I was looking for a florist to deliver flowers to my mother in law in a different city. I was directed to this website, which appeared to be a 5 star business. After placing my order for a specific date, I waited. My payment was taken out of my account immediately, but when the day came for the flower delivery, I had still not received any notification that the flowers were sent. I tried the phone number on the website, which was disconnected, then used the chat feature, to which I received a prompt response that the flowers were being finished in their design and were on their way out the door. The was in the evening, so I was already annoyed that the day was almost done, but still I waited. I continued to chat for a little while, but ultimately there was no flower delivery. I attempted to call again, and noticed the phone number had changed on their website, I tried this new number and it rang, then immediately hung up on me. On the website I made an attempt to cancel my order, but was told it was too late in the order process. So I lost my money and my mother in law didn't get her flowers.

Warn people to NOT use Sunny Flower Delivery Service to order flowers on line or Blossom Flower Delivery. They do not exist. They do not return calls, answer emails or deliver flowers.

Called number on Blossom Flower Delivery (866-707-8689) AKA (888-953-8413)bottom of website for floral delivery. Person answered and after a while says she could not hear me and will call me back on a better line. I could hear her just fine. So she calls me back on a different number (877-414-7903). She proceeded to get the recipient name and address phone to call for delivery. Then she asked for all my information cc number… address, phone. Which are normal questions for online ordering(so I thought). Asked for my email for her to send me the receipt with the confirmation number she gave me. And waited for the email, but no such luck. I thought she wrote down the wrong email. So called my recipient and asked if she got a call or flowers and as of yet has not heard anything from anybody. So as of now, I was scammed for sure. They sent me a text explaining the recipient did not respond. So will deliver on the next available day. My bank account shows their name as BLT Blossom Flower, for 92.47 as a transaction due. I would advise anyone to check phone numbers first to make sure it is a legitimate number. Thank you.

I was ordering flowers for a friend. They sent an email stating my phone number was not on the order. I attempted to contact them and they continued to call me from different phone numbers from Methodist Hospital, St. Luke's Hospital and from a Tomball, TX number.

Used a website to order flowers. Flowers were never received. When attempting to cancel order and get money returned, the website did not recognize my order number. I have called the contact phone number. I am always put on hold, when I am the next caller, I am disconnected. There is no way to dispute charges or get a refund. After doing further research, it appears this company does this all the time.

The company claims that there is a mistake in the delivery address. Has you confirm the address, claims it was ‘hand delivered,’ when it never was. They didn’t attempt delivery.

When you call, they become aggressive, push back on you, and try to make you upset and feel rude.

- Independence, MO, USA

They pretend to be a flower shop take your order. Tell you that everything’s fine and will be delivered and call you and tell you the delivery can’t happen for four or five days because they have no flowers and they own seven florist shops in the Branson area, they will not give you a refund. They want to give you a discount package to deliver it a week later which I think is a scam. It’s never going to get delivered.

- Arlington, VA, USA

I order flowers to be delivered to my friend and they flowers were never received. They were "out for delivery" and never arrived. When asked about the order I was only spoken to by a chatbot and no human person. I asked for a refund and they kept sending me in circles and never gave it to me.

- Goshen, NY, USA

I went to the website to place a flower delivery order. I called the number and placed the order on the phone, then the flowers never arrived. I then contacted the number to see what happened with the order (order number 3153604) and they told me a florist never picked up the order but they would deliver on Friday then when I asked for them to confirm the local florist name they refused to name them. When I asked to speak to the manager they said no managers exist and that a florist would deliver the order by Friday. When I then again asked who the florist was they said they didnt know one yet but it would be delivered on Friday. Then when I asked for a cancellation they refused to send a cancellation email and they still have the charge on my credit card

This is a scam website, Google needs to remove!!

- Collinsville, IL, USA

This was an advertised flower delivery for the local area of Virginia Beach. The business is not located anywhere near where they are advertised or were they delivered to. I could not look up any of my order details even though I I had been given an order number and a page to modify my order lookup if it's been delivered and what have you.. but each time I tried it told me that my order did not exist. When I went to try to find order details all that was available was a chat AI that would tell me over and over that my order is being processed and would be delivered today. Even when it was they're cut off for deliveries for the day. I was never able to get in contact with any human. None of the numbers they had listed worked. I am pretty confident that this is a scam and this website needs to be shut down. I currently have requested a refund and have not received any payment.

On January 29th, I visited a website I found through Google to purchase flowers for delivery to my cousin on January 30th. The company charged me, but the flowers were not delivered.

