delivery,There are numerous reports of this and it's ashame for a bussiness to slam people Don't order here you will be ripped off

Purchased from this company, never received my order, received extremely rude foreign customer service, and then was disconnected when trying to call again as if they saw my number and avoided me. Never got my order nor did they try to refund me when i asked. I was told they spoke with the recipient of the order already.....they didn’t even contact anyone they just produce already generated messages from a bot on their page. They are a scam

I ordered flowers to be delivered from Blossom Flower Delivery online. They offered the exact items that I found from our resources as well so I thought they were legit. The flowers were never delivered on the intended date, they did not answer my calls at first so I left a message and also emailed customer service with no response whatsoever. I called on the third day and finally reached someone (because I selected the first prompt to place a new order), and “Ray” told me that it was never delivered and will resend it first thing this morning and I would receive a confirmation that it will be sent. Guess what? No email and no delivery!! I contacted my credit card and informed them right away.. They do not answer their phones at all and you are asked to “leave a message.” When I received confirmation for my order I also noticed that the email address ended in .gmail which businesses do not use. I’m mad and want you to know!!

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Offered same day service. Ordered them to be delivered on Saturday May 9th 2020, they still haven't arrived as of today May 11th 2020. I've reported the charge as fraudulent to my bank. They take the money from your account instantly, you cannot contact them, and you never get the flowers.
