I was under the impression late one night that I was ordering from a local shop named The Blossom Shop as I'm on deployment. I never got a confirmation email or anything. I called the local flower shop the day I was supposed to have a delivery and a woman named Kendra answered and I asked about my order, and they didn't find I was in their system, but I was able to make an order and they were telling me how it's been an ongoing thing where customers will order off this site similar to theirs. I called up The Blossom and the lady who answered said her name was just Net. I explained I'd like to cancel my order as no one would be home and I was being dodged, but I held my ground and they said they'll have to get in touch with their driver. A few minutes later I get a call from a 603-934-2060 which is a NH number which I thought was weird. I answer and it was Net. They said we could move forward with the cancellation as the driver hasn't left to deliver anything yet. As we were talking about me getting a cancellation email (which I got) I was disconnected. I called that 603 number back and it was the Concord Hospital in Concord, NH. They were spoofing the number. I'm unsure if I lost any PII at this moment so I'm leaving that question as a No and Yes if I lost money as I don't know if I'll get my money back.

Complete Scam of a company

The floral arrangement was NOTHING like what I ordered. A day late delivery. No integrity in making this right. Horrible customer service. Totally screwed me over. I would NEVER recommend this scam of a company to anyone. I can't believe that they are allowed to stay in business and keep scamming people.

Ordered flowers to be deliverd to my daughter for her 30th birthday. Online tracking said it was delivered. But they were NOT. Debited my checking account right away. Called thier number and got the run around, "the driver said he delivered", "did she check the porch?" Yes she checked! I started asking questions, like what florist made the arrangement?, where did the flowers come from ? What is your address of your headquarters? No answers to any of these questions. He sensed my anger and call was dropped. He (customer service rep) did call me right back and the caller ID said "St. Joseph Medical". Which is a legit business here in Kansas City, and I tried calling him out on that too! He laughed. Then I asked for a refund, and he responded that they have to enter a "Ticket" and investigate first which could take 24-48 hours. So now I am waiting. They did send me an email that is being investigated. Even had my son call and question the order he got the same answers. All reps have foreign east asia accents.

HORRIBLE! I ordered flowers for a Friday delivery. They called on Fri and said they had to substitute what I wanted. No discount offered. I was told my delivery would still be Fri. Late in day, message that it will be Saturday. I called and women on phone was unbelievable rude. Sat is only a day late. Saturday evening got a message saying Tuesday. We are 5 days out from the day. This was important to me. Phone lady rude again. It took me 20 minutes to cancel. I still don't have the refund ($75) but they finally offered me $5 discount, I had to order from another sight so niw I'm $147 in and Blossom could care less. STAY AWAY

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered flowers for a funeral. I received a call, right after placing my order, letting me know there were delivery issues with their shipment and they did not have the flowers on hand for what I had ordered. I was advised I could get a "Designer Choice" bouquet, but it would be an additional $18 charge. The only question I had was whether or not it would still arrive by the next day, as I had paid additional funds, for immediate delivery. I was guaranteed it would arrive on time. Of course.. it did not. It was left at the back door two days AFTER the funeral.

When I contacted them to complain they stated the deliver had been made. I had two orders I had placed and only one was delivered. I had to contact them multiple times and explain, over and over, that I had paid extra because they had a shipment issue and I had to take something other than what I had ordered, but I was guaranteed it would arrive on time and I wanted a refund. They kept insisting it was delivered.

Once again I contacted them with the order numbers and advised I wanted a refund or some sort of compensation for the delivery I had paid extra for, and here is the response I received:

The order that was delivered on the 26th was the order 1123801 this cost $110.97 the other one is the 1123812 which cost $118.48. We apologize for the late delivery we had supply issue the reason why there is a delay on the delivery. Please accept our apology. thank you.

NO. I will not accept your apology, but I will make sure to never order from you again and warn others not to as well.

If I wanted the flowers delivered next day there was a $12.99 charge, so I picked two days for the $9.99 delivery fee. Flowers were scheduled to be delivered on August 24th, and they never showed up. I called looking for my order on August 25th, and I was told they tried to call me and spoke to a man named Sebastian letting me know that my flower delivery got moved to August 26th. This is complete lies, I gave them my cell phone number, I do not know a man named Sebastian. Now looking over my order I noticed I was charged the $12.99 and not the $9.99 for delivery fees. I requested for a delivery fee refund. After almost an hour on the phone they agreed to give me $5 dollars back on the delivery fee. I said what about the extra $3 dollars I was charged. I was told to be happy with getting anything back from them. I still do not see the refund on my credit card for the $5 dollars they said they would give me and my mother still hasn’t received the flowers I ordered for her. Never order from this company. They are liars and deceivers. They overcharge and under deliver! They do not take care of their paying customers. I wish I can give them zero stars. I wish I found reviews online before ordering from them. But I went off of their FAKE generated reviews on their website of five stars. Going back to their website, there is no option to leave a review on their website, so that means all of their five star reviews on their website are FAKE! I hope the next person finds these reviews and stays away from this flower delivery company.