I reached out to the company on the scheduled delivery day at around 6 PM. They responded through their website chat, stating that a ticket had been created. Then, around 9 PM, I received a notification that my order had been delivered. However, my cousin did not receive any visits at her home. She also checked her security camera footage, and no one had walked up to her house.

I contacted the company again, and they told me there was an issue with their supplier and that my order was delayed until a later date. I kept going back and forth with them through email until I finally realized that I was being scammed.

Placed an order for flowers for a friend. Paid for expedited delivery before 1pm on 1/18/25. Order was not delivered. Called and requested a call back. Received a call back from a local number that said "Healthcare" and it was them saying it would be delivered the next day before 1pm. Asked for compensation for the late delivery and was sent back to the auto menu to request another call back. Woke up the next morning to 4 missed calls and voicemails from 828-213-1111 which is the number to Mission Hospital. All voicemails were from Blossom Flower Delivery. I called the company at their listed number 877-414-7903 and requested another call back. They called and said they could no longer offer delivery before 1pm because I had not confirmed that I still wanted the order and that it would be delivered by end of day. I asked why they were masking their number as local Healthcare entities and they said they were having issues with their phone system that they were trying to fix. That evening I received an email that the order was delayed again and would be delivered on Monday 1/20/25. At this point, I cancelled the order. I received calls from them this morning, 1/19/25, to confirm cancellation. The calls came in as potential spam. I had them put in writing they were refunding the charge on my card and then I called the bank and cancelled my debit card. After seeing all the negative reviews of aimilar occurances on Yelp today, I am convinced this company is fraudulent. The reviews they show are 4.5 out of 5 on their website, but you can't see the details. On Yelp they have 1 out of 5 based on 1.5k reviews all with similar stories to mine. They need to be shut down.

When the flowers I ordered had not been delivered as of 8pm, I phoned the number that is referenced on my Visa bill. Since the wait time was unknown as there were 15 customers already waiting for assistance I chose to have them call me back. I missed the call so they left me a voicemail and sent me a text. I called again, and while I waited 45 on hold I replied to the text inquiring about the lack of delivery. The text interaction was with an AI entity named LunaAI, so anything I asked was looped back to “the order was sent to local florist and is scheduled for delivery.” Once patched through to a real person on the phone I was given the same story and the person said they would contact me if things changed.

Three days later, and the only response I get from LunaAI is that it is scheduled for delivery and should arrive soon.

I ordered flowers for a loss of someone close to me. I had mistakingly had the wrong address so I called the company to have it changed. The address was still wrong, however, I didn’t not know that it was incorrect because the call was low quality. It did not get delivered to the correct recipient and the recipient was not contacted when explicitly instructed to do so. I contacted the company to ask for a refund of $90.23 and the company refused. The company claimed to originate in Richmond, Missouri. However, the FedEx tracking number provided (284183895238) originated in Parma, Ohio. They only offered a maximum of $10 in compensation and would not provide business address for a complaint to be filed.

- San Antonio, TX, USA

I was searching for a delivery service for funeral flowers. I ordered online, and the payment was processed. Still, I did not get an email receipt, so this raised suspicion. I tried to call and query all links from their websites and they were all dead ends. the phone numbers are out of service. and AI Chatbots go round and round in circles. Attempted the email and got much of the same run around.

- Yorba Linda, CA, USA

Ordered flowers from their website and they were never delivered. After I tried to contact them they emailed me to say they tried to contact me and could not and then all further email response were AI responses. No physical address on their website. Do not order from this website. Thousands of people report exactly the same scam from them.

- Vancouver, WA, USA

Ordered flowers. Never delivered. 2 days later. Endless loop on phone call. Endless loop on texting. No flowers. Went on-line and found them as fraudulent to many customers.

- Tappan, NY, USA

On an internet search for local flowers "Blossom Flowers Delivery" popped up for my target community. The website claimed same day delivery of the flowers. It is now 12 days after the order was placed and the flowers were never delivered. After multiple calls, on three occassions I was told the flowers were out for delivery and could be delivered up until 6:00PM, so they could not do anything at that point. Since the flowers were never delivered, the claim that they were out for delivery on 3 occassions was a lie. The event for which I ordered the flowers has passed, since I have already visited the intended recipient. A week ago they refunded $10.00 for my inconvenience. I want a full refund since the flowers were never delivered and now is too late for a meaningful delivery. I just got off the phone with them and expressed my demand. I only hope this fraud does not continue and they refund my money.

- Collierville, TN, USA

Emails and texts sent next day that recip was not home. Re-attempt to be made following day. Another email and text stating recipient not home. Then another set saying flowers weren’t available and they’ll ship next Tuesday. I’m waiting to see if charges and/or credits go thru on my card.
