It was the first search that popped up for passport renewal. I filled in the information on uspassportandvisa.org and it was misleading that it included the passport fee. I still had to pay the government passport renewal fee after paying them $111.12.

I needed to renew my US passport and this website, USPassportAndVisa.org, came up as the first website. It looked like a government website so I completed the application to renew my passport and paid $111.12 in fees. After this, I received an email with a pdf application and instructions to mail the signed application and $130 to the US Department of State, which is when I realized the website wasn't the official government website. I immediately contacted the company to ask for a refund because of their deceptive practices and have not received a refund. The company's response was to state that they include in their website that they are a third party company, but they did not clearly state that the fees were only for filling out the pdf form and had no connection to actually renewing the passport.

The company, USPassportAndVisa.org, charged me $111.12 for a passport renewal service that only filled out a basic form—something I could have done for free on the official website. They also collected highly sensitive personal information, including my date of birth and Social Security number, with no legitimate service provided in return. This is misleading and unacceptable.

This website, uspassportandvisa.org, came up in google as I search online passport renewal. It pretends to be an official government website. It collects all sensitive personal information including ssn, credit card details. etc I lost $130.00 to them.

The website USPassportandVisa.org is misleading. You think that you're on a government, or government affiliated website, and that the fee paid includes the actual product. In this case a US Passport. I lost $132.07. The forms that the website populates with your personal and sensitive information are free on the actual government website. Basically, the scam website takes the sensitive information that you provide, populates forms that are free on the actual government website and charges you. The customer service number they provide, (312) 221-5210, always goes to a voice mail stating that they will call you back. Of course, they never do. I tried emailing [email protected] too.

We are not the first to be scammed...Why haven't these crooks and their website been shut down and prosecuted!

Accessed the website USPassportandVisa.org with intention of renewing passport.

Site seemed legit until credit card transaction was blocked. Did not proceed with approving credit card transaction.

However, by that point had entered personal information including SSN, Passport Book #, Birth Date, Address, and Parents' Names

I thought I was completing my online passport renewal forms on USPassportAndVisa.org and they charged me over $200, only to find that I still owed the government the typical application fee and had not gained anything from this site. Only use .gov sites for renewal.

The website uspassportandvisa.org posed as a government website to help you request renewal of your passport. They claim to help you get the process started and purchase the passport and the tools to renew will be sent to in the mail only they don't actually send you anything they just take your money, $132.07 in my case, and then send you a PDF of the information you put in for them to steal your money and claim that now you have to send that to the government and include a check to the government in the amount they already stole. It's a bunch of BS. Do not fall for it do not fall for it.

Appears to be an official government website that you can renew or passport with. The website USPassportAndVisa.org charges a fee up front and then takes all your data. Does not file the passport request and only prints out forms that are free on government website. Does not actually do anything related to renewing a passport and you still have to pay the passport renewal fee separately.

This website, uspassportandvisa.org, is not a passport renewal website. It is very misleading and doesn't reveal that until after you enter your payment. I entered all of my personal information, entered payment and then was told i needed to take all of my information to a passport center to file. I lost $100.00. I reported this to my bank and they advised me to report this website as they have many customers that are being fooled by this site.

Searched online for a child passport application. Found USPassportandVisa.org in search results. The site USPassportandVisa.org appeared to be an official government website. Completed the form, which collected my minor child's Social Security number, date of birth, full name, and home address, along with both parents' names, dates of birth, and address. After clicking submit, received no confirmation page, no email, and no receipt. I paid $125.00. Site is not affiliated with any government agency. My minor child's SSN is now held by an unaccountable company with hidden ownership.

On 3/6/26 information was entered unbeknownst and not stating just a service for paperwork to be filled out which includes personal information and requires payment of $169. The site is deceptive and should state first and foremost just an information gathering site. No completion of the service is given.

This website, USPassportAndVisa.org, acts as though you're applying for a passport. It has you fill out a form with personal and confidential information and asks for more information than the real application. It has links to USPS so you can schedule your appointment so it looks legitimate. I paid 104.88 and all I got were forms.