I ordered flowers to be delivered. I paid an expedited fee for same day delivery. The flowers were never delivered. I called and they said they just checked with the driver and the vase broke. The customer service rep said the broken vase was sitting in front of him. However the company is based out of California and the delivery was in North Carolina. Was told the flowers would be replaced and delivered first thing the next day. They were again not delivered. I called and was told the business they were to deliver the flowers to was closed at 1pm (not true). I called multiple times and tried to get a refund but they would not do so.

Do not order from Blossom Flower Delivery

I ordered flowers on 8/16 to be delivered the same day. I was promised that it would be done and was told I was speaking with a local florist. They are definitely not local even though customer service lies and says they are.
To start, the flowers were not delivered on that day, I was told it was the drivers fault and could not contact him and he did not complete his logs. I was very disappointed and was then told the delivery would be made first thing in the morning with a letter of apology explaining the flowers were to be delivered the day before. I was also told that the arrangement would be upgraded to make up for the mistake. Again all lies, they were not delivered in the morning, in fact they were delivered at the last minute right before 6 pm. Not only that but the arrangement was much smaller then the original order, not bigger. This is a terrible way to do business, to pose as a local company and to keep lying to your customers. Customer service is rude, they hang up on you when you tell them you know they aren’t actually where they say they are. Super dishonest and a total scam. I hope they get shut down

FLOWERS NEVER DELIVERED AND WILL NOT ISSUE CREDIT

Placed order on 8/12/22 for an 8/13/22 delivery. They said I would receive a delivery notification.
Never received the notification, order never delivered and they will not provide a credit because they can't contact their "driver" to confirm. All BS and getting the runaround.
They are all foreigners and very difficult to understand. They all claim they are located in the exact town of the delivery recipient, but they claim they are not permitted to give out the address.
I was dealing with a Mira, then a Diego, then Victoria, then Han. All gave me the run around.
My attorney is now suing them and I have a dispute with my CC company.

I ordered flowers online from this company to be delivered to a friend who had just lost her dog. They were supposed to be delivered on Wednesday August 10. I received an email from this company that night saying the order wasn't delivered and would be delivered the next day. The next day they still weren't delivered so I called the company and the lady said the order shows the flowers were in the delivery van but she couldn't get in touch with the driver. She left a message and the guy should be calling her back soon, then she would call me. She never called me. I called again on Friday and apparently spoke with the "owner of the company" and he said it's a small business in Massachusetts and they only have three delivery drivers, yet he can't get in touch with any of them. He also couldn't cancel my order because he needs to do an investigation that takes 48 hours to do. He has no idea where my delivery is. I looked at the status of the order online and it says the money has been processed, but that the flower arrangement hasn't even been made yet. I begged him to please cancel my order and he refused because he has to do his investigation. That's all he kept repeating to me, like it was from a script. When I went to report this business to the BBB, the form asked for a physical address for this business, when I looked it up on their website, it's in California. This is not a small local business in MA. Beware, don't order flowers here unless you want to lose your money!!

Ordered flowers through this company and they said they would be delivered before 1:00. The flowers were never delivered and told me they could deliver the next day. This was after I called at 9:00 to confirm.

I called again at 4:00 and unable to understand what they were saying. However, it was not professional and still no flowers. I then called (under same name/not affiliated) the blossom flowers in Yonkers. They told me they get calls every day all day about this company being fraudulent. Stay away from BlossomFlowerDelivery.com. I sent flowers to a friend on a same day delivery. The delivery was on Saturday, my friend told me that the flowers were not fresh on Sunday. I called them on Monday morning. To my surprise, they were asking for pictures of the flowers. Without the pictures, they will only offer a 10% discount. My question is, what is the point of asking for a picture after three days of delivery? Buy from somewhere else if you want fresh flowers. BlossomFlowerDelivery.com does not even deserve one star.

I used Blossom Flower Delivery to send flowers for a loved one's funeral in Abilene, Texas. Pamela Casey died Tuesday, July 19 2022. I live in Germany and had been on an Italy vacation when it happened. Pam was also the mother of my child. I was devastated and sent flowers to Girdner Funeral Home for the funeral utilizing Blossom Flower Delivery. First, they opted to substitute an item, holding up delivery hinged on my confirmation, which I gave. After that, the flowers never arrived. Then, the recipients of the flower called me back, announcing all efforts to clear up the issue was met with subterfuge and constant hangups. Any contact over the phone did not solve the issue; and the company would not re-send the flowers, or refund the $196.45 I'd paid. The family is distraught having lost Pam, as am I. Ordered flowers on 7/2 to be delivered on 7/4 received email could not make delivery due to Covid shortage new date 7/5 when fresh flowers would be available no delivery on 7/5 sent email and tried to call got response that another delay they would upgrade my flowers and refund my expediting fee new delivery date is set for 7/8 and I am sure they will not be delivered at that point I will dispute my credit card charge. I had a special day approaching and was very hope full that my special someone remembered me and was sending me flowers. For a week I kept getting text messages that a delivery was coming to me but will be delayed and would arrive promptly the next day. My special day came and went with no delivery. I called my special someone to tell them that I never got anything and about the text messages. I sure home they got their money back.

Horrible ! Bait and switch . Completely different bouquet arrived . Late . I paid extra to rush the flowers and that didn’t matter . They said it’s Covid Is why the supplies were so limited.
