US Passport and Visa from USPassportandVisa.org. On 3/6/26 information was entered unbeknownst and not stating just a service for paperwork to be filled out which includes personal information and requires payment of $169. The site is deceptive and should state first and foremost just an information gathering site. No completion of the service is given.

I was trying to apply for my daughter’s first passport. I was brought to the website uspassportandvisa.org. I put in all her information including ssn just to find out is not a legitimate government website. Even though I stopped before paying they now have her personal information

I was renewing my underage daughter’s passport thinking I was in a government website, but it was actually Uspassportandvisa.org. I provided her SSN and passport book number, amongst other personal information. I also ended up paying them $64.88.

- Boise, ID, USA • Mar 04, 2026

They from USPassportAndVisa.org falsely provided services to renew my passport. All my personal information was given such as my full name, address, place of work, SSN. I lost $132.

This website, USPassportAndVisa.org, acts as though you're applying for a passport. It has you fill out a form with personal and confidential information and asks for more information than the real application. It has links to USPS so you can schedule your appointment so it looks legitimate. I paid 104.88 and all I got were forms.

I would like to report the site USPassportAndVisa.org at https://uspassportandvisa.org/. They are acting like a government website in order to renew your passport but they are not a government website and they ask for private information like SSN, phone number, email and charge you for services that are free on the government website for passport renewal.

- Easley, SC, USA • Feb 21, 2026

Impersonated the US Passport website from USPassportAndVisa.org and charged $104 fee via credit card.

- Overland Park, KS, USA • Feb 18, 2026

I was charged money for a form I later realized was free through an actual government website. When you search passports this is the first website that is listed on google. They don’t even perform any service on their website. They charge you a fee of $100 to fill out your own form and still make you print it. I truly don’t understand how this hasn’t already been flagged as a scam or fraudulent website.

Used this site, Uspassportandvisa.org, to renew my passport, and didn’t realize it was not a government website. Gave a lot of personal information and paid $110.33 for a service and form that was originally free. Now I lost money and have potential identity theft. I tried contacting them at [email protected]. Do not use this site.

Please be VERY CAREFUL which website you choose to get a passport from, because USPASSPORTANDVISA.ORG its not the proper government assigned website to get your passport. They charge you $110.33 to fill a piece a paper that you can fill yourself in the correct government assigned website and they ask for all your personal information, which who knows what will they do with it. I made complaints with the ScamPulse.com my Bank and froze my credit and will get my money back. I tried calling them at (321) 221-5210 and got nobody on the phone, they said to leave a message. DON'T PURCHASE PASSPORT FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

I applied for a passport renewal on a fake website from USPassportAndVisa.org that looked legit. I entered my personal information and the site made me pay $183 dollars and I got nothing in return. They also wanted me to mail my passport and I had questions about it and I got suspicious. I found out the website was illegitimate.

- Lubbock, TX, USA • Feb 17, 2026

It appears to be a real website for the Government Passport Service, but it is not. The website USPassportAndVisa.org will have you fill out a passport application that requires all information from your birthday, address, and social security. Then it will have you pay $110 to submit the form and send you a PDF of the document to send in via mail.

- Washington, DC, USA • Feb 16, 2026

This site, USPassportandVisa.org, is a complete scam. It is the first listed site to appear on a google search for "US Passport renewal" and it looks exactly like a US government website. It asks you for you SSN, Passport Number, and identifiable personal information then charges you a similar amount as a US Passport (Over $100) under the assumption that it is the final payment for a US passport. I lost $110.33 to them. All the site actually does is fill out a free form with your information you can find online, and then stores all of your sensitive data with the 3rd party site. I have had to lock my social security number as well a change credit card numbers now.

Wanted to renew my passport and thought I was in a legitimate processing website, Uspassportandvisa.org. I filled out requested personal information and didn’t realize it was a scam until I received a form and information on how to submit it through my email. I am extremely concerned about identity theft. I have since renewed my passport through legitimate government website.

- Manassas, VA, USA • Jan 14, 2026

Filled out the application on uspassportandvisa.org where it never explicitly stated what the intended fees were for, unlike their expedited process. Once the application was purchased for $110, that is when the notification of the fees to the government would need to be sent. This ambiguous wording along with the lack of transparency for the "least" expensive option causes confusion and inaccurate advertisement.

A site with small print, but presenting as an official government site. I gave my social security number, and i'm deeply concerned.

They site claims to expedite to be a portal of renewal for a passport, but in fact they simply fill out a pdf on my behalf and skim my personal information.

- Palmetto, FL, USA • Nov 11, 2025

Went online to renew my passport, first one that comes up, being .org I was not thinking correctly and clicked on it, gave them all my personal info, son, DOB, address, phone number, passport number. I am most afraid of the identity theft. They would easily confuse people with being first position on the search, they also "claim" to make your passport and visa experience easier, but you had to print out a pdf of the completed application, you then have to sign, get your photo done elsewhere and mail it in. The official .gov file you can sign, submit a photo etc right on-line. This company is very misleading and I typically don't get caught up in a site like this so I really feel for many others. This business is misleading the public and charge $64.88 for having your information put on a U.S. Passport Application, the cost for the service is exorbitant. Or is it a big data mining scam??

- Overland Park, KS, USA • Nov 06, 2025

The website poses as the place to renew your passport, but all they do is request all your information, and then fill out the passport form and email it to you.

- Dover, PA, USA • Oct 28, 2025

This website poses as an official government organization used to apply to passport. They ask for sensitive information and charge a fee. They disguise it as if you're applying for a passport, but I reality you're paying them to fill out form, but they are not straight forward about it. They do state in fine print that they are not affiliated with the US government, but they try very hard to hide it. It is very deceitful and unsettling that not they have my information all because of a mistake. They have acknowledged that they will issue me a refund and remove my information from their website, but until I see proof I will have this posted.
